PODS was an amazing find. They make a stressful undertaking pleasant and are so punctual and professional.

They arrived to deliver and to pick up the loaded pod within their time frame. It was properly placed at my home.

PODS was great but Mooney Movers only average. When my things arrived a few things were broken b/c they packed heavy items on top of each other or on top of boxes marked "Fragile; Put nothing on top". Also they put leather couches against wire furniture and the wire left impressions.

the POD representatives were very good in explaining how their system worked & their drives were equally as courteous & knowledgable.

I again, would recommend this mode of moving household items to anyone looking for this type of service. I was made aware of delivery and pick up window times, and they arrived within that time.

Loved the idea of loading our belongings when we want, and having it delivered on our time. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to change our delivery place and date. Making these changes was very easy and we were able to delay a week at no extra cost.

Could not have made moving any easier. We were in an apartment for 6 months and PODS was the best way to storecour stuff between moves. I would definitely use them again instead of moving into storage and back out.

HireaHelper in Charlotte, NC packed the POD such that a book shelf was broken and the the door was impossible to open at first try. A POD driver had to come out and lift the POD up and down several times to shift things enough to open the door. Two boxes were ripped open in trying to get the door open.

Wished we could have gotten a 12" for our move. Said not possible for out of state move. However delivered on time and picked up same day-so convenient!

PODS Company was a great experience. Everything went as stated and smoothly. Excellent Customer Service, which is so important. I was delighted to see that PODS hires women drivers.....way to go! PODS refers to reputable companies Hire A Helper to provide labor, and Mr. Car Shipper for Auto Transport. Great experiences with both.

Excellent service, on time, easy to change with our moving schedule and the pricing was unbelieveable, you can't beat it!!!

This service is basically a great idea and could have been great if they hadn't decided to pick late in the day to deliver the POD, then pick EARLY the next day to pick it up, making it impossible for my movers to get there and pack it. Eventually, after their customer service rep first accused me of being "delinquent" in payment (which he later said he was looking at someone else's account), then accused me of "not planning properly" when I had done everything I could to work around everyone's schedules. Their customer service rep even threatened to hang up on me since he was continuing to complain about my "lack of planning" instead of telling me what he COULD do - which they eventually did move the pickup date to the next day. Why harass the customer if you have a way to help them? Just DO IT!

Very easy and delivery was on time!

This was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. From start to finish there was confusion and when I called customer service they just made it worse. They seemed to have no idea what was going on within their own company and I found myself correcting them often on invoices. Speaking of invoices, agents kept making mistakes so the invoice had a lot of incorrect charges and credits from agents making mistakes. I have been actively recommending against anyone using pods.

super easy delivery and pickup. We needed to order another one because their largest container didn't fit our 4 bedroom home, but it was no problem. The storage is a bit pricier but you save in having to do a move and unload into a storage unit and then do a move all over again when you're ready to unload the unit. It all works out in the end.

Great service throughout! The customer service was a little iffy at first - I initially called to get a quote and the person on the other end seemed a little rude and was heavily pushing the service. I called again later and spoke to another person, who was much nicer about what I needed. Between the first call and the second, the price went up by about $500. I wasn't very happy about that but the second person gave me a moving discount for it. The person who initially dropped off the container was also a little rude but otherwise did a good job. The person who picked it up was super friendly and helpful throughout the process. My container arrived a week later and everything was in excellent condition (pack it well so that nothing moves!). Overall, it was a pretty smooth process from start to finish. The entire process from dropping my container off to unloading it at the destination took about 10 days total. Customer service is transparent about the prices and when/how much they charge you. I took off a star for the couple of rude interactions and the price increase, but otherwise PODS is good to go with if you need your stuff transported.

Delivery and pickup of pods was a good experience. One of the latches was broken and it was repaired at the storage facilities. My table was damaged because it in the wat of he door when it was opened for tthe repair.

I've used PODS in the past. I found they were professional and I had no issues with their services.

We used the 16' POD and it had plenty of room. We moved one king sized bedroom set (not the mattress or box spring), a large 2 piece wall unit, 2 desks, several small tables, a sofa table, about 50 average sized boxes and 5 large boxes. Container was in good condition. Customer service was great during the entire process. The only snag we had was in locking the container, we were given the wrong instructions, the container was not locked properly and could not be picked up on original pick up date, which was a problem since we were already at our new destination and had to overnight a key and find someone to re lock the container. It turned out okay in the end. I would definitely use PODS again.

PODS was very excellent to work with. Our belongings arrived on time and in great condition. They were responsive to our needs and timing. All our drivers ( two PODS on each end dropped, loaded/unloaded and picked up) were courteous and helpful. When my husband could not get the door open on one because the load had shifted in transit, we called and the driver returned to assist him. Highly recommend!

PODs worked well for us - very easy to schedule/contact via phone and we used several months storage of our packed PODs. Packing knowledge is also key...and our Hired Helpers knew how to do it!

Clearwater Florida delivery guy was great, very helpful great attitude. The Harrisburg PA drop-off one, not so much and they forgot the lock we paid for and ordered and they wouldn't able to park it very well.
