They showed up on time and were very courteous. They work very efficiently and carefully, they moved very heavy furniture on a very hot day. I won't think twice in using hire a helper.

PODS has been wonderful in guiding me through the moving process. They are available by telephone or chat to facilitate any questions or changes that you might need. The POD itself is very sturdy and the folks who deliver/pick up are great, taking care of how/where it is placed. They have a good resource base as well, the referrals I received were terrific and easy to work with. I chose PODS because I had a number of variables associated with this move and they don't charge for changes. That was a benefit I used more than once. I hope I don't move like this again in the future, but if I do, I'd chose PODS again.

I had never used Pods before and was totally satisfied with every part of my move. They kept their word on the price of the job, we sustained NO damage to any of our household goods. They also kept me informed of the drop off and pick up time of my Pods containers.

These guys were great! Yes they arrived on time, but more importantly, they looked over the things to be moved into the Pod and carefully loaded up all the boxes, furniture, etc with precision and expertise. I am very confident that all our things are packed extremely securely! I will recommend Super Moving Brothers to others who are moving!

The employees provided great customer service. There was a hiccup in scheduling the pick up of my second PODS. However the company responded promptly and took care of the issue.

We had a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house. 220 square feet. The Pods estimator said we would need two 16 feet Pods, I told him that although we had 4 bedrooms only one had a bed or any bureaus in it. Two were completely empty and the 4th just had a desk for the computer in it. He said we would be OK then with those two Pods. Well we weren't OK, The moving company could not get all of our items in the two Pods and we would up loading up our vehicles with the excess for a 500 mile drive. I would not use Pods ever again.

Delivery of the unit to the house I was leaving went perfectly fine. Will find out about the transportation and delivery to the new house in a few weeks.

Pods is a very good outfit. Because of many circumstances I had to move my pod reservation forward about 10 times over a year and a half and they never complained once!

POD's cancelled my appointments several times unbeknownst to me until I spoke with their reps. We finally got on track with the POD delivery but then someone at POD's cancelled my pick up. My house had been sold yet the POD rep said he couldn't schedule another pick up for 6 days. I initiated a scheduling dispute and finally someone saw to it that the POD was picked up the next day.

It has been good so far and really convenient. We were able to get everything loaded right at our home in our driveway. The 16 foot container will fit a lot if properly packed with the professional movers. The delivery man was very friendly and knowledgeable about all of it. It is very impressive the operation that they have and how they move the container. I did not realize they are one of the only companies that can move the POD keeping it level at all times. I have been very happy with it and especially since I can store it and I don't have to worry about unpacking it all again and again.

This was my first experience with POD Containers. I stored my belongings at one of their centers for six months. It was so easy. They were on time and placed the container where I requested. I felt good about my things being stored in a conditioned building.

GGreat way to have your furniture packed & delivered.

The service was excellent just wish the timing could have been a bit quicker. POD was dropped off one Thursday, next Thursday picked up, third Thursday dropped off at new location (GA to FL move) and then Wednesday after scheduled to pick up the POD. LONG process for a one state move.

I had to wait 2 weeks for the PODS container to arrive at my new destination. I had to purchase inflatable sleeping beds, paper plates, etc while I waited for my container to arrive.

Moved very little furniture. 110 boxes. Assorted garage items and some chairs. Good communication. Perfect option if not moving a lot of large bulky items and you need to store it for some time. POD was very clean. Carefully placed on driveway. Texted me before coming to give me a heads up on time. Would have cost much more to have a moving company AND pay for storage.

I've used pods in the past, but I don't think I will be using them in the future if I decided to purchase another home. The 16' container (their largest) is not large enough for me now.

Efficient team that quickly and reasonably packed and loaded our PODS trailer. While we did have some minor issues, they professionally addressed them, and I'd have no problem using them again.

The gentleman driver contacted me when he was in his way and arrived on time. He was courteous and professional and competent at every level. He and the men from Hire a Helper worked well together. Never again! Our experience with them was of constantly changing information any time I spoke with a customer service representative. The move was excessively stressful with them compared to other companies we have used in the past. I wish we had used U-Pack/ABF. We definitely will never use PODS again.

Had no problems. Their service was wonderful and very helpful.

The PODS container company was excellent from the first drop off to the final pickup. They called ahead of time and demonstrated safety skills in loading and unloading the pod in the driveway.

On the whole, I found them great to work. I had one glitch with the weight certificates where I had to wait longer than I should have to receive them, but the service was really quite good from start to finish.

PODs worked well for us as we have been remodeling our home. The service staff member I spoke with was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed to know. The drop off and pick up of our POD was on time and on the dates we requested. They gave me advance notice of their arrival even though I didn't have to meet anyone.

Gentleman who delivered the Pod had obviously done it a number of times. Got it positioned perfectly on his first 'attempt'.

Pods was very hard to get a hold of. Their telephone wait times were way toooo long. I had to hold for 45 min several times. Once I was able to get thru, the technicians were very helpful and tried to make up for the long wait. Not their fault, PODS needs to hire more customer service reps if they want to receive a favorable rating from me!

On time arrival and pick up after it was packed. Interior was clean and the POD looked like it was fairly new.

Easiest choice for us with double moves and needing storage for 5 months. I was shocked how much the POD could hold. The only hiccup was that they messed up coming to get the POD, and came a day later to pull it out of the driveway. Otherwise an easy process.
