Great customer service. The driver was professional, kind and communicative.

They were late and we weren't able to find out exactly when they would be there. They were an hour past their 3 hour window without notification.

Furniture all banged up

All Pods employees on site are very friendly and helpful. Online assistance is very nice but wait time each call was 20-45 minutes. We could never talk to the local manager about our situation and it was very frustrating. Mitchell showed up and was able to rip the door off...

I love pods...saves all the time spent pulling things out to load into storage and then unload again when you find a place! The people are great to work with too! Victor helped me figure out how to tie off my stuff so that during transportation things would not shift .

The city load I had to pay extra for in San Francisco was rough -- and they couldn't even lower the container to the ground for the loaders I hired. I wasn't aware of this when I placed the order. I needed to access my container once when it was stored in AZ, and I called a day ahead, and it wasn't there when I arrived, even though I went in the window I had confirmed the day before. I had to wait over an hour for someone to bring my POD out. Lastly, I had to wait 2+ weeks for the dropoff after I called, even though they said you only need to call 7 days in advance. I called 10 days in advance, but they told me I couldn't have it dropped off for over 2 weeks.

Very good about keeping you in the loop from the time you book until they pick up the empty pod.

Really appreciate the hard work they were careful in packing the pod tight and secure. Very careful not to damage anything. An amazing job. Were friendly, quick, and efficient taking extra step to make sure the stuff stayed safe.

POD was delivered on time and in good condition. We will be using POD for our second container! Very pleased. Thank you!

PODs made the process very easy. Their operator was personable and helpful when we called to make our reservation. Both drivers (drop off and pick up) were on-time and were able to fit my container into a tight spot on the street. Overall a great experience!

They ubundle EVERYTHING, so you end up buying services a la carte.

While we liked the concept a lot, no one we spoke with at PODS (after the initial sale, of course) was very helpful about where our things were, how long it would take or when we could expect them. Perhaps if you push them on this info up front, you'd have a better outcome.

My two PODS were not delivered on the same day. Was not told that they can not bring me an empty pod and pick up the loaded one with the same truck. Not good dispatching.

Everyone I spoke with was fantastic and my things all arrived without any damage. However, the original delivery date they gave me for my destination changed without notice. "That date is no longer available." I had to wait an additional week to get my container. They also weren't able to pick it up in a timely manner after the delivery, so it sat in the way of traffic for 4 days.

The customer service people on the phone were very informative about what the exact process would be for delivery and transfer of the POD. The guy that delivered the POD was very friendly and courteous about the placement of the POD for safety and ease of use. The POD was clean and undamaged. Would definitely use this mode of moving again.

Delivery and drop-off people were great - admin was not so good. They lost my drop off date and I had to wait almost a week for the next drop off.

They showed up on time and were very courteous. They work very efficiently and carefully, they moved very heavy furniture on a very hot day. I won't think twice in using hire a helper.

PODS has been wonderful in guiding me through the moving process. They are available by telephone or chat to facilitate any questions or changes that you might need. The POD itself is very sturdy and the folks who deliver/pick up are great, taking care of how/where it is placed. They have a good resource base as well, the referrals I received were terrific and easy to work with. I chose PODS because I had a number of variables associated with this move and they don't charge for changes. That was a benefit I used more than once. I hope I don't move like this again in the future, but if I do, I'd chose PODS again.

I had never used Pods before and was totally satisfied with every part of my move. They kept their word on the price of the job, we sustained NO damage to any of our household goods. They also kept me informed of the drop off and pick up time of my Pods containers.

These guys were great! Yes they arrived on time, but more importantly, they looked over the things to be moved into the Pod and carefully loaded up all the boxes, furniture, etc with precision and expertise. I am very confident that all our things are packed extremely securely! I will recommend Super Moving Brothers to others who are moving!
