They work very hard to make everything work smoothly.

They came when scheduled and we're very professional. I do wish they had been more accurate about how much would fit in the POD. We would have ordered a second one rather than hiring a truck.

The door on the POD got stuck due to furniture moving inside during the transit. Almost had to have it cut off. The POD company should insist on proper loading methods so this does not happen.

Dealt with a tricky two-state move with moving from storage.

They kept to the schedule that was discussed. The large container fit our needs. The pod was in good condition and clean inside. I will definitely use them again.

The containers did show a good amount of shift, making the doors difficult to open. There was some crushing of both boxes and plastic bins, but I have found nothing broken to date. Some scratches were present on some furniture.

They were on time and got right to work and completed the job very efficiently with no accidents and did not stop untill the job was done and on time!

At this time I can only address the actual POD delivery, which was excellent. It will be picked up later today & stored for several months. At that time we may use additional PODS or a truck. Our move will be about 700 miles. I will review again after our actual move.

The drivers were on time and did a very good job of backing into the driveway without going on any grass

I was totally happy with Pods.

The PODS team were great to work with. The POD was delivered on time. My only issue was the exterior of the POD was not in great condition (multiple dings, sign missing, stains, etc...). The interior was fine.

Arrived when they said it would. It is enroute to our final location.

We loved the pod! Getting it dropped off and picked up was a breeze and by following the instructional videos we were able to get all of our stuff across the country in one piece. The 16 foot container was more than enough space for a two bedroom apartment.

POD for storage only. House flooded and we needed on-site storage. Wish they had a bigger container, other that 16'

They were generally great, although they didn't tell me about the 24 hour notice to have the POD ready to be emptied. They also gave me a window of 8:00am to 4:00pm that the POD would be available to empty and it wasn't ready until 10:45am.

POD worked out fine. 2800 bucks for a 16x8x8 container, shipped from Long Beach CA to Denver CO.

Pods, I will certainly refer them to anyone moving and needing to store their belongings. I will admit I was a nervous nelly. I am an older person 75+ and was not sure. I needed to have my furniture and personal belongings stored while waiting for new property to be available. Cost effective was much cheaper to go with pods so I just plunged forward and am so happy I did. NOTHING HAS BEEN BROKEN. I have a 42 inch wall clock with glass front, upright piano, multiple heavy solid wood furniture, boxes of crystal and china. Everything arrived safe, nothing broken. Thank you PODS including the driver of the truck, storage units, the loaders, unloaders, the telephone representatives always made me feel at ease when I would ask so many questions. Again thank you. If you ever decide to make a commercial and I would be glad to do it. Sally

Darryl and Chuck did a great job. They were courteous, respectful, professional and were on time. They explained the process of moving items, were cognizant of the areas around them such as walls, floors, etc. They took great care and respect with the items.

Easy delivery and pick up - ideal for being able to pack at our own rate. We were able to add some last minute odds and ends after the movers left.

Called the night before with the drop off and pick up time frame for our 2 POD containers. The drivers were professional and courteous.

So far phase 1 has gone well. Their dates and times were kept as requested. We have yet to get to the other end of the journey but so far so good. The only problem we had is that the 2nd pod (total of 3 pods) delivered had a bow in one rib of the container. We noticed it once the container had been put on the ground and the door had been opened. The driver immediately picked it back up and headed out for a replacement. We were not packing that day so there was no delay.

Much cheaper than using a truck company, better delivery/dropoff window compared to truck companies, and all my stuff was secure and unharmed during transport from Atlanta to Los Angeles.

On-time. Easy to schedule. Flexible. No issues. Was the best option out of about 6 companies for a late June move when it's very busy for moving companies.

Had some changing needs since two PODS would not fit into driveway and needed to adjust delivery times. Worked out o.k.

Driver tore up driveway and then just left without saying anything (container drop off). Pick up driver was very courteous

Great! Booking process was fast & flexible I made several last minute delivery adjustments. Delivery was on time, received courtesy call 30 min. before delivery, containers where very clean. Drivers where careful, professional and presentable. would definitely us PODS again.

Very prompt with pick-up & delivery. The main PODs office goofed up (telling me they could place all four PODs in my driveway when, as it turned out, only two could be placed at a time). The driver (Todd) was super - so patient and accomodating in helping me get my move completed on schedule.

Great communication with them and they were on top of my many changes in the move from Illinois to Texas.

PODS was on time with their delivery and pickup. They called about 15 minutes before arriving and placed them exactly where we wanted them.

PODS was easy to deal with. Booking delivery/pickup was difficult at times as they book quickly for delivery dates.

What I love about PODS is very convenient to my moving.

Good experience. I would recommend that anyone using them for the first time call and talk to someone to set up your times for pick up and removal.

PODS doesn't tell you delivery timeframe in order to coordinate with movers. Movers schedule was flexible. But PODS has a problem/

Wish they had a POD 20' long. We would have gotten everything in it. We had to leave some outdoor furniture and dining room chairs.

We didn't get a time frame until a day before when we had already hired a crew for unloading, they gave us a delivery time of 1-4 and the arrived 15 minutes before 4, we had to hire people to load it again the next day.

No issues, you get what you pay for.

The 16 foot POD was the perfect size. The POD was delivered and picked up right on schedule. They kept in touch throughout the whole process.
