Right size pod, the moving went well on time Customer service great. Saw the pod on a street in Santa Barbara the city to which i moved and decide to use them. I would gladly use them again If I ever move.

Container was very clean when it arrived for loading. Customer service was excellent even when I had to reschedule a couple of times at the last minute.

On both ends, the PODS delivery and pick-up drivers were excellent - timely and able to carefully position the POD to work best for those loading and unloading it.

They came at 8:15 am and wasn’t suppose to come till 9:00/10:00. We weren’t up. Than didn’t redeliver till afternoon. After I called.

Moved from TX to IL and needed two PODS. Their customer service reps are insanely nice and happy to answer questions. The drivers themselves (both in TX and IL) were nothing short of phenomenal. They were always on time and called to let us know when they’d be arriving.

POD.com what a fabulous service! Accommodating, available, always ready to answer any of my questions and boy do they have this moving thing figured out!! Escrow dates changing and re-scheduling? Not a problem! Their system anticipates all of the bumps in the road, no stress - in what could be a very stressful time. Answers and solutions for everything with one phone call - including supplying vendors to assist with pack & load at both ends of my out of state move - again schedules and appointments made with one call. Fabulous!

Ordering the 2 16' PODs and updating the order was very easy. Delivery and pickup were well communicated and timely.

Very good very helpful and on time. Only problem was container leaked water o. Floor But we just put a tub over the wet spot and kept any furniture away from it. Another issue was on the tiedowns some of them had two on the back at the end by the door and some had one on each side made it really difficult to tie off they need better placement of the tire off rings. Also needed 3 pods for small home I’ve filled 2 16ft pods so far will need one more

Overall, my experience with PODS was really good, with a minor exception when they dropped off the container at my new apartment building. The scheduling, rescheduling, explaining the charges, I am very impressed and pleased with PODS. There were no surprises. When they dropped the container at my new building on a Saturday, I was not able to be in the area on time. The driver called me letting me know he was putting it in front of the building in the only space available, which is one of the places I thought the PODS would fit without blocking any driveways. The driver had left by the time I arrived. I found the container slightly blocking one of the driveways in the building (about 2 feet). There was enough space for the container to fit by the curb without blocking the driveways on either side. Since the container pickup was scheduled for Monday, I called the driver back to see if he could help me move the contained, but he did not reply. I called PODS and told them the container was partially blocking a driveway, they called the local delivery center, and said they would call the driver and get him to adjust the container. The driver did not come back. Luckily, my new neighbor is very nice and did not mind the driveway being partially blocked after I apologized for the situation. The container remained

Pods was on time to deliver pods to my house prior to loading. Due to weather they were late on pickup of second container. The driver did however lock the gate upon leaving and I was able to depart on time

This is the 3rd or 4th time I've used PODs. It was excellent as usual. My only complaint is the storage fee has gone from about $190/month to $289/month...way too much!

A good, secure way to move and store. The PODS are smaller than advertised since they use exterior dimensions, not interior usable dimensions so you get less space that you expected.

My delivery window was 12:30PM-3:30PM and the drop was made after 5:00PM. It made me nervous that they would miss my deadline with moving help coming later that evening.

Delivery window was 7:30-10:30 AM, got a call from driver at 6:30AM to say he was 10 minutes out. I wanted to be on-site to supervise drop-off; it wasn't necessary.

Great guys, great mood, moved fast - would definitely recommend.

I am very pleased with how the PODS process is working so far. Great communication, a high level of care for your valuables and very professional team. The POD gets dropped off tomorrow for it's final unloading.

The Pod I had delivered apparently leaked and when we tried to get a new one, it took 5 calls and 3 hours later. Very rude when calling the 800#. Eventually the Suwanee location did an excellent job.

They worked real well with us as we had to change our day for drop off due to snow in Vegas. We used this service due to home remodeling and required POD container at our home. If have to use them again, I'll schedule drop off/pick up after 10 am due to the loud noise (about 25 mins) it makes placing the container in place. Good service otherwise.

I found the POD's container very easy to use and saved my a lot of money compared to a moving company . They also gave me references for someone to do the loading.

Through a snow storm, the Pod was delivered on time and picked up on time. On delivery the Pod was placed exactly where we wanted it.

Pods delivered a damaged container That was replaced by Brian in Elgin Il. Talked to about going on 10 different people throughout this move I am thoroughly upset with pods! Just got another delay on the pick up! Used Pods 3 other times no problems. This time is a nightmare!

The drop off driver Jarvis was the best! He put them exactly where we needed without any yard damage.

Our belongings were stored for 9 months, so this was a little long because of surprises along our construction endeavor, but our belongings were safe and secure.

My sales rep (a friend) misjudged my needs and the POD provided wasn't nearly big enough. I probably needed 2 vs 1 and it would have cost me an additional $1200 + movers last minute if I had opted to purchase another POD.

Overall outstanding experience working with PODS! I will never use anyone else for any future moves!

This is a review of 2 PODS only for the FIRST HALF of the move (delivery of the PODS for packing)--as well as the COST below. PODS arrived as expected, and the driver was skillful in maneuvering the 2 PODS onto our driveway exactly as asked. We also appreciated the fact that the communication system gave us a 3-hour window for time of arrival, and even though we were at the house when the driver delivered, it was nice to know we didn't have to be present. Delivery onto the driveway is actually quite interesting to watch, since we'd never experienced it before!

our guys were amazingly efficient, courteous, on time, careful and took pride in what they do. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing help with unloading...they were an awesome TEAM and worked extremely hard to get the jobs done and were flexible in scheduling. Love them!

excellent system start to finish but very expensive long-term storage costs.

The lady who delivered it to the first address was very good and put it exactly where we wanted. I just wish it had been a couple feet longer.

The POD arrived in bad weather, but the driver still placed it where it could be easily accessed loading and picking up. The driver even swept out the POD and gave helpful instructions as to how to pack it for a long journey. I appreciate it very much.
