Make sure you have ample room for the pod and machine on solid ground, they will tear up a yard.

We've only loaded POD - its now in storage but the customer service was good sorting through the options, pricing, etc - which can be a little confusing.

PODS couldn't give me an better estimate on their delivery which caused me to have to move everything from POD to a u-haul.

Timely pickup and delivery. Drivers did an excellent job in placing and picking up the pods.

They were also great, on time and came when they said they would.

Containers came on time- were picked up on time. Great people- very responsive all through the process.

All in all an average experience, at only a slightly above average price. The POD came to my home in Mississippi. It was fun watching the driver maneuver, 1st the truck (in a residential street with several inconveniently placed cars) then the container in it's rig lower it, in the exact place I required it. The same driver returned to pick it up, with the same hazards as the drop off, doing as good a job. I remained in the house for several weeks, before calling to have them ship it to my new city. I had to pick up a few things to make the few days between my renting a temp. apartment and their delivery possible. The POD was set out and available at the warehouse. I with a little welcome help got my items, relocked it and went home., The delivery was considerably easier. The voice mail hell in between was your typical maze of press this #, then this #, then the wrong #, then go back, before you finally got to a human being and things got a little easier, most of the time. Every now and then there was (usually a guy) having a bad day at the same time you were stressed having gone through voice mail hell. For the most part the person on the other side was great. Again, all in all an average experience, at only a slightly above average price. My other problem with PODS is with their recommended company, helping hands. The company I used in Phoenix did a good job, but the one I used in Mississippi wasn't near as good .They did an OK job, but didn't have all the tools or equipment they needed, rushed to finish and put some items that were to be unloaded 1st in the back and others that were to be unloaded later up front.

Everything went as planned and the POD worked out great.

I highly recommend Pods! We had to make changes of when to be delivered and they were very helpful. Our items were stored and nothing was broken.

This is the first time I used the PODS company. It was a wonderful experience. They were professional and efficient. All of my belongings arrived undamaged and in perfect condition. The cost was very reasonable compared to other moving companies.

They were good our new boy complaint is that we have to call the office in Florida and the web site isn’t easy to navigate

POD COMPANY WERE VERY UNORGANIZED & THEY CHARGED ME TWICE & THE POD WASN'T PLACED PROPERLY @ FIRST & THERE WAS LOTS OF CONFUSION ABOUT THE PICK UP.

The POD arrived on time and the driver who placed it was very helpful and friendly. All phone service and notifications were also quite helpful and the service was always excellent.

PODS is a convenient and not-too-expensive way to move across the country if you don't mind being without your stuff for a couple of weeks. We liked that we could take as long as we wanted to load and unload the container. Their call center is well-run and I never had any problems scheduling the various parts of the move. The container delivery guy at our new address did an amazing job navigating a narrow one-way street to put our container right in front of our apartment. I would definitely use PODS again.

Dispatch and the drivers don't seem to communicate. We were told we'd get a call 1/2 hour before the driver arrived. Each time, drop off and pick up, we're called as the driver is 5 minutes away, approaching the destination, or at the location waiting for access. Nothing like a last minute scramble to rush out to meet someone. I even called the customer service department to emphasize that I wanted to be called with advance notice of arrival. So much for that. I'll be exploring alternatives next time.

Being able to pack up my home at my own pace definitely made my move less stressful! Container arrived on time in good condition; it was easy to load and organized. Container was picked up and shipped on time, and arrived at my new home as specified. There was minimal shifting of my belongings during loading, unloading, and transit and everything arrived in one piece.

Only delivery, and storage while house is being renovated. POD stays in driveway

On-time service and great communication. I'm really impressed with the PODS service. I see why people like using them.

I would have given PODS an excellent, however when scheduling the final POD for delivery and pick up, I was connected to a call center and supposedly scheduled for Dec.4. When I did not receive an email concerning the scheduled delivery. I called PODS immediately and I was informed that there was nothing scheduled. The person at the call center did not schedule anything. I had to schedule for the next day Dec. 5. I only wish I had gotten her name. I would recommend PODS. The only problem is explained above. Just follow up.

They stored my belongings perfectly. The customer service during the booking, pick-up and drop off was excellent. I would certainly choose PODS again.15 miles

This was originally going to be a move across the country but everything got changed and it ended up being a local move. This is not a cost-effective way to move locally.

Placed exactly where I needed it... easily changed my pickup date to sooner.

Pods was recommended to us by a family member who used them to move across country. I will definitely recommend to everyone. Save money and use a POD. It takes the stress out of moving. Great customer service

PODS are a little confused about whether they do provide blankets (you pay for them) or not!! Their insurance program is a little solt.

We rented 2 PODS, one 13 ft and one 16 ft. We should have got 2 16ft ones and one other smaller one because we have all over sized furniture and gym equipment.

The size of the POD suggested worked out great! The container was in great condition and the customer service was perfect for booking, delivery & pick up. It’s great that I am able to have the POD stored while I look for a new place to live. I will use them again!

This is my second move with PODS. Great team.

It would be more helpful if the representative had a better sense of space. I originally reserved two large pods and ended up needing three. Timing was critical and I would have been in trouble had I not anticipated needing more space.

PODS company was fine; very professional, great customer service. I just wished they could have delivered and picked up my POD sooner.

Because my PODS were in storage for 2 months, I ended up with a cockroach infestation in my boxes.
