I mean ... it's PODS so ...

Amazing containers (sturdy), very knowledgeable and friendly drivers, great communication from the company.

PODS held up their end of the deal. Unfortunately, some of my stuff was damaged due to poor packing and I can only blame that on the team that packed me, but I was too exhausted to check how they had padded and secured the load at the other end. One problem with the PODS solution is that packing and unpacking not integrated with the overall moving contract and therefore it is very difficult to hold any party liable for damages.

No problems so far,waiting for our container now.

The PODS container they gave us had a leaking roof and we lost a lot of our goods to water damage. We were very disappointed.

The containers arrived very clean and ready to load. The strong points are conveniently located and easy to use. The roller door seems quite waterproof. Bob, the delivery driver for the second container, was very helpful, positioning the filled container conveniently while making the empty one easy to load. We chose PODS because our daughter had used them twice before and experienced no breakage, which was a big problem with a full service mover she had used. I hope never to move again, but if I did, I feel that I would use them again.

Everything has been on time and very efficient. Kept us informed to let us know they would deliver and pick up the POD on time. The POD was extremely clean. POD's is delivering the POD across the country. Will write another review after the POD has been delivered and unloaded.

The Pods drop off went great. The guy looked on google maps to know exactly the best way to place them. One pod was a little older than the other but in good condition. Next time will do more due diligence on packers though.

We have been happy with Pods service during 3 moves, 2 of which were cross country.

Suitable size for our needs. However they could be more transparent with the actual cost and not make you think it costs one thing and then you end up paying way more. Delivery person was good but pickup was not careful with our belongings.

I was to,d a 16' container was appropriate for a three bedroom house. I have very little furniture. It did not hold all of my belongings and I will need to leave many things behind in storage. Container is in excellent condition. Costumer service has been excellent. I like the idea of the drop off and pick up storage container but it does not meet my expectations as to what it can hold.

I'm very satisfied with pods.com. My friend recommended them & my move went smoothly. The whole process of booking it, dropping it off, picking it up & delivery went smoothly. They also recommended Quality movers & Hire a Helper was in my area. They emptied it for me. They were awesome!

Excellent company. Stored our 3 pods for 8 months and delivered them to our new house right on time. All things inside were in perfect condition!

Container arrived and was picked up on time. No issues at all. Customer service was friendly and helpful.

Careless packers. Broken mirror in curio cabinet . Many deep scratches. Hinges and handles broke off from new bedroom set.. I provided enough blankets. Some boxes marked fragile were buried under heavy items. Not happy and will never use again

POD was smaller then expected. We reserved the largest pod they had for our three bedroom apartment. It was too small to hold everything we had. We ended up having to donate some of our stuff that did not fit. POD would have provided an additional POD but timing and pricing did not meet our needs.

Called before arrival. Respectful of our property and Pod placement. On time. Very polite and accommodating. However, calculating how many containers we needed was incorrect. The questions asked to begin the process was not complete enough to calculate how many PODS would be needed. The day of moving I had to quickly get a UNITS to complete our move and then pay more to have a POD come and transfer items from the UNITS to another POD. Your questions to determine how many PODS I would need should be reviewed and more detailed. It caused stress for sure the day of our move.

We were pleased with our PODS experience. We actually rented 2 PODS. When making the reservation, I explained my plan and was told it was actually cheaper to pay the rent for 1 month than to have it transferred from 1 place to the other place. It actually worked out better too to have them hold the PODS a couple of days.

They are totally inflexible on timing: you need to allocate a whole day for drop-off and a whole day for pickup. You can't reliably request even which half of the day you want anything done.

PODs has been terrific to work with. Our moving date continued to be changed due to the changing dates of closing of the sale of our home. PODs always helped to quickly update my needs. PODs kept us updated with drop off times and pick up times. The PODs were clean and neat upon arrival. The tutorials on line were very helpful. And we so appreciated their recommendation of loaders. We look forward to them completing the job by transporting our two PODs out west.

The POD delivered was perfect for me. It was in good condition and placed exactly where i requested it. Both the drivers who delivered and picked up the POD were courteous. I chose POD for the cost and convenience and would use them again.

This was our first experience using PODS - we packed a large and a small ourselves - the company was great helping us with a last minute pickup scheduling issue. The PODS were stored for 4 months in the Nashua facility. The PODS were delivered when expected - the phone calls updating you with arrival times are extremely helpful. The PODS were picked up in a timely manner. The entire process was extremely smooth.

Could not have been more satisfied with using PODS to help in my moving to a new life in Idaho...from California. Their entire staff, was very professional, friendly, kind, and most helpful in all aspects of my move. will definitely use again if needed.

Everyone I had contact with at PODS was fantastic. It was a great experience.

Overall, we were very pleased with our PODS experience. We didn’t need the container for a whole month but that’s the least amount of time you can rent it for. For initial delivery and pickup in Nashville the drivers called me when they were on their way. The drivers for redelivery and final pickup in Tacoma did not call, and it would have helped me if they had. New apartment complex has no assigned parking nor loading zone, so I ended up sitting in my car, taking up three spaces, for four hours waiting for container delivery. When the delivery window passed and I hadn’t received a call, I spent 20 minutes on the phone with a helpful rep who could eventually confirm that the driver was on his way. Two days later the truck arrived for pickup just as I was starting to sweep out the container. So again, a call while en route would have been nice. But all drivers on both ends of the move were totally professional and courteous otherwise. Belongings shifted a bit in the container but remained dry.

So far so good. The POD showed up on time and in good condition. Hopefully all my belongings are in the same condition when I unload the POD container.

Great company to work with. Very professional people both on the phone and the four different drivers we felt with. Great concept with the storage pods. We had them stored four three month before being delivered to our new house. Everything was as advertised, no damage and delivered on our schedule. Total cost was around $3000 for storage pick up and delivery. Would highly recommend PODS to any body needing moving help.
