The POD should be bigger, all of our valuable, did not fit, needs to work on fixing this flaw.

They hold more than you think. We love them. And I would use them again.

The delivery agent did everything possible to make sure that my POD was placed as I needed it. The delivery was on time and handled expeditiously.

I loved using PODS. Everyone I spoke to at the company was really nice and helpful and tried their best to assist me no matter the question. The delivery of the POD was a bit stressful each time as additional space is needed but the rental process is a breeze and the POD was the perfect size for my things.

This was my first time using Pods, and I was very pleased and impressed with the whole process.

They were courteous, quick ,helpful and effective. If I had regrets at all, it's I did not give enough tip! I wish they would have been available on the next leg of my move.

Would use them again. The container arrived in good condition, the driver was very informative friendly and answered all my questions. Used the company because saw them sitting in areas waiting to be loaded and unloaded.

BEST WAY TO DO A MOVE

Very easy to work with

When setting up for the pod to be delivered I told the person I talked to that I could not have it overnight or just 1 night at my place due to where it was to be dropped was a fire lane. I was told that I would have to pay $100.00 more for same day pick up. I agreed and when I called to say it was empty I was told they could not pick up for 3 days.

The container arrived on time, in excellent condition. Customer Service was perfect. Would definitely use them again.

Great efficient company

We used PODS and it went very well. The hardest part is deciding what size to use. Otherwise, the scheduling, delivery from Joe, and pick up are very simple. We had plenty of clearance for it to be dropped, but that would be something to consider if you have power lines or trees over the drop spot. I would definitely use them again.

Every time I called to get a total cost, the price changed. Frustrating to say the least.

This option worked but a 16 foot pod was not big enough for my 2 bedroom house and I had to get a 7 foot in addition to the 16. More expense than I planned on but the only option I had. The company is very reliable and their employees are very customer service oriented. The condition of the second unit was better than the 16 foot. It has a hole at the bottom of the right side.

I only give a bad rating because I was a told my contents would fit in 1 6 ft container and it did not come close. Telephone reps need more trainin. Now I am stuck hiring a moving company at the last minute, PODS are expensive if you hire the labor too.

The container was good. They only offered one size for long distance moves. I was moving from a 4 bed, 3 bath house. After giving away a lot of furniture and only keeping the basics; I still could not fit everything into the POD, but those items I gave to Goodwill and had friends store them until I can get back to pick them up. I did not want to incur any additional charges for another POD. The POD was clean and their service was average. The website link to change or reschedule does not work, you have to call in to make changes. I would use them again, but I would suggest really paring down what you will move to avoid items not fitting into the 8' x 8' x 16' container.

Great job. Brad and Ken unloaded a large POD in 1 1/2 hours. All items delivered safely to each room designated.

Hands down the easiest solution for moving.

Not always easy in the beginning couldn’t get a good read on how many pods I would need. Eventually ended shipping some UPS to get it all done..

The Pods experience was very good overall. The only problem I had was they forgot to schedule a pick-up date, but we worked it out.

Excellent experience

Never arranged such a move, requiring temporary storage and coordination with moving into a rental...so, I had NUMEROUS questions/concerns. ANY staff with whom I interacted at Pods were extremely helpful and professional. The first contact was with Violet and I appreciated her tremendous help. Pods delivery/pick-up schedule was impeccable and appreciated!

This is the third family member that has used PODS. Love the flexibility of packing your own stuff, having the lock to it and not having to worry about it being repacked before it reached its destination. We had 2 16' PODs, which were perfect. The only issue is a forklift blade went through the side of the POD. A headboard didn't make it. Waiting on the resolution of the claim. If that is as good as the rest of the company, we will be happy.

Took very long to arrive at destination

I cannot rate Pods fairly because I will be using them for about 4 months. My furniture is in storage in Pods until I have them shipped out of State.

Container wasn't big enough for my move and adding another last minute would have cost me over 50% more. I also wasn't aware that transportation would take 2 week once I paid to release from the hold in Florida to deliver to Georgia. Seems inefficient.

Slightly under estimated the size Ontainer I needed, or maybe I just have too much ch crap.

This is my second time using pods to move all the way across the country and I am very satisfied. They come on time to pick up and drop off the PODS. Booking the pod is also a breeze.

Thought they were very expensive for their services.

Excellent communication

The size of the container was just right for all my stuff, including two queen size beds (one with a headboard, dresser, and nightstand). The POD was clean and in good working order. They were also able to accommodate a last minute date change after I got sick and had to delay my move. I would use them again.

I have questions about charges to my credit card. I have not contacted PODS for explanation. I have been very pleased with their service. always on schedule for pick-up and drop off. employees were very pleasant and helpful.

Pods worked out great for us

The Pods experience worked greaat for us. All phases of the move worked like clockwork. The personnel on both ends of yhe move were professional helpful and friendly. This company was recommended by my son and I too would recommend them and also use them again,

Right size pod, the moving went well on time Customer service great. Saw the pod on a street in Santa Barbara the city to which i moved and decide to use them. I would gladly use them again If I ever move.

Container was very clean when it arrived for loading. Customer service was excellent even when I had to reschedule a couple of times at the last minute.

On both ends, the PODS delivery and pick-up drivers were excellent - timely and able to carefully position the POD to work best for those loading and unloading it.

They came at 8:15 am and wasn’t suppose to come till 9:00/10:00. We weren’t up. Than didn’t redeliver till afternoon. After I called.

Moved from TX to IL and needed two PODS. Their customer service reps are insanely nice and happy to answer questions. The drivers themselves (both in TX and IL) were nothing short of phenomenal. They were always on time and called to let us know when they’d be arriving.

POD.com what a fabulous service! Accommodating, available, always ready to answer any of my questions and boy do they have this moving thing figured out!! Escrow dates changing and re-scheduling? Not a problem! Their system anticipates all of the bumps in the road, no stress - in what could be a very stressful time. Answers and solutions for everything with one phone call - including supplying vendors to assist with pack & load at both ends of my out of state move - again schedules and appointments made with one call. Fabulous!

arrived on time and left on time, now it has to be delivered, no problems at all, so far so good.

Ordering the 2 16' PODs and updating the order was very easy. Delivery and pickup were well communicated and timely.

Very good very helpful and on time. Only problem was container leaked water o. Floor But we just put a tub over the wet spot and kept any furniture away from it. Another issue was on the tiedowns some of them had two on the back at the end by the door and some had one on each side made it really difficult to tie off they need better placement of the tire off rings. Also needed 3 pods for small home I’ve filled 2 16ft pods so far will need one more
