I used a Pod for 8 months moving from one city to another with a nice long break in between. Wonderful service!

They were pretty easy to schedule with and reliable. My POD items went free m Florida to storage in Colorado to my home in Colorado and items arrived safely!

What a great idea........PODS........ Moving is a nightmare - even when all is well and all goes well.......under duress - it's traumatizing !! My situation is dire and yet all customer service personnel were and are just the best.......speaking directly with representatives is a God send..... Will recommend to any and all !! You always hear the bad stuff.......what a great company, great staff, great rapport.......and all of you associates of PODS should feel proud - being part of such a great company !!

Average rating for PODS. Everything was great up to the week that my POD was due to be delivered. It traveled over 600 miles in January to get to me. So that was a big deal with all the inclement weather. I just really dislike the texting that they prefer you do to communicate through their website. I couldn't get a straight answer out of anyone about when my POD would likely arrive. No one could tell me where it was or anything. It all turned out well in the end. So, I'd still recommend them. But just be aware that if you're making a big move, especially during the winter months where weather can be an issue, PODS can make it stressful. Their customer service reps don't know a whole lot about the logistics or just don't share the information for fear of being wrong. But some information is better than nothing, especially if there might be a delay.

This is my second time using PODs. I have been very happy with them. The POD was delivered and picked as scheduled. They are easy to pack and unpack. Delivered clean and ready to use. The customer service has been over the top. They put me at ease moving my household across county.

PODS is a great organization. Makes moving a breeze and I have moved a lot. When told dates/times, etc. they were right on the money. Always kept in contact via email and phone. AWESOME!

I rented a 7x7x8 POD. I have no complaints at all about scheduling or anyone phone communication. Their customer service was great! It was both delivered and picked up on time, but I was a little put off by the lack of communication from the drivers. I was supposed to receive a phone call the day of, but did not. When they arrived to drop off, the driver was going to move it closer to my preferred spot, but did not. Then he left without a word.

I thought everything was very reasonable for a long distance move. PODS was super easy to work with and there were no problems with changing our schedule as needed to make our move work for us.

This was my best option for my state-to-state move. I had to move out of my place before finding my new home, so I needed a moving/storage alternative, and other options were prohibitively expensive. I had a one bedroom move with a few pieces of furniture, no couches, and fordable tables. The container was clean and ready to be loaded. The PODS delivery and pickup were within they 3 hr windows they gave me. I called to reserve and to make a change, and both times the customer service reps were polite, professional, and got everything done quickly. This is my 2nd time using PODS, and I would use them again for this kind of move.

We used a 16ft P.O.D. on our driveway while our 1st floor wood floors were being refinished. The company asked where on our driveway they could try and position it. You are told the night before what window of time it will be delivered. You don't need to be home. Everything went well. Just wish they had a smaller cost option for renting one for a week, like we are doing, instead of having to pay for an entire month.

The POD met our needs, I wish they had a size just a bit larger (we had the largest POD available). It did take awhile for them to come and get it, which blocked the driveway for a few days.

Everything arrived safe and sound! Delivery, pick up and re-delivery and pick up were exactly as scheduled.

PODs were great about updating times for arrival, drop-off, pick up etc. We highly recommend PODs as a means for long haul transport.

The movers that arrived yesterday were on time and did an amazing job carefully packing all of our belongings from a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo safely into a POD for storage. They were so careful with our belongings and had a really good system for calculating what needed to go in first to load/balance the POD correctly. They were very professional and hard working! We will use them again for sure.

They were great except for the guy dropping off the POD at the apartment. He was not helpful or kind.

I highly recommend PODS for your move. Customer service was top notch, Gabriel was particulaly helpful during booking. The delivery and pick up of the POD were timely as scheduled. The POD was clean and a perfect solution for my cross country move! What could be better than a self contained storage unit for your valualble belongings (that only you have access to)...they deliver it to your doorstep and pick it up! PODS is the perfect solution for all your moving needs! Also, they have an awesome website!! One happy customer:)

Worked well for my needs

Movers were hard working, efficient and professional Other companies wanted to send three people to do the job, but these two guys filled the entire 16' Pod with a mix of furniture and moving boxes in less than three hours. Very impressive. I would definitely use them again in the future.

PODS is a great way to go, we felt they were a little expensive, but considering we could take our time loading and didn't have the do the driving, it was worth it.

Everything went well... Except when i asked the mover to move the container back, he wanted to charge me a re-position fee...

They recommend 2 PODS when I thought I only needed one. They were right. The driver was knowledgeable about how to arrange the pods so as not to damage the yard.

While I hoped the POD would have been delivered at the beginning of the window instead of at the end of the window it worked out fine. The pickup was right on time

There was some confusion about when the containers would be delivered and picked up. The driver placed them skillfully and in a convenient location, so they were easy to unload.

We used PODS for storage of some of our household items while we finished preparing our house for sale during the time it was listed, and after it sold until we could find a new house. The POD was delivered to the new location in excellent condition.

I called multiple ontainer companies. PODS seemed to be the most prepared and knowledgeable, and the prices seemed to be very similar.
