On time, worked fast but were very careful

They were very helpful in solving my transportation problem. I would have preferred to have single agent to contact with the whole process.

On time, driver always called me before moving the POD. None of my stuff got damaged during transport.

Angelo who delivered my POD prior to the unloading was excellent. He was very skilled and answered all questions. I was lucky to get him again when the POD was picked up yesterday.

Using PODS was a very positive experience. However, one caveat: if you're not sure about which container size to use, I would recommend going larger, since estimating cubic feet for what I was moving was confusing. Also, it may impact the cost of moving long distance, so you should ask them if there is additional cost depending on the size of the container. Otherwise, it was the easiest move I've ever made!

Pods states they can fit a 3 bedroom house into a 16 foot pod. slight understatement. Truthfully, you need a 20 footer or one-half Pods to get the job done.

I can't get over how simple this process was! I can't imagine why anyone would use unreliable, sneaky moving companies (had a horrible experience with multiple ones where they show up, raise the price, and you have to get out so you're at their mercy- is this common practice?!?!) PODS was so convenient, on my timeline, inexpensive and the reps were so easy to talk to. I also discovered how flexible they can be when I needed a faster pickup of my empty container and I wasn't even home!

The transaction was smooth and very fast and efficient. The delivery driver was incredible. I cannot recommend him enough.

PODS was helpful and very organized. My one complaint would be with the design of the doors. It would be much better to have doors that open outward instead of the somewhat flimsy rolling overhead door. The rolling door kept getting caught on the ratchets we used to secure our belongings.

The pods arrived on time as scheduled but when we attempted to change the pick up date we had to call back 3 times because they somehow ended up not making the correct change. Instead we almost got 2 extra pods delivered, then the 2nd call changed the pick up date to a wrong date. On the 3rd call they seem to have the correct information. Hopefully since we are still using them and hope our instructions are finally understood.

Wonderful service during a difficult moving situation with frequently changing dates and periods of storage. Pods were clean, great preservation of a large house's contents in 3 Pods (6 months to 3 months storage for individual pods) transportation over 1500 miles. This company has the best customer service we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Friendly, clear, helpful, efficient, always available to make changes, etc. Cannot get better! We will absolutely use their services again. PODS's broader services in advice, and in providing choices of local companies for the auxiliary services were very much appreciated

Move is not completed due to busy scheduling and routing.

So far, everything on time. Haven't received delivery yet. Customer service helpful with any changes I had to make. POD was clean. Yes, I would use again.

Good service and a convenient product

Can't speak to the delivery on the back end, but so far the initial delivery and pickup of full container has been painless.

PODS did a great job and kept me informed about delivery and pickup times. The drivers and customer service agents were courteous and helpful.

The pod delivery driver was great, told me what to expect and things to look out for. The pod was to small, the loaders were not able to get everything in. They did a good job loading but the pod was not big enough.

Highly recommended. Would use them again. Driver brought us locks and and moving blankets. For the price you pay, a few locks and moving blankets make sense.

Had 2 Pods, one older with little tie down points, newer unit was much better.

PODS Moving & Storage have been extremely helpful on the phone. I am very confident that the PODS I rented will be well taken care of and will arrive at our new home in excellent shape.

So far, so good. POD delivered and picked up on time by guys who were careful and knew what they were doing. POD won't be delivered to destination for another 6 days so hope that everything on this end goes as smoothly as it did on the departing end.

Ordered 2 of the 16x8 Pods, which was perfect for the furniture for my 4 bedroom home.

I used PODS because of the cost compared to regular cross-country movers. The drivers that droped off/picked up the POD at both locations were great. On time and very helpful if placing the POD the way my HOA required. PODS also stored my container for about 2-3 weeks until I was ready for delivery. I'd use this type of mover again and will recommend it to anyone I know that's moving.
