PODS is great to work with. Drivers, phone center operators - everything. Very straight forward. I would use them again.

The container was made of thin material...hope the weather stays out of it....have to see.

My first experience with Pods is great, so far. They delivered the container on time and their customer service team was very helpful in suggestion a delivery schedule.

On time, helpful, had to work around a city tree. No problems

I had an issue with the pods showing up on time. When I set up the pods for delivery I told them the driveway was small and they reviewed the specs and said it would hold both pods. I called them to check again two days before the piods where delivered and they said should be no problem. When the driver dropped the first pod he had called and said they both would not fit. That I would have to call pod to set up another delivery. He said he would do a swap but but i had to call pods. I did call pods and they said they would set that up for 12:00 noon and they wuld get back to me to confirm. I never got a call back and when called them the next day she said it is done and they would show up to do a swap. I followed up with the driver and he said I was not on his schedule and that he was sent to another location. I hired workers for the day and he did show up an hour and half later then i was promissed. I had to pay an additional $150.00 to keep the movers.

PODS loses a star for giving the impression that they regularly work with apartment complexes and then having major issues picking up the POD. That said, the items in the box arrived in the condition in which they were packed.

The size (largest) of my POD was perfect. It was clean and neat. Each time I called them, I was connected immediately with a knowledgable customer service employee. They were timely and caused me to have a worry-free moving experience. I chose them first of all because of reasonable price, but even more impressive was the customer service I would definitely use them again. All their reps spoke clear, excellent English, which is important to a person of my age and with some hearing loss.

My move was reasonably nerve-wracking - cross-country Boston to San Franciso. The whole process of delivering and picking up the POD and then picking it and shipping it to CA went off without a hitch. My possessions were undamaged. The customer service was extremely thorough and professional. No hesitation using them again somewhere down the road.

I used POD container this time to load in my goods to moving out only . They stored my goods until my next move in date.

A friend recommended PODS and they were amazing! They explained everything clearly, the pricing was competitive and they were very accommodating considering we needed to move our stuff as soon as possible. We had to reschedule our arrival date and we did that over the phone, and our account was updated immediately. Once our container arrived, all our stuff was in excellent shape, no damage at all. I would highly recommend going with PODS if you are moving long-distance, their service is excellent!

PODs is great with communicating and the logistics of a cross county move. The container is sturdy and the guys who dropped off and picked up were extremely professional and knew what they were doing. Seamless....

Moved from Mississippi to California, and PODs made it very easy. They delivered my POD at my old house, helped me hire workers to assist loading it, then transported it to my new house in California, and again helped me hire workers to unload. Very smooth operation and much cheaper than hiring a moving company (around $2500 VS. $5-6000).

Two 17' Pods arrived as scheduled and were transported to the destination as schduled. However, we are having some problems getting them picked up now that we are finished with them. The delivery guys did an impressive job of placing the Pods.

Reasonable cost. Very convenient and fulfill my need. Had hardwood floors installed.

Absolutely great, Had three awful contacts prior...one all set up then says that they can't go from Colo to Phila 2 months later! Other required s signature..not able to do, then the last I had to talk to three people and ended up with 4 different quotes and they still were not sure if they could do a split shipment. Fourth time was a charm but worth it in every way.

I am extremely disappointed with POD. I rented a 3-4 bed POD, yet have less than 3 full rooms, no washer/drier, no dining set and just one bed. We had to last minute rent a storage unit and truck for our other belongings. We needed two PODs really and never would have gone that route when budgeting had we known. Very deceiving estimate..

Nothing to complain about except maybe the pricing, a little expensive. But to avoid the transportation and moving items in and out of storage, can’t beat it. If you’re moving direct (without storage needs in between), use a full service door to door company.

This is the second time I used PODS for a long-distance move. Personnel on the phone and in person were friendly and very efficient. My goods were transported and stored with no damage. The 16-foot Pod held all my belongings and was "packed to the gills." There were no surprise charges. I highly recommend this means of hassle-free moving.

Pods worked well for our long distance move. I was pleased with the service. The only suggestion I have is to talk to someone on the phone to determine how big and how many pods you might need.

Only complaint, not enough tie downs.

Angel delivered the container, and was a magician in how he handled it. Amazing! The person who picked it up (had an English accent) and was concerned he was too early and did not even knock on the door. Also very nice.

They came when expected. They took care to handle our load carefully, and they quickly, efficiently, moved our container. We plan to use them again in the near future.

PODS IS GREAT! Arrived to all three sites on time and nice. BEWARE! After you "place your order" you must call the next day, and confirm ALL THE DETAILS to make sure the order taker got it all correct. (Mine were wrong so it was a good thing I double check ALL the details on second call.) Once you do that, rest assured that all will be PERFECT!

I used pod because my move in date was not finalized. They had the best pricing option. I can rate them better when my goods arrive in great condition and they show up on time.

Had a great experience moving from Boston to Milwaukee. PODS customer service people were always explicit about what to expect. They arrived when they said and picked up the POD when expected. Permitting for the POD was different in both cities, but PODS people knew how to help.

So far so good. Pod was dropped off on schedule, clean and in good condition. The driver, Frank, was awesome at his job maneuvering the pod into our parking space despite some parked cars and trees as obstacles.

PODS was wonderful! A million times easier than transporting items to a storage unit. Friendly pick up and delivery folks. I'd highly recommend.

I didn't believe it could hold all of my furniture, but it did. So pleased it did with your recommendation of getting some help.

Overall, not bad, but I would now order the pod a day before loading since they are not reliable in their estimates for arrival times. Will be using them again now that I know their limitations.
