We've rented from Penske numerous times. As a military family, we move...A LOT (latest count is 36, with 3 rentals total from our family in the last 3 months and at least 1 more to go) Penske always gives us a great rate and great service. We tried one of the "other" companies once and will NEVER use them again!

Penske Truck was clean, new, in great working condition.

Penske truck was a smooth ride from AL to VA. It was clean and reliable for a cross country move. I’ve used U-Haul in the past for moves in town with questionable trucks and Penske was a no-brainer for this move. Would recommend to anyone moving across the country to get Penske.

The truck was clean and well stocked. Ready to roll out. Calling customer support about DEF additive was pleasant and very helpful. Fully refunded us for the DEF. Blankets were clean and the dollies were in great shape.

The truck was very new and well equipped with various features, like a backup camera, cruise control, wall outlet, USB Port, AC Adapter, and a light that shows when cars are in your blindspots. I had an issue where my battery died, and the free roadside was simple to call and get set up, and the guy arrived 20 minutes early, to boot!

They were 2 hours late with the truck but they did refund us 300.00 dollars off the move

My one bedroom fit great into a 12’ truck but I didn’t have a sofa or tables so I would definitely size up if you have more traditional “one bedroom” apartment furniture. My movers made sure everything fit though and nothing was damaged.

The 16' truck was in excellent condition and easy to handle in all traffic situations. However, the gallons per mile were disappointing.

Windshield was dirty and could of been briefed on the systems.

Truck had a check engine light on, issues with safety systems on the vehicle

Didn't have the truck I reserved, but also didn't charge me more for the bigger truck.

Two day drive from OH to CO and the 16-ft truck was very comfortable. This is the second time we have used them and would not use anyone else. Their rentals gave plenty of time and unlimited miles.

Were very responsive on the picking up of the truck and providing additional information

They recommended Simple Moving Labor. The yhird party they hirrd for the original packing was worst than terrible. They need to take better care of who they recommend

I love Penske! They set me up with a great 16-foot truck for a 1,500-mile move. The truck performed well, and I enjoyed driving it. Glad it had a backup camera that appeared in the rearview mirror.

Ran into a problem last minute with Uhaul, and thank goodness we did. We've used Uhaul several times in the past, and we found Penske to be much easier and more professional. If we move again (and hopefully we won't for awhile), we'll definitely continue using Penske over Uhaul.

easy to process pick up and drop off at Home Depot

A hole in the roof of the truck was discovered upon unloading some of my items got wet. Thank God they were only sheets.

iT WAS A NIGHTMARE, BUT IT WAS THE FAULT OF THE TRUCK(EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A NEW ONE). PENSKE DID PROVIDE A NEW TRUCK AND CREW TO MOVE ITEMS TO IT, BUT WE WERE A FULL DAY LOST.

I arrived a few days early and they were very accommodating for being able to store the truck while I offloaded my car from the carrier to drive around town.

The unlimited miles and week rental was helpful for our move, however the truck was not at the location when we scheduled pick up. Penske did give us a discount but the inconvenience didn't start our move out on the right foot.
