The movers went far and beyond. The movers were so professional. We rented a large Penske truck, but received a small one when we went to pick it up. The movers were able to pack all the large items we wanted to move plus more. I don't know how they did it, but it was amazing. I just want to say thank you for making our move so stress-free.

Only half way there but so far so good. The truck is a newer model. Big but not uncomfortable to drive. Clean and seems well-maintained.

The process of renting, picking up, driving, & returning the Penske truck was easy & seamless. When we arrived to pick up the 12' truck we'd ordered, we realized it would be too small--the Penske man made it easy to switch to a 16' truck, which he luckily had available. The truck was clean & in great shape & ran well. I would use this company again in a heartbeat!

Everything involving Penske was seamless. The truck was in great condition and drove well. Customer service over the phone was great. I gave four stars because we picked up from Home Depot, who deserves no stars as the middleman. The associate at Home Depot did not have any information, was not familiar with the truck, or seemingly even the process. He kept asking me to sign documents acknowledging things we hadn't gone over (i.e documentation of any cosmetic damage to the truck prior to the rental without seeing the truck). He appeared annoyed when I wanted to read the contracts I was singing. He was unable to answer any questions I had about the insurance we had paid for. Home Depot is not doing Penske any favors.

This is the first time I rented a moving truck from Penske Truck Rentals and I highly recommend them. It was conveniently at home depot for pickup/drop off. The truck was clean and in great condition. will rent from them in the future for sure.

Best decision of my move was to use Penske.

Truck was not cleaned out from previous person, requested lift gate didn't get one had to leave behind our riding mower as it wouldn't get up into truck on the ramp, very disappointed. No time to change truck.

Much better than uHaul, for sure. Truck was decent. They had the truck when and where I needed it. This was a partial move of stuff I didn't want the big movers to take.

Decided to use Penske because of the unlimited miles and number of days included to complete my move. We rented a 12 ft truck to move half of a 2-bedroom apartment. It was more than enough space for the furniture and items we moved. Love that the truck has a back up camera.

Penske came through when Budget called me the day of the move and informed me that the truck I had reserved was unavailable and they could tentatively see if anything else could be available the same day- 3 hours later. This was unacceptable as we had timelines for both loading and unloading at two locations 300 miles apart. Luckily I was able to get the required truck from Penske that same day and within 30min of my initial call to complete the move with no impact to my schedule.

Had trouble with the engine light. Was able to get the truck fixed enroute in Montgomery, AL. Was assisted quickly by the phone representative and the mechanic was waiting for me.

Truck drove easy for a 16' truck with a ramp. Eats a lot of gas, but that was expected since it is a big truck.

Great one-way price. They even through in a dolly for boxes, etc. at no extra cost.

Clean trucks with low mileage. Period

We got into a branch but they don't have the truck we reserved so they referred us to another branch. Time consuming! I drove 22 truck, super slow!

Very nice truck, lowest rental price for size. My only complaint is that with the unlimited mileage you have to rent for 6 days and I only used it for 4 days and didn't receive any refund. But it was still worth it. The cost I put includes full coverage and taxes.

Moving trucks are very expensive between the rental cost and the mileage.

26 foot box truck unlike uhaul that isn’t a true 26ft.with limited liability insurance (highly recommend)a little under $2500 for unlimited mileage plus 7 days.

Diesel is the way to go.

Truck was in excellent condition and drove well. Check out and return processes were very smooth.

I only use Penske for anything long distance. The trucks are fairly new, maintained and their service is fantastic. We had to use them on a prior move and their service dispatches and were onsite within 45 mins. Definitely worth it.

The only issue was reservation to pick up truck was for 8:00 AM CST and was not able to obtain truck until 10:00 AM CST. This delayed packing by two hours.
