26' foot truck. Filled it 2/3 way.

My fifteen footer was just right for a one bedroom apartment transfer move.

Very helpful and responsive to all inquiries.

Had an issue with the pickup location. However, issue was resolved, and the U-Haul representative was professional.

U-haul is my go to when I need a truck

Truck i reserved was rented out before I got there to pickup had to rent a round trip Truck. Cost twice as much in gas and another extra 2 hours to return it the place it was pickup at. Also they only could offer the largest Truck in the fleet.

The rental and return process was smooth as silk!

The truck was ok. It says something like "smooth ride" but I swear my teeth rattled while driving. The 26' truck drives like a cinderblock. I rented it from JT Auto, and reserved several dollies and blankets, but when I got there they only had an appliance dolly and informed me they were charging my card for the full amount and that I needed to call Uhaul to work out the charges.

U-haul did well on their commitment and promise, but Kendra the associate at the U-haul Moving and storage location (2797 Pelham Pwky) in pelham, al U-haul location was very rude and short with patience.

Uhaul was great but did not expect a drop off fee

Truck was Clean, Ready early, and was able to supply all Protective Wrapping Materials.

U-haul made our move easy. Good equipment. Easy pick up and drop off. Repeat customer and will use again.

After booking the truck, I needed to make some changes. The website made that an easy process. Picking up the truck went without any problems. They made sure that the moving blankets and dolly I had ordered were on the truck. Dropping it off, likewise, was a smooth process. I would definitely rent from this company again.

Received new equipment and partook in the Load Share program which significantly cut costs. Planning and communication inclusive of the app was efficient. Also, cheapest option when costing my money before using Load Share. 26' Truck (plus trailer).

I have rented trailers and trucks from U-haul in the past. They are consistent and you can depend on getting what you expect.

Truck was in good condition and was nice to drive.

Fair pricing, I just wish they would start to give you more adjustments to seats. If you're tall like me, it really hurts not to be able to raise your seats up or down. Other than that, the service was great.

UHaul is the truck we chose to use. We needed a 10ft. This truck did the job. The customer service was great due to an issue with the truck. I did most of my Booking with the U-Haul app. I chose them since they have a stellar reputation, I would use U-Haul again.

too many complications

I would use uhaul again as a last resort. Normally I get better deals from Budget truck rental but there were no budget truck rentals in Spokane, WA. The total below is because my wife had a 4' X 8' trailer that she had for like a month and they never cut her any deals.
