Customer service changed the time of my rental and had me go to a location they thought had a truck, but there was none.

dont like that trucks are not full of fuel

The truck was clean and did the job well. Ran a little rough, but got from point to point.

The moving blankets we ordered were not available, causing us to scramble to purchase them before the moving helpers arrived. The vehicle was dirty and necessitated interior and window cleaning so we would be comfortable traveling in it for 1500 miles and actually see out the windshield

The Uhaul locations where I picked and dropped the truck off at were very step up logically and the staff was extremely nice. Made the move so much better.

The truck was clean and all equipment was in working order. Note you need a lock with a long U on it some facilities do not have these available to purchase. Truck does not have cruise control. I would use U Haul again. We moved from Florida to Michigan without any issues. 8 days from Florida to Michigan 15 foot truck with full insurance $1134

U-Haul was great start to finish in my move from Delaware to South Carolina. I used a 15' truck and was very satisfied all the way around. Using the app made it easy to pick up myself and drop off myself as well.

The uhaul app is not good and cumbersome.

It's Uhaul. It's the closest thing to where I was moving, so it was convenient. The mileage just gets expensive for your "in-town move" at $1/mile.

Individual owned. Little help and assistance. Car transport tie down strap broken would not reach over wheel. Had to make 2 trips to get get transporter after fixed.

Truck was not ready on time. The app was a nuisance and repeatedly got stuck.

15' truck and the truck was *chef's kiss* immaculate

My first rental was with another company. When I showed up they said, "We don't do trucks." "But I have a reservation," I said. Their reply was, "We don't do trucks." "Well, then what do I do?" I asked. He handed me a pamphlet and said, "Call this number, they'll tell you were to get your truck." Feeling a little panic as my time was getting tight, I asked, "Could you call the company and help me find out where to go?" The answer was, "We don't do trucks." I will never work with Budget again. On top of it, they had lost my reservation earlier that day, I had rebooked it, they told me where to go, I confirmed three times it was there, every time I called there were long wait times, and when I got there to pick up my truck, all I got in response was, "We don't do trucks." (And the main office never told me where to find my truck.) Horrible business, horrible customer service. NOW, a quick call to U-Haul. Barely any on hold waiting. Courteous and incredibly helpful. A confirmation call from the location of the truck. Very welcoming and accommodating. Willing to be of service. Yeah, it's a big company. Yeah, I'm all about supporting the little guy. But with U-Haul, you will definitely get the support and service you need.

The 26' truck was not large enough to fit our 3-bedroom property and we rented a 4'x8' cargo trailer to compensate for the overflow.

15' Truck and the Vehicle Transport Trailer. Hauled a 2013 BMW X5. Did fine - bogged-down to 45-ish MPH on only the steepest hills / grades. Ran 55-65 MPH on the highways. Vehicle Transport was easy to maneuver and was stable. Didn't seem to effect performance too much. Truck cab a bit cramped with 2 adults and 1 dog though. Need more space / storage in the cab and better seats / more adjustable.

U-Haul was great to work with! Easy and quick.

Ended up with larger truck than requested. Added fuel costs to my move of 950 miles. However, service was great and had no other issues with Uhaul.

Wish I had rented a larger truck but the service was excellent.

The dealer in Woodstock Ga had the only available 26' truck in the metro Atlanta area. He was very nice and extremely helpful. The staff on return was also great!

They were very easy to deal with. A good price for what you need.

Was late releasing truck because wifi was down.

Excellent experience. They were flexible when flooding in our city delayed our move by a day.

Rented 20' truck and tow dolly for a 200-mile one-way move out of state. Given location of both at the same pick-up point two days before move. Day before: tow dolly location was changed to another site an hour away. Inconvenient on an already stressful day, but I understand the difficulty in scheduling one-way trucks during peak season. Truck was in good condition, tank half full. Customer service of all U-Haul employees from phone scheduling to pick-up/drop-off was stellar throughout. Very helpful and friendly. Can't beat the price!

Everyone at the Uhaul store in Schererville was super helpful and knowledgeable about what I would need for our out of state move.

I always use Uhaul when I move, it's portable and convenient.

At first they gave me a truck that seemed to not run well. Seemed like it had a miss. I was able to return the truck and exchange for a new truck with < 3000 miles on it.

Cheap prices and the truck worked. About all I can ask for.

Be aware of the after-hours pickup system. They do not request information and pictures UNTIL you press the ready for pickup button. In my case, I was picking up my truck in a dark parking lot at 11pm. They require a picture of yourself + both sides of your ID. They also require the phone number of another person, a passport, or other documents you are very unlikely to have spontaneously on your person at the time.

Have had issues with Uhaul in the past not having truck available for my reservation, but not this time. Used online system for pick up and drop off. Used the 10' truck just to move the last of our large furniture pieces (had already moved boxes).

Uhaul kept stopping and the oil change signal would come on. We called about it but they said they can’t do anything unless we’re stuck and need roadside assistance.

Uhaul had the truck we needed, a lock for the back and a storage dolly for the timeframe we needed to complete our project. We needed to extend the time of our rental and it was easy to change.

Truck was fine, trailer lights didn't work.

The day before I moved I got a text telling me my truck would now be in a town an hour from where I live instead of the location I booked which was ten minutes away. Very frustrating!

Truck was clean and in good condition.
