Easy pickup and return

I went to the location to pick up the truck and my wife dropped me off. After waiting 25 minutes, they informed me the truck was at an another location, even though I went to the correct location. They simply did not have the truck. I had to run almost 2 miles to the other location since I did not have a car. And, the guy at the first location, who was by himself, was rude to me.

The only issue we had was with the return locations being too small to accept the size of trucks we had. We ultimately had to keep them longer than we needed to. Didn't cost us anything though, just inconvenient.

Uhaul unattended app froze several times. I had used it before with no issues.

Picking up the Uhaul took a lot more time than we anticipated.

Truck was new and clean. No issues with it at all.

Guys at the Rochester Uhaul are awesome, equipment was clean, service was very timely.

I prefer U-Haul, as their trucks are easier to work with and they use unleaded gas instead of diesel.

Truck was good. Customer service was good on both ends. Good price.

No issues! Fuel charges for not filling it back at same level is kind of high, so I recommend filling it up yourself before returning.

Truck was noisy, seat doesn't recline or change position for someone as tall as me, otherwise OK; sucks up the gas, which was to be expected

Ordered truck with blankets, dollys etc nothing inside truck; completely empty of gas; shocks SHOT felt like being on a boat up and down on waves all the way up I 95, very complicated and frustrating return process; key kept getting stuck in ignition taking 20 minutes to remove each time

The 26' truck and blankets were in place and ready to go. It was very convenient to pick up and drop off too.

They didn’t have all our required materials at time of rental.

Provided us with a rental truck with empty gas. We did not reach the closest gas station.

Simple, ubiquitous, and easy enough. Just check the contract to make sure it matches the truck (fuel, mileage, etc.)!

Transportation was not provided by the moving company.

The truck rented was good and spacious enough to get the job done at an affordable price. The move was one of the cheapest local moves I've done within the past several years. The rental process was also quick and easy.

truck was stuck in mud, had a flat tire and was unable to pick up truck much later then planned.

They saved my life. Budget rental is garbage. Should have went with U-Haul to begin with, but thankfully they had trucks available and was able to pick one up and keep it until the job was done, despite the mismanagement of Budget.

Android app would not work for self serve rental (could not fix my location), but web site did. Otherwise, an easy and convenient rental.

The only factor that was not excellent was the unavailability of a 20 foot truck which had been reserved. 26 foot truck replacement was bigger than needed and rougher ride.

Uhaul process was smooth & easy. The pick up and drop off was effortlessly.

The truck used for our cross country move was new but we discovered the windshield wipers were broken in the middle of a rainstorm.

We always use UHaul. We rarely have issues and when we do, they are quick to fix it.

Don’t use Budget. I went to pick up the truck from Budget with my confirmation number. They said they didn’t have one that size for over a week. They offered me one 4 ft shorter which wouldn’t fit our items. I asked for the larger truck sitting outside and they said it was reserved. What about my reservation? She just said sorry I don’t have one. Customer service said they would find one for me and asked how far I was willing to drive. They put a rush request in and no one called me back. U-Haul across the street took care of us immediately.

No issues or concerns. The equipment used was great.

The U Haul staff where I rented the truck were very helpful.

Quick and easy to reserve the truck. The website is very clear and understandable. The renting location was very personable and professional. The online registration made it easier and quicker at the U-Haul office.

great i would use them again

Rented a 10 ft truck. It struggled a little with uphill Pittsburgh roads, but was otherwise fine. The AC and other interiors were fine. It did it's job.

The truck was good. Started with a check-engine light on, but it went off and the truck had no issues for the trip.
