Using a U-haul or any self driving truck for the first time was my biggest scare. But I can confidently say that after my successful move of driving 225 miles of a U-haul 15 foot truck, its awesome and highly recommended.

Excellent rental experience. The option worked well for the size and distance of my move ( 3 miles). The truck was in excellent condition, very clean, the customer service was wonderful, I would definitely use them again,

The truck retyen instructions sent me to the wrong address. I wasted an hour trying to find the drop off location. The extra mileage racked up trying to find the drop off location cost me an extra $24

Stress of no 26’ trucks or car trailers available but they found one an hour away and added miles to our rental. Moved from Colorado Springs to Panama City Beach. Budget truck didn’t even try to find a truck and trailer.

26' trucks should have back up cameras. An inspection should be done by Uhaul one of the 2 trucks rented didn't have right blinker or brake light working after a slight delay Uhaul had it all working again. All staff were kind, understanding and willing to help.

Our stuff was transported on time, safely, and in great shape. As long as we didn’t have to make any changes or need customer service, it was great. If we needed ANY customer service, it was a challenge and the app… the app is virtually worthless and slow to make any changes or do anything but make an initial reservation.

The lady who help me, saw that the truck I rented wasn't cleaned so she had to clean it before I drove off with it.

Good experience overall, required 2 trips with the 10 foot truck. A bigger truck may have been needed.

15' U-Haul truck and Auto Transport trailer (for a Prius). U-Haul was good and flexible enough to handle a few mid-course changes during our move.

Uhaul had my truck ready and eveything fit inside.

Renting a Uhaul truck definitely saved me more money. However, working with Uhaul to get the truck was tad frustrating -- customer service. If you have the money, just go with the moving company.

Rented 15' with auto carrier. Entire experience was good. Relatively new truck, nice box, drove well, and towed trailer nicely. I would use them again --- Paragon in Lake Havasu City & U-Haul regional planners.

The trailer lights went out and cost me a day.

U-Haul provided me with a truck that had known issues. The mechanic at the pickup site snickered as he asked me if I was traveling far, proceeded to reset the vehicle diagnostic code with his scanner, and allowed me to drive the 26ft moving truck with an attached car hauling trailer across country "2100 miles" even though I asked for another vehicle. The truck had little power, spit and sputtered under Excelleration, and the fuel milage reflected a vehicle that was not fully operational.

Very discriminatory, The lady at UHaul wanted to give everyone else a truck but not me and very upset when I said she is discriminating me. She said she will have to make me leave the premises. However, when I called customer service, they arranged for another truck at another location

U-Haul Palencia was super. Stephen took great care of me and it couldn't have been smoother.

I brought the household to Philadelphia from Pittsburgh for an unload and carry. I think that, 'We pick Things Up and Put Things Down' could have provided better equipment for them, but the crew said "No Problem" and did the job. The owner, Karim, was good, I lost no time, nothing was damaged, so no complaints

The trailer lights stopped working, so I had to wait for the roadside assistance. The guy was great, but I lost time and had to get a hotel.

I was happy the antique made it all the way through the move without breaking down.

Good job of location the truck size I wanted in a very busy season.

U-haul was easy to deal with. I had to keep the truck longer and it was not much more per day since I was not adding miles.

They changed the pick up, drop off and converted my one way trip to a return because “they didn’t have a one way truck”.

There was a little mix up on where the truck was parked, but after that, everything went smoothly.

Although I booked 24/7 pickup option which was mobile and self directed, turns out this was not actually an option at the location I booked through online.

Nakhia in McDonough GA was exemplary in helping us get our trailer in less than 20 minutes. The hitch was much improved over the last time we rented and much easier to pull without worry. Would definitely use them again.

Truck was fine. Had less than half a tank of gas when I picked it up.

Truck was available, but not too close, and the lots that were close never answered their phones or returned calls. Had to call the central number for help, which they happily gave. Also...the 24/7 pickup sounds like a great idea, but their app is a 100% pain in the butt. I had used that same EXACT app nearly four years ago and all the bugs and bad UI is STILL there. It is very time consuming and in some place is confusing and makes no sense. FIX THAT! It's 2023 U-Haul! And their size estimator sucks. Had to get an additional trailer, which I found out was pretty much how it goes with them. And it was freaking expensive for a one-way (which I can understand to a degree). All that said, the equipment was clean enough and did what it was supposed to do.

We rented two trucks and a car carrier. The folks at all the rental places were nice and helpful.

The 26 foot truck was clean and in good working order. It was stuffed. It was very hard to turn taking 2 1/2 revolutions on the steering wheel to make a 90 degree turn.

Easy in and easy return.

The truck was great, clean, mechanically sound, just the right size, comfortable and fuel economical as well as reasonably priced rental. However, the new after hours pick up service left much to be desired. It was quite frustrating and took an extremely long time, over an hour- with two tired girls in the car.
