Very old truck but its works

Received new equipment and partook in the Load Share program which significantly cut costs. Planning and communication inclusive of the app was efficient. Also, cheapest option when costing my money before using Load Share. 26' Truck (plus trailer).

Excellent, friendly and hard working movers who went above and beyond expectations to make my difficult move possible. !!!!!!!!!

U-Haul. A real, true to life business operation. Every thing in between was a real shit sandwich. :(j.

Truck was in very good shape, ran well and easy to handle.

I have rented trailers and trucks from U-haul in the past. They are consistent and you can depend on getting what you expect.

Truck was in good condition and was nice to drive.

Fair pricing, I just wish they would start to give you more adjustments to seats. If you're tall like me, it really hurts not to be able to raise your seats up or down. Other than that, the service was great.

UHaul is the truck we chose to use. We needed a 10ft. This truck did the job. The customer service was great due to an issue with the truck. I did most of my Booking with the U-Haul app. I chose them since they have a stellar reputation, I would use U-Haul again.

too many complications

I would use uhaul again as a last resort. Normally I get better deals from Budget truck rental but there were no budget truck rentals in Spokane, WA. The total below is because my wife had a 4' X 8' trailer that she had for like a month and they never cut her any deals.

The truck that we ordered was not available when it was promised.

Service was quick and easy

Pick up was an absolute nightmare that took nearly two hours. Uhual rerouted us to a different pick up location than we had originally selected and when we arrived they guy there said the trailer was down and we'd have to go to another place to pick up (down the road a couple miles). When we arrived there they didn't have the equipment because the system said the previous location was supposed to have it. Thankfully the two ladies at the second location got on the phone with their area manager and were able to get things sorted out. They went with us back to the first location to pick up the equipment and brought it back to their location to make sure it was road ready and not broken. Apparently the first location has a reputation for being unreliable and is close to being closed down. My suggestion to Usual, close that guy down because this experience was so painful and pushed us so tight on being back for the movers that we will likely consider Penske next time.

Truck was clean and in good shape, ran good, but was older, no power windows/locks, no USB ports for phone charging or GPS, and no satellite radio…but all in all..very good

U haul truck was reliable. And when we returned the truck the people their were very good.

Great people, truck did the job, there app is total shit. Also was not happy that I had to wait till I was locked in, to find out where I was picking up their truck. I had to drive 20 min. to pick up their truck even though their closest office was 4 min. away and there are 3 offices closer than the one they chose for me to pick up the truck. Also they did not have my complete order so I still had to drive back to the office that is 4 min. away.

I thought my pick-up and drop off was very smooth. Super nice and helpful people.

The truck was in good shape, clean and (my son-in-law says) easy to drive.

Good value for the money

Truck had issues shifting and caused me to pay TOO much in fuel, also never received the furniture dolly in Knoxville but was charged for it.

Got a practically new truck in great condition at a fair price. All went well.

U-Haul experience was GREAT - of course, I procured that myself!

The U-Haul Service that I procured was FABULOUS!

Their app is trash as it froze on me 4 times trying to return the truck. I had to call to remedy a thing, but renting the truck otherwise was great! Definitely affordable.

Pickup and drop off were tedious, the U-Haul app is not user friendly

We drove a 20' U-Haul truck ourselves..........The truck was great, but the ordering process and general customer service left a lot to be desired.

Everything worked out great. The Uhaul pickup location agent was alone and the process took way too long, but he was great!

Truck performed well!

Last minute cancellation the night before, local movers at the first location cancelled 4 hours before. Had to rent an extra trailer since replacement truck was smaller than what was originally reserved

No cruise control but reliable

All of the truck rental companies were complicated and not helpful. Penske confirmed a truck that was not actually available and the corporate U-Haul booking was complicated and wanted my credit card just to be able to speak to someone about possibly booking a rental. I will look into private movers in the future and try not to rent from either of these companies again. That said the local personnel at the U-Haul that I rented from were very nice and helpful. Thanks to them for slightly redeeming the company....however I will still refrain from using U-Haul in the future,.

When I went to get the truck, someone had stolen the gas cap and they knew it the day before they made the reservation. "Oh, one thing I forgot to mention" So they stuffed a Walmart bag in the hole an taped it up. I asked the guy, How am I supposed to fill up the tank? He said, "Got any Tape?" I had to drive all the way across town to get another truck. 3 hours wasted.

Driven by relative and no problems

I rented a truck from 56th and Good Hope. Do not go there if you're in a hurry. There was only one person working in the store when I purchased a TV box at 7:30 am and when I picked up the truck at 9:00 am the next day. The attendant explained to me that he was outside. I could not believe that no one in the store to assist customers. Because of this, after purchasing my tv box, I had to leave it in the store because I couldn't fit it in my vehicle. He sold me the box and when back outside I suppose. They are short staffed I suppose. Also, the day I came to pick up the truck, again the store was vacant. Once he came back in the store, he moved at the pace of a snail. I won't ever go back to that location. There was more, but I'll stop here. I don't want to write a thesis.
