Its hard to believe that with 6 uhaul locations in the city I was moving from (80,000 population), I had to drive 70 miles to get a 26' truck, and then they forgot to put the moving blankets in the back. The 4 star rating is because they let me have the extra miles due to the pickup location, and let me pick up the truck the day before I had it reserved so I got an extra day.

U-Haul came in look to see what size truck I should take to load my house in and drive it to the location of the truck was in excellent condition it only had 5000 miles on it was a fairly new truck customer service during the booking process was excellent Tom did everything perfect he was really good at what he was doing have used U-Haul Many times and I would use them again

I got an 11th hour call from Budget that they didn't have a truck, so I called UHaul and they immediately scheduled one for me. I'd give them a 5 star rating for their customer service, including the guy who went through the truck with me re any previously marked damage. The truck drove well, but the brakes squealed. In Seattle, there is lots of traffic and lots of hills, so those squeaky brakes got a workout. I'd use they again and would recommend them to everyone.

Truck was clean and ran well. Make sure you fill up the tank to the half way mark or you will get dunned pretty badly.

The website hours listed the store opened at 9, but the lady did not get there until 945. However, she was very helpful and I had no problems renting my truck.

The rental was smooth, but I needed the truck to move some things to my new house and other things to my parents' house. I learned it would be lest costly to get two one-way trucks rather than one round-trip truck, but that was a big hassle.

My 26 foot truck was easier to drive than the 15 foot truck I had the day before. Overall great experience and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Road runner moving and storage worked very hard to correct the expensive mess created by hire a helper. Road runner is highly recommended and efficient!

Easy pick-up of the truck even before the location opened and no problems with the vehicle. U-Haul charges for mileage for in-town moves, but luckily they had a 26-foot truck very close and I only drove 14 miles all-in. Something to watch out for though as this quickly increases the $39.95 base cost.

The U Haul Truck was large enough, very clean and easy to load and unload. Easy to rent and pickup and drop off.

Truck was in pretty good condition but I was upset to notice that a headlight was out when I was traveling in front as my husband drove the truck behind me.

We picked up the 26' truck on the morning of our loading day and dropped it off 48 hours later. The pick up and drop off were quick and we felt well equipped with all we needed to know in order to use the truck properly to transport our belongings. We chose Uhaul because it was a convenient location and a good price for what we needed. The truck with impeccably clean, drove well, and the people who worked there were very helpful. We would use this option again in the future.

No one at drop off able to help unhitch car dolly only 1 person and told it was my responsibility to unchain and remove the dolly.
