Horrible at every almost every turn. I have a letter coming. Was called by regional manager who understood my frustration and offered a modest refund. I appreciated that, but it does not change the level of stress added during an insanely stressful time.

UHaul Riverhead/Calverton was very courteous, helpful, and easy to work with. The manager, Robert, had a great attitude and explained what we needed to know to with patience. The place was organized, cared for, and well-run and the truck was clean, put-together, and mechanically sound. Thank God it was air-conditioned too because it was a hot day. All around, it was a good experience and we will use them again!

For my 1,300+ mile move, Uhaul was the most cost effective moving option. We rented a 15ft truck that drove as one would expect (not super easy to drive, but gets the job done). Uhaul changed our reservation three times a few days prior to my move, changing both the location pickup and the size of the truck, which was a bit annoying (we didn't know the pickup location had changed until we made a call, and how would we have known if we didn't make the call?) . That said, it worked in our favor that they changed us from a 10ft truck to a 15ft truck, because we needed the extra space. If you're unsure of what size Uhaul to rent, I'd say size up! Overall, the Uhaul rental met our expectations.

Unlike the movers we had no issue with the rental or the rental company!

.99 a mile is still a tad bit high but the return process was easy through the app.

I had to wait 45 minutes to check out my rented truck. The guys are slow and inefficient. They had to do over twice, both mine and another guy. It was unacceptable.

Uhaul did not keep up their commitment. I had requested a 15 feet truck and it was a confirmed reservation. 24 hours prior to the pick up, they changed it to a 10 feet truck due to unavailability. This put me in a tough spot and I could not carry everything that I had planned for.

Loved our Uhaul truck and was amazed at how easy it was to return with our technological Uhaul has become over the years!!

My initial reservation was changed a day before my pickup date. When I arrived, the guy was totally unprepared. He turned his computer on when I got there and it wasn't connected to the internet. He did everything on his phone which added to the amount of time I had to stay there. Then he didn't have any of the extra items I requested (dolly, furniture pads, etc.). I was not pleased.

It was quick and easy

Everything went well except when we picked up the truck the tank was almost empty and they had said there was much more in it. We were not reimbursed for the full tank we put in. They were too busy to talk to about it.

10 foot truck was perfect size for my apartment move. The truck was good and easy to drive. I had serious customer service issues when I tried to change the size of the vehicle online and then called UHaul for help. After speaking to two employees, the second told me to call direct the location I was renting from. He had big complaints about UHaul's computer system. I ended up just cancelling original reservation and making a new one. A lot of confusion and time wasted just to change the size of the vehicle. Wanted to go with another company but location not as good.

Truck was just what I needed and had no problems.

Everything went smoothly until returning the truck. We were late and that’s on us. The lady in Somerset Wis. (drop off) was great but a guy there was not! He was yelling and mad . We had to fold all of our blankets. They would not take any unused extra boxes which uhaul advertised. Overall, a good experience. Truck was easy to drive and was problem free. Phoenix uhaul was great.

Truck was ready on time and the paperwork was filled out fairly quickly. Truck was clean and they were considerate and helpful. Chose U-Haul because they were close to both move addresses and were fairly inexpensive. Would use again.

20 in U-Haul fit everything in my apt.

The truck was fine, but the one guy working there was not very nice. I think his name was Russell - he kept yelling at one of his coworkers/employees in front of everyone and that's not cool.

Great as always. Did everything by myself and had no problem getting my truck, driving it, refiling the gas, and returning. They make it really easy and are always very professional.

I originally requested a 10' Truck, but was upgraded to a 15' at the same cost. I drove from Ohio to Oregon and had absolutely no issues with the truck. Apart from not a lot of frills, the truck was comfortable and drove surprisingly well. It handled the mountain regions of my trip very well. The return was flawless at the Sherwood Uhaul location. I have one more move to finish, and will definitely rent from Uhaul.

The truck was fine. Uhaul will not allow you to change from a round-trip to a one-way without charging 3X the original contract even though scheduling a one-way trip initially would have been substantially cheaper

They provided excellent customer service and the truck was almost new.

I initially reserved with Budget, but they called at the last minute (after the movers were paid!) and left a message saying they had no trucks. At the same time, they did not cancel reservation, which means I was liable for the rental charges. Budget did not return call and was totally unprofessional. It seems you can not count on Budget. U Haul was great, on the other hand.

Time frame allowed was barely enough time to load, travel, and unload (4 days)

Overall a good experience with the Uhaul company however, the company's dolly and blankets, automatically attached to the inside of the truck, takes up valuable space.

Uhaul on Solano ave. in Vallejo is a hot mess. The office was suppose to open at 7:00 a.m. but the office manager/keyholder did not arrive until 8:15 a.m. to meet a bunch of anger customers including myself.

Easy enough to rent.

We rented the 15' truck for moving from our 1 bedroom apartment to our new larger 2-bedroom house. When we acquired the rental, it was clean and had half a tank of gas in it. The size of this truck worked perfectly in transporting our belongings from our entire 1-bedroom apartment to the new house. We only had to do one trip. When we picked up the truck, the customer service representative was so helpful. There was initially a problem and they could not locate the keys for the truck we wanted, but he quickly arranged for us to have another vehicle that did have keys so we could be on our way.

a few issues when checking it back in. and had to go back the next day. The truck itself was good.

The main problem with UHaul is that they want the customer to move their fleet, and, it would seem that they favor certain locations. On a few rentals when I specified a preferred pick up or drop off location, they seemed to always want to shift me somewhere else. But, when I refused or pressed, suddenly the equipment I needed was now where I wanted it to be for pick up, after being told it was not there.

Easy to use. Not too far to pickup the truck for the move.

Farley in Lillian Alabama was a fantastic help!! Aided me in how to drive a truck & carrier, which I've never done before. Thank you for helping me have a safe cross country trip!

They did a great job getting me the size truck I needed on the day that I wanted to move

Would have been 5 stars but the van was not as tall as I thought it would be, couldn't get a full sized mattress in vertically thus the packing was more difficult but Modern Day Movers experience overcame that. More my not getting into the minutiae of the specs of the Ford van. Ford Van was brand new...OK the review should have been 5 stars.

The 15ft truck was fine. It sounded like it needed an oil change though.
