The company picked up and delivered the container as stated in the contract. They always responded to my questions. Thank you Pack Rat!!!!

Customer service was helpful in scheduling days for container delivery and pickup for storage. We ended up using 2 containers - one was in good shape but the other was a bit beat up but worked .

I will not use 800 pack rat again. We were told a 16 ft. container would hold our 2 bedroom, LR, DR and kitchen as well as our garage items. Even though I told the lady we hade oversized furniture she assured me it would fit. Well when all was said and done we had to rent a storage unit to hold what did not fit onto the pod. You can call U Haul and they rent containers too.....I will use U Haul next time.

Just moved to container in driveway.

My driveway was to steep for the container to be placed at the top. That did not make me very happy because I relayed that message ahead of time. The container was 16', short about 5 items. Not sure what to do now?

I've used 800-pack-rat before and they were great. This time was no different. Everything went as planed. Their pods are bigger than some of their competitors and that works best for me.

the driver how dropped off and it was also the same one who picked up the pod, was great. He knew what he was doing. Once again I would recommend Pack-Rat to everyone.

I thought I would only need storage for a couple of months. It took 5 months to find the house of my dreams and fortunately I did not have a deadline. Pack-Rat always showed up at the designated time and I was able to save $150 by scheduling the final move more than 30 days in advance.

The driver called me to give me a window for his arrival & he was on time. He was very careful of my property & positioned the container the way I wanted it. The container was clean & in good condition. I would use this service again.

It was a hassle getting a good date for them to deliver. There was absolutely no flexibility on their part. Be sure to get everything that has to be negotiated up front before signing up. The company is not customer friendly. Not made clear, for example, was that the 10 days advance notice for delivery doesn't include Saturdays even though they will deliver on that day. I'm not sure that I would use this company again.

It's a shipping container. They said 3-4 bedrooms. I didn't have a dining set in a two-bedroom house, and I still had to rent a U-Haul trailer to get the rest of my stuff. 20' container would have been 100% perfect instead of a 16'.

On time, professional and worked with me to locate the container. I would certainly like for my future move be done by the same individual.

Frank was down right amazing. He both dropped our container and picked it up. He arrived when he said he would and returned 2 days later to pick it up. He had a small area for navigating the truck and did it with ease.Cudos to him and he has a great smile!

We moved over 2,200 miles using Pack-Rat. Their containers were clean, they were delivered and picked up as promised and the booking process was very easy. They were less expensive than other transportation companies and I would highly recommend them. Everyone we dealt with at Pack-Rat was friendly and accommodating.

Always available by phone, very accommodating and helpful. The drivers who delivered the pod were friendly and courteous. The pod was clean. I needed to order 1 smaller 8' pod because I ran out of room in the 16'. They had another pod there the next morning. Also they removed the pod before 6 pm per HOA rules.

The quote online vs the actual cost was a bit confusing, but overall, the customer service was great and I'd recommend them to anyone needing storage services.

We had some initial back and forth because we were unsure if we had sufficient room for placement of the container. However an agent was sent to check our area and the container was delivered and picked up again on both ends in a timely fashion. The driver for our delivery at the destination end of our move communicated with us when he was stuck behind an accident on the road on his way to deliver our container. We would use this service again.

The men who delivered our containers were professional and helpful. We ran out of room, and needed another container, and were able to get it delivered the following workd day. We did have a hard time working out the details of exchanging the containers, and I was told that we got bumped from our scheduled pick-up because I asked them if they would like to pick one container up when they dropped off the extra container. I thought it would save them a trip, and it ended up costing my my reservation. It ook and hour on the phone work this out. They finally came back on the line and said that somone else had cancelled their reservation for that day so that I could get back my reservation --yeah right. I just complained enough that it was rediculous that I lost my reservation for trying to be helpful.

My two containers were dropped off on time and was picked up the day they said they would come. I would use Pack Rat again.

Great job. Furniture arrived early and stored 2 months in pack rat warehouse awaiting our arrival. Nothing damaged or missing.

FL to OH moved. Belonging arrived early and were stored for over a month near new house without issue. Nothing was broken or all items were accounted for.

Long distance FL to OH move of five 16' containers and nothing was broken. Arrived at new location and stored in Pack Rat warehouse for over a month with no issues to report.

Worked with me to deliver container in a lot that was not user friendly. Very patient, respectful and professional.

So far things have gone great with PackRat. Good people to work with. Good equipment. Good prices. Good service. No unpleasant surprises. Can't say enough good things about PackRat other than I had to click off their "Preferred" button of mover to find Cali Movers. Cali did a great job for a very fair price.
