Everything went perfect. Pack Rat container was very clean. The guy who brought the container was extra nice, he really helped me get it the right place. The guy who picked it up was very nice too.

Pack-Rat was good overall, they were responsive over the phone and their drivers were courteous and professional, but watch out for hidden costs. If you want your container delivered at a particular time, you'll have to pay extra beyond their quote to get anything smaller than a 24 hour window. When you schedule delivery of your container at your destination, they will try to schedule you ten business days or more out from the day you schedule the delivery even though their contract says one should be aware that containers take "up to 10 business days" to be delivered. They will want to charge you for expedited delivery for anything less than ten days in advance.

Good job on front end and transport from Cleveland to Albuquerque. Placed containers pretty well, even though we were not present.

Too early to evaluate PackRat. The pod was not picked up when scheduled and there is no notification process to advise me of the status of the pod (e.g. when picked up, in transit, when arrived at destination). Very accommodating when the need to cancel one of the pods became necessary. A follow up evaluation would be helpful once the pod is delivered.

They were very prompt. There was no damage during the move of the pods. We used 4 containers and were very happy with 1-800-PACK-RAT

My only issue was I was supposed to get a call 1 hour in advance of them showing up, so I decided to go out to lunch. When I sat down to lunch I got a call that they were at my house. Luckily they left the container without me being there.

I rented 4 storage containers with them & they were more than helpful getting them delivered & picked up on short notice!!!

Our house filled 2.5 containers and the drivers were very careful when picking up and dropping off the units.

EXCELLENT! Right on time!!!

The pod was delivered on time and placed correctly. Unfortunately, the moving blankets that were listed on the order were not delivered. Pack Rat offered to deliver the blankets but not until late the following day which was too late since the movers were coming in the morning. We had to go to Home Depot to purchase our own blankets which was much more expensive.

The pods arrived on time (though I paid extra for AM delivery, was told 12:30 is still within the "AM" window.... which is hilarious.

Transportation option worked well. Truck arrived on date stated, no exact time was given. Container was clean and in expected condition for its purpose. Customer service good, no discount offered despite showing one on website once initial enquirer made. No mention of admin fees, additional cost of fuel for travel, and it appears we were charged from date of ordering and not drop off! Also, no mention of inside warehouse fee, per prop recovery fee and license fee. They forgot to drop off the blankets that we had ordered but did manage to deliver them on the morning the hired helpers arrived to move us!

We had a miscellaneous from personal to furniture and the whole experience went smooth.

When we called with a question whoever we talked to they knew the answers.

Everything went so smoothly for my long distance move, and they were very responsive to my calls and emails.

they did not pick up ontime as promised caused issues with an already irrate landlord I'm very upset its to late to switch now but I would if all the work didn't go into this

If I ever move again, I will use 1-800-Pack-Rat. They were very helpful with adjusting my delivery and pickup schedule to accommodate changes in my closing dates. Great customer service. Great email follow-ups. And the cost is very reasonable.

Only 1/2 way into the move but everything is working very smoothly.

The pod doors were a bit smaller than I'd expected, making for a tight squeeze loading larger items. The cost was higher than I'd hoped but they had a pod available where their competitors didn't.

This company constantly went above and beyond! Greg our driver was exceptional and I am so glad he was in charge of dropping off and picking up our container! I have used other container companies in the past and this is the only company I would recommend! Fantastic!!!!

The transportation company was very responsive about my questions, however they suggested a larger container than I needed in the end. I removed 1 star for this reason. The container was in excellent shape and the truck driver was very friendly. I would use this company again, however I would be more scrupulous regarding container size.

Best customer service, informative, responsive. Courteous from telephone reps to drivers. Awesome crew. Will certainly use again as needed. They made a stressful move bearable and comfortable.

The container looks new and customer service was excellent. I chose 1800PackRat because I liked their container better than Pods and their price was about the same. I would use them again.

My favorite thing this time I used Pack Rat was that for a nominal fee they were able to arrange a same-day drop-off and pick-up so that I didn't have to worry about reserving space for the container over several days.
