On time and efficient

We did not move much furniture, but rather personal contents from a 5500 square foot home. The pod arrived in perfect condition without any shifting of items. I really was impressed with Pack-Rat!

Excellent service all the way around. If I move again I will do it same way.

There were a few snafus along the way but at every stop I couldn't be happier with the service I got from 1-800-Pack-Rat. Unbelievable... their people went above and beyond to help me and make the moving process as painless as it could be. I'll be using them every time I move and suggest you do the same.

Tyler the driver who delivered the container was excellent! He was professional, courteous, personable and had a sense of humor which was great, especially under such stressful conditions as moving.

We couldn't have done without them.

I was scheduled for a Saturday pick up. Then told they don't do that. The company did make it tight in the end and pick it up on a Saturday.

1-800-Pack-Rat has it all together & know what they're doing. They answered all my questions & were available whenever I needed them. I moved contents from a 4 bedroom house in Houston to a 1 bedroom apt. and storage unit in Helotes, TX. It all went smoothly. Richard, Jeannine, Emily, Nate were among the staff that were very attentive. Already gave kudos to Jermaine in Houston. Courtney was just as good at parking & picking up the unit at my storage in Helotes. I thank them. Really impressive. Thank you!

Very professional and friendly

Perfect. We packed our belongings jusy the way we liked (I used quite a bit of bubble wrap in additon to the blankets supplied,) locked the unit up with the brand new, sealed lock & key and everything arrived in perfect condition. Our new neighbors used a national carrier and several boxes were missing and several pieces of furniture chipped. They should have used 1-800-PACK-RAT!

I would recommend Pack Rat. Their employees are trained and very polite and professional.

The Pack Rat was just a tad bit small for our house, but overall the service was great and we would definitely consider using it again in the future.

Poor scheduling options, long delays in delivery despite "48 hour promise", disinterested customer service reps. Cheaper than a large national mover and more suited to an open ended move if you haven't found a house yet. But still, not a good experience.

I would use them again. They were very nice to work with!

1-800-Pack-Rat was a pleasure to work with. Their customer service representatives were very personable and easy to deal with. I made quite a few changes to my order, and they took all those changes in stride. The storage units looked brand-new and were delivered/shipped with care, and we had no issues. I will certain use 1-800-Pack-Rata again.

The hire a helper guys in Portland were great. Pack Rat did not deliver to the area I moved from. I had to rent a Truck and move it myself.

I need three 16 foots on short notice, they got them for and delivery and pick up were done in a timely fashion.

PackRat was good. Would like to have more precise delivery time.

No concerns except they picked up one of the pods at 10 pm and the other a day later (a day late). Was not a concern for me but could have been an issue for the new homeowners that had 2 pods in their driveway for an extra day.

This was my second move using Pack Rat. Wouldn't use anyone else.

I measured and figured out the order and placement of the items in the pod, and was able to get everything in a 16 footer. The pod was clean and weather proof. I'm impressed with the system they developed for delivery and pick up.

Excellent service for 3 containers!

The move is not completed. The front end of it has been great. They delivered and pick up the container as promised on time with courtesy. I will have to let you know how the second half of the move goes.

Very thorough in setting up the move and confirming all arrangements. Driver was respectful and accommodating with the tight spaces to get the container in and out. Overall, very good service and a value for my situation.

Very good experience with setting up moving pod. Customer service was always available to answer any questions. Only one small glitch: we were asked which way door was to be facing on drop off and delivery. Both times the pod was on the truck the wrong way. This was a headache for the drivers who had to set pod down and reload the correct way.

Booked over the phone with good customer service, Drop off times were limited but company did good to work with me, condition of container was good some moisture but overall household items were preserved, Went with pack rat based on a friend's referral and good price and would use them again as well as refer them to others.

Packrat was slow to deliver the unit in PA and didn't have the blankets that were supposed to be included. Other than that they were very good to deal with. The driver that delivered the unit here in TX was first rate. She took very good care to put the unit out of the way and could really handle the truck!

lots of phone calls.could not give an accurate time for delivery of empty container or pick up time for packed container.then,when they were to come for packed container,,the company called to say their truck broke down,but they would be at the house first thing in the morning,they didnt show until after 2pm.not very happy with this company.
