Great unit delivered. The driver was on time and was such a fabulous driver. He place the pod with ease. I love that PODS will deliver the container so that I will not have to drive a truck and trailer my car. They made my move so easy for me. $I am very please with my experience with PODS. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

This company was fantastic. The PODS were most convenient and arrived on time exactly as I needed them.

PODS costumer service and drivers were great to work with. I needed to make several changes to our order from the beginning to the end and each time I felt I was heard and they responded with respect and kindness. The drivers were pleasant and called each time they were a half hour or so out from our location. This was the first time we used PODS. Our move was a long distance one with picking up, storage, and delivery. We had heard good things about PODS and decided to use them for ourselves. I am hoping this is our final move, but if not, I would consider them again.

This is second time we have moved with PODS. We have never had a problem. They do a great job of communicating with us.

They called about 30 minutes before arrival so I was prepared and ready when the POD arrived, even though I didn't have to be there. Very friendly and helpful delivery. And the pickup was great too. They called again and we chatted and I didn't have to be there for it.

They were there when they stated they would be there to deliver or pick up the POD>

I've only completed my POD loading so far, but it's been smooth and painless up until this point. I hope it continues on the unloading side.

The only problem I had was selecting the size of unit to order.

Eric B. delivered the second of my two PODS on Sept. 17. I live on a dirt road with a narrow driveway. Eric backed up a huge truck so carefully, worked hard to protect my rose bushes, trees and fence. And dropped the POD within a few inches of the rope marker I left. And, he gave us a thorough explanation of the container. He cleans all the containers he delivers and our was spotless. I asked PODs to send him to pick it up. Definitely would refer him to others. He was a pleasure to work with

The POD was delivered on time and picked up as scheduled.

Every aspect of our move to from NY to Florida was completed flawlessly every step of the way. On time delivery and pickup. Our household was delivered without any damage. I will highly recommend them.

Showed up on time and did an excellent job negotiating the POD into my driveway. Also very polite. I choose PODs because they offered a 16ft trailer. Over all the customer service was great. Would definitely use PODs again.

I loved that I could load at my own rate and they will drive it across the country for me. I've done the driving a huge moving truck from Alabama to Ohio, and didn't want to do to from Mississippi to California!!

PODS did a great job from dropping off my container to moving it to my new location. I especially appreciated them being on time and always keeping me updated on that status of drop off or pick up of the POD.

PODs got the job done. I did have several broken things, but I knew this would happen because it's a huge move across country. I wasn't super impressed with the way my stuff was strewn about when it got here, but I'm not totally unsatisfied. Pretty average experience. I got most of my things. The end.

Easy to book, virtually hassle free.

Everyone I have had contact with at PODS was Great (the people on the phone and the people who moved the container --both in Ohio and in Florida) !!! The container was very clean, and the people arrived exactly on time !!! I had my things in storage 3 months. All of my things arrived at my new home in excellent condition !!!

I had to order a second POD at the last minute - the service agents there assured me that one large POD would be sufficient, but it wasn't even close. They were able to get a second, smaller POD out to me the next day, so crisis averted. The drop off men were extremely helpful in placing the extra POD.

PODS container was a wonderful way to control the packing & knowing that only you have a key for security.

SMALLER POD APPEARED TO HAVE BEEN TIPPED OR TILTED, SHIFTING AND DAMAGING MY GOOD;. IT TOOK THREE PEOPLE TO GET THE DOOR OPENED.

I was not happy with the delivery. to my home. The POD was shook and crooked as it was put down and things were dislodged and luckily nothing was broken. Also the machine was leaking and dripped oil all over my driveway. I did call and they sent a maintenance man out and he used a power washer and degreaser butt it did not clean it all. Now the POD is still sitting in my driveway til Saturday because they said I was not on the calendar for pickup. I set the whole process u from start to finish several months ago and it was scheduled for pickup on September 12th. So someone, not me, messed up.

Have used PODS several times, like the flexibility of using containers and their ability to store our belongings.

The drivers were courteous and professional. We had one issue with scheduling which was satisfactorily resolved. Would recommend this service.

These guys bent over backwards to get another POD to me when the first two ended up not being enough. They stayed in constant contact, always letting me know what was going on and when they would arrive. The PODzilla drivers really know their stuff. The other questions in this survey are estimates since the PODs are still in storage and have not moved yet.

PODS was great. I was concerned about everything fitting in two PODS--they asked the right questions and ascertained that it would fit and it did.

The PODS showed up on time and the driver was very courteous and pleasant to work with for the delivery. After we packed the PODs, they were picked up on time - we were not present. The delivery to our new home was perfect with the driver helping and giving us pointers for setting them up to unload. He did an outstanding job of placing the PODs and was very careful to not damage property of structures. I would definitely recommend PODs to anyone plannign a move.

The worker who delivered was very good - put it exactly where I wanted it and set it down gently. Was not present when they came to collect the POD

I got a 16 ft Pod for the move which was the perfect size. They dropped it off on the right date. Pod was very clean inside. We chose this option since we were moving our mother across state and needed a place to store her furniture until we found her a place. It was so easy to call them up, schedule the drop off of Pod and pick up. This was definitely the way to go. Only issue was delay in the ability to take pod out of storage and schedule drop off and pick up. This was pretty much due to being around Labor Day and people moving before school starting. Besides that, happy with the professional and courteous assistance from Pod folks.

The men did a wonderful job picking up and placing the pods. It was impressive how they moved the equipment.
