I've used PODS before and chose to use them again Their customer service is always great. All moves are stressful and knowing they will come through with everything promised, with no surprise charges at the end, alleviates some of that.

I dont want to review the container company. they did a good job.

The 16' POD was delivered and picked up on schedule on both ends of the move. The POD was very clean, looked like new. Communication online and with the drivers was excellent. I have no reservation in recommending them.

I moved into my apartment in a 12ft POD but unfortunately they don't use those for long distance moves. I decided I'd be better served to save some cash on the transport and storage of my stuff by going with the 7ft POD rather than the 16ft. I had to get rid of some furniture because the 7ft is quite small - about half the length of a parking space - and theres NO WAY I could have packed that thing as expertly as my movers. But I saved $1500 by going with the smaller POD... that will easily replace the furniture I got rid of.

PODS was easy to communicate with and timely.

I have not added it up as yet.

The worst experience I could imagine. I hope eventually someone at PODS in a leadership position hears about the horrible customer experience I've had with their company.

The PODS option made our cross-country move easy and I loved the super easy delivery process. This isn't the most cost-effective way to move, but we chose it for option of storage while we found our new home.

Very helpful in helping choose an appropriate size, easy booking, great communication as to drop off and pick up. Clean container and reasonable price.

So far so good - the container is in transit. They showed up both times within the correct time windows, and they were fast and courteous.

PODS worked great for our move. Everything was on time from pickup to drop off. We never had any issues with scheduling. The drivers were all very courteous and helpful. This is the only way I would do a long distance move. We always knew where our belongings were and they arrived safely.

They handled the complicated logistics very well considering that the delivery address/dates changed.

This was a great solution to storing my life for four months between houses.

The price is worth the convenience. I stored items for a few years and every single item was intact and barely jossled. Packing out of one location, storing, and delivering to another is worth every penny over a storage unit!

Really good about changing the delivery date on short notice, and they picked up quickly. Driver was very careful not to damage lawn or sprinklers in a tight space.

There were ants in the pod, which got into our boxes and ended up bringing them into our new house. Ugh! Other than that, I think it is a less stressful way to move.

My rep, Jennifer, was outstanding and truly a pleasure to work with. As it turned out, I needed her help more than I expected. I'm giving them four stars because their I used three Pods for this move and the online application wouldn't allow me to update my pick-up dates, which caused some issues, so thank you, Jennifer, for the extra effort to make this move a success. Using Pods allowed us to stagger the move instead of going "big bang," which definitely saved us money. The drivers were prompt and courteous, always calling ahead to let us know they were on their way.

I would have them again if the need arises. Their drivers were very courteous and careful to not damage the driveway.

Steve was very patient and worked with me on the location of the POD. He worked quickly and had the POD situated in no time. Very polite.

The PODS are clean and have so many places to tie down your load. The drivers especially Lilia was great in moving the pods around and repositioning them. We are currently placing the 2 PODs in storage until we find a replacement home.
