The drivers were courteous and professional. We had one issue with scheduling which was satisfactorily resolved. Would recommend this service.

These guys bent over backwards to get another POD to me when the first two ended up not being enough. They stayed in constant contact, always letting me know what was going on and when they would arrive. The PODzilla drivers really know their stuff. The other questions in this survey are estimates since the PODs are still in storage and have not moved yet.

PODS was great. I was concerned about everything fitting in two PODS--they asked the right questions and ascertained that it would fit and it did.

The PODS showed up on time and the driver was very courteous and pleasant to work with for the delivery. After we packed the PODs, they were picked up on time - we were not present. The delivery to our new home was perfect with the driver helping and giving us pointers for setting them up to unload. He did an outstanding job of placing the PODs and was very careful to not damage property of structures. I would definitely recommend PODs to anyone plannign a move.

The worker who delivered was very good - put it exactly where I wanted it and set it down gently. Was not present when they came to collect the POD

I got a 16 ft Pod for the move which was the perfect size. They dropped it off on the right date. Pod was very clean inside. We chose this option since we were moving our mother across state and needed a place to store her furniture until we found her a place. It was so easy to call them up, schedule the drop off of Pod and pick up. This was definitely the way to go. Only issue was delay in the ability to take pod out of storage and schedule drop off and pick up. This was pretty much due to being around Labor Day and people moving before school starting. Besides that, happy with the professional and courteous assistance from Pod folks.

The men did a wonderful job picking up and placing the pods. It was impressive how they moved the equipment.

Did a great job, driver/operator who brought the pods worked like a tetris puzzle to get my pod into our driveway on the alley and even at an angle to allow for easier offloading. Wonderful experience top to bottom.

To much I was told that a 16 foot pod would hold a 3 bedroom house 1600 sq feet. I end ed d up having to get 3. They worked quickly in getting the extra pods, but it ended up costing me more than anticipated.

We did not move the POD from our driveway, but used it to store furniture during a major kitchen remodel project. We would use them again if needed. Delivery and pick up was easy and did not take much time.

Efficient, professional and helpful customer service during booking, and change of dates, etc. Courteous driver. However, I'd ordered blankets and they were not in the POD. Also, it would be extremely helpful for POD to narrow down the POD pickup time window when the order is placed.

This was my first time using PODS I have been impressed with each person that I have spoken/worked from my initial reservation, to the delivery, and pick up. We also saved energy and money by having PODS drive my POD from Virginia to Florida. I will definitely use them again for any storage and moving needs!

Looks like the best option because my belongings are loaded once, off-loaded once, and stored intact until I get my new house in another state. Cost was about $7000 less than a "full service mover" and my belongings aren't loaded and offloaded twice (with subsequent risk of damage!)

Had many issues at the beginning with their website and my order (lost my appointment more than once). However, it all worked out for the best. Would still use them again. Just keep an eye on your order!

The POD made things very easy as we had almost a month between selling our old house and moving into our new one. The POD was in great shape, was easy to pack and store, and the driver who dropped off and picked up was quick and efficient. My only complaint was how far in advance we had to book pickup and drop off of our POD, but that is just a sign they are doing lots of business. I would go with PODS again if we need to store while moving.

PODS is an affordable and desirable alternative to traditional moving and storage. Most moving and storage companies are brokers not actual employers. After having three refuse to send someone to do an onsite survey, two of the majors did. Their estimates were so wild an expensive, I expected dancing girls. PODS was straight up and open about timings, pickups, deliveries, costs. I did employ a 3rd party for much less than others quoted to pack and load.

Everything was great except that they made it very hard to schedule the drop-off and pickup time. When you are hiring movers to pack and unpack the pod this is necessary.

I'm storing with them long term, so the move information isn't relevant. However, they did what they said they would do on this end--delivered the POD and picked it back up as scheduled.

Could have used a larger container but, we selected the largest available. Either way, it sure did help!

This service was there for me when I needed it. I needed to put things into storage for a few months while making other arrangements, and PODS was just the service to do it. It wasn't necessarily cheap, but I was glad to have this assistance available to me.

So thankful for the PODS service. Everyone was friendly and helpful from the many people we spoke to over the phone as we updated details about our move to the drivers picking up/dropping off the containers. Everything showed up in one piece (we moved across country) and the rate ended up being comparable to the other container options out there and much less than the full service mover options.

The driver showed up on time and I don't know how but placed the POD into a rather small area. He was very courteous and professional.

Both the man who delivered it and the one who picked it up were wonderful. They were efficient and friendly and made my PODS experience a positive one!

The POD was clean upon arrival. Customer service was good from placing the order through to re-scheduling my POD return date. I was called and emailed re: the three hour window and POD drivers called with their estimated time of arrival. I would use them again.

Not sure if belonging were keep at a reasonable temperature while stored in PODs during summer months since some items appeared affected by heat.

Very satisfied, they were on time and friendly.
