Overall, PODS was a good experience. Be very careful in picking container size. If you need to put it in storage and are t sure of the delivery location, size of container matters! 12 x 12 don’t go on semi trucks for transport!

They were on time and did everything they said they would. We had two PODS and both needed to be cleaned out before putting our things in them so be prepared to vacuum and wipe down the inside. We put our things in storage so I cannot tell yet if they will be returned intact but I was glad they were being stored in an indoor location.

The delivery and pick-up of the pod was smooth and professional. Our only complaint has to do with lack of adequate recommendation of the size and number of pods required to do the job. PODS should have an agent to review jobs and recommend adequate preparation.

I'm a return customer for PODS and was equally pleased with their service as I was before. The driver kept me updated on their arrival time and was very patient and friendly (I loaded my POD in Manhattan so the driver had to wait with the container). The entrance in front of my building is a no-standing zone but the driver parked there anyways so I didn't have to load my container from a block away. PODS will always be my go-to choice for cross-country moving!

Used PODS for a 12 day move from Boston to Atlanta. It was half the cost of a traditional mover.

The only issue I had with PODS was getting my dates changed because our house was not ready and then when I did get a date we have to have the pods in our driveway for a week and a half before pickup.

The pod was well-packed, and it was a great move.

They were very accommodating with dates I needed all PODs delivered and picked up. They have have very clever way of maneuvering the PODs to be placed in the most convenient location for us to load and unload. Since we packed everything ourselves we lost very little (a plate and a few glasses) due to our packing not transportation. I have to mention that a couple of things were damaged due to heat but weather was over 100 degrees probably during transporting.

So easy and so much more affordable than moving companies. Their system is very efficient and the guys I met were all super nice and quick. I only didn't meet the last guy who picked up my pod because he ran late, but I didn't need to be there anyway. I've moved a lot and this was by far my best experience!

Two 16ft pods wasn't enough. So we also had to rent a truck. The containers were clean and the customer service was great. We went with them because of the price and I don't regret it.

They did not deliver the Pod on the day it was promised. I never received a call about being late, not delivering, or rescheduling.

Pod was loaded in Knoxville and moved to Houma , La. In two weeks time.

The items arrived in good condition. I would use the 16' POD again

The POD had a very strong insecticide odor which permeated my boxes. Also the latch was difficult to open. The 12' Pod was a lot older than the 16' one I had earlier that week.

Great customer service

PODS came when they were supposed to and they worked with my apartment complex to get through the gate to drop off the POD. Will use them again.

Delivered on time and picked up on time

Once again, they provided the containers and were very understanding in some of the date changes requested. However, once again, way, way too expensive. It cost me over $5,000.00 for two 8x8x16 containers.

We needed at least another half or smaller pod in addition to the two we did have. We were constrained by a very slow response from the homeowner in Olympia and needed lots of time to try and load one pod by ourselves. The truck driver was very considerate and called just before he arrived. The empty pod(s) pick-up was right on schedule.
