Customer service was uneven. Mistakes made become very expensive. Otherwise, a convenient way to move.

The Pod was delayed 2 days in transit, but the drivers loading and unloading my Pod were extremely nice and friendly. My Pod arrived with a huge dent in the front and the driver made sure that he noted the issue so that I wouldn't be charged. Overall a really good experience.

I liked the concept of the PODS but felt that the representative that helped me decide what size and how many did not adequately give me the best advice. I could not get everything on the PODS. I had a 16ft and a 7ft. I could have easily had 2- 16 ft.

Delayed unloading my POD by 2 weeks. Did not have enough worker for the busy time of the year.

The PODS move was excellent. From scheduling the POD, delivery, pickup and redelivery and pickup at our new location. Everyone was very helpful. The customer service reps walked us through every step. The process was flawless.

We have used PODS for two moves (a year apart). The second time was a much better experience because I knew the way things worked a little better. Customer service on the phone was very good. The 16 foot container was the right size for our goods from a 2 bedroom townhome. The POD was in good condition. I wish that the interior walls of the containers were smooth instead of having the exposed support boards sticking out from the sides. They make loading large furniture in a way so that it does not get damaged/dented by the boards very challenging. Overall, their customer service was very good with this move. We moved across country and had minimal damage to furniture with this move due to shifting contents. The drivers that deliver/pick up the PODS are overall amazing, very skilled guys. We would use PODS again.

I believe that PODS is a fantastic way to move and it is helping me to store my belongings between the time I need to be out of my house and before I can get into another. I had a problem with the leveling out of the POD container in my driveway after it had been dropped off; but, John and Brian were there to assist me the next day to right the situation. I would give a much better rating for PODS if I hadn't had that issue.

did not deliver when was promised and is not picking up pod when promised so now we are losing a weeks pay for the pod is blocking our driveway with our company truck is behind, if pod was removed when promised we would not be having this problem, also had to pay helper twice for they did not deliver until following day of promised date. not happy with them at all never use pods again.

I can't tell yet, because the POD hasn't been delivered to the second location yet. But it was packed beautifully!

The service was as described by the company. They met all my needs. Almost everything unpacked to date is in original condition. The one claim we have for a damaged washing machine is being handled professionally.

The primary pod company was great - excellent drivers, excellent help on the phone. Primary and major concern was the ordering of the blankets - the website is confusing and thus I did not get the blankets I thought as they were mailed after the pod was packed. Big Glitch! They need to work on their customer service in the blanket ordering arena and their website.

THE POD ARRIVED DURING THE WINDOW TIME. I DIDN'T THINK EVERYTHING WOULD FIT IN IT. 16X8X8 POD, BUT EVERYTHING DID. THE POD WAS VERY CLEAN, WHAT A SURPRISE. MY REALTOR RECOMMED THE POD FOR TRANSPORT. THE PEOPLE AT THE POD WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL IN BOOKING AND EXPLAINING EVERYTHING. I WOULD DIFFENTLY USE THEM AGAIN;

The door was hard to open and we weren’t able to close it. There was a mechanical problem with the latch.

Frustrated that 1 day before scheduled delivery of POD at my destination, I was called (on my way from the airport to my new destination) to say that the truck had been delayed and that delivery would not occur until 3 weeks later since I had scheduled delivery 3 months earlier and the next available delivery time was in 3 weeks. After complaining, a delivery date within one week was found. Despite this disruption, PODS personnel were professional and apologized from the issue.

My POD delivery was delayed by 2 weeks. PODS said it was because of the high volume of people moving. This is a seasonal business and PODS should have hired more help to accommodate their customers at this busy time of the year.

went out of their way! Great company and great service. Very pleased with everything about Pods. I called them because another company Pack Rat messed up my order and basically said too bad! Packrat would have been a bit less expensive but again they were rude and didn't show up so that's no bargain. Pods heard my problem and have gone above and beyond to help. Recommend to anyone and would discourage anyone from ever calling Packrat

Easy to book, pinpoint precision in placing the POD in my driveway exactly where it needed to go, fantastic and pleasant customer service via phone when I needed to reschedule and reschedule again. Would definitely use them again.

16 foot POD was big enough, they delivered it on time, and the container was clean. The driver was very polite and helpful in locating the container in the driveway. Web site is very good with lots of great information. Easy to schedule on line and excellent customer service by phone as needed.

They got our pick up date confused by a month but we were able to reschedule to a closer to wanted time. A long distance move of the pod was much more money than expected. Ask this up front if you are making a long distance move. Despite these troubles, our items were intact and not damaged when the pods were unloaded.

I realized I needed one extra POD at the last minute and they were able to accommodate my needs. The drivers were respectful and helpful.

I was so not happy. They picked my things up on a Tuesday which was the day after Memorial Day (May 29) said my container would arrive to my new location on June 4. Well we didn’t receive our container until June 7. So they had my things for a week and a half. When they called to say it would be delayed they offered no explanation as to why. The delay meant we had to push everything else back as far as getting our new home in order (cable internet security and everything else). We were here for four days with nothing. Not to mention we ordered the biggest container they had and we had (professional pack it) it was NOT big enough for our things 2 bedrooms, living room and boxes. So we had to spend another $2000 dollars on a rental truck that’s on top of $3000 we paid for the PODS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING PODS. It’s best to just hire a moving company and let them do the work at least you’ll have your things the same day you arrive. PODS may be good for storage but I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND them for long distance move. LESSON LEARNED HERE
