My POD was delivered on time and picked up as scheduled. The drivers are always professional and will go out of their way to accommodate your needs!

Still dealing with them. They failed at having an extra POD ordered & I had to rent a truck, move all my belongings that did not fit into the first POD to my parents garage while I waited for the next POD to be delivered. Then when I requested the size down from the largest size I had, I was not informed that the size they show online is only available in certain circumstances. It seemed that each time I called I got different information & more/new information, instead of all the best information in one call.

Used PODS for the first time and have to say it was really great! The driver was extremely professional and offered some good advice on how to properly load the pod. Could not have been better!

they did not come to our home to estimate how many pods were needed and despite having sent an extra one, we were short of one, which caused huge problems since we were loading on a Sunday and moving the next morning and they do not work or pick up the phone on weekends. Otherwise, the cost was a lot lower than any other quotes we got from regular moving companies.

Did everything they said were going to do. Nothing was damaged. Would use again.

Container was clean, delivery and pickup was on time and the Pods people keep in constant contact.

When the POD driver dropped off the POD, he tried to get me to sign a waiver saying that I was accepting the POD against the express wishes of the POD company. When I refused to sign it, he tried to tell me that that verbiage "didn't matter". The entire model of the POD system is that they'll drop off the POD and let you fill it, why do they say that's against their recommendation? I crossed out that section and he still dropped off the POD. I had no other issue with the POD, but thought that that wording was extremely sketchy.

Zoom movers to load items into the POD container. Turnaround time and service from Zoom met my demands. Great service.

So much shifting. Appears it was dropped or unevenly placed. Helpers had to struggle and bent the door to get it open.

The container floor was all muddy and it smelled like gas. Did not have time to request another POD. I've used them in the past and did not of the dirty smelly gas issue.

Delivery and pick up were perfect timing. However the POD was delivered damaged - but when I called POD to discuss, they sent over a representative IMMEDIATELY to fix the dent and assured that care would be given. it was; and the POD was picked up and delivered without further issue.

Delivery and pick up times were perfect; exactly as planned.

It was great working with PODS. Very professional team, on time, provided rental blankets and locks onsite. I can't say enough about the experience. I will use them again in the future and recommend their services.

The fulfilled everything as promised. They were easy to work with and easy to communicate with. Their workers were friendly, courteous and efficient. Good communications throughout the process.

The only thing was I had to wait longer than I expected but they are quite efficient and the drivers are courteous. Had an issue with the door but they did send someone to fix it. The reason I chose PODS is the gentleman at the other end of the phone explained everything so well and was courteous I chose PODS. I would most likely use them again as they are affordable as well.

Pods kept changing the charges and I am still confused. I will sit down and add it all up on Sunday to make sure it is at least close to their quote.

I will never use POD's again. I scheduled delivery 3 weeks out and they failed to deliver the day I scheduled. I had to reschedule movers and stay in a hotel. They wouldn't not even refund me the full hotel expense. They did not offer any other kind of compensation. Absolutely terrible experience. NEVER USE PODS.

they don't have 12 ft units for going out of state, it forced us to get rid of some things didn't want to...only have 7 & 16 ft for out of state...

Our delivery came on time, although we had some difficulty with the delivery and pick up time. We had paid for same day pick-up and found out at the last minute that a mistake had been made and it was not due to be picked up until the next day. The mistake was quickly taken care of. All in all, we were very pleased with this service.

They have been very responsive and on time and the drivers have done a great job handling the PODs to our satisfaction.

Very good service. The blankets did not arrive as ordered, but they made a special delivery the next day, in time for loading.

Unfortunately we were not able to be on site when the POD's container was delivered but was assured that the pod would be placed in the location I specified unless there was a reason it couldn't be. If it needed to be placed somewhere else, I would be informed before it was placed. I just found out that they ended up putting the pod at the front end of our driveway making it impossible for and construction equipment, supplies, etc. Unfortunately, there was no time to call them to move it as the movers where showing up to fill it. I am going to give them an opportunity to make it right and can hopefully change my review.

Pods was great. They called the day before when they were on their way to drop off and pick up and they called when they were on their way. Very friendly and respectful people. Great company!

POD was clean & worked well for the things we had to move. The pick up date was flexible and modifiable and allowed for unexpected delays loading.

The Pod was a good way to store our furniture while our floors were being redone. We were allowed to keep the pod in our driveway in our community, which may or may not be allowed in other communities.

Economical, flexible and with no surprises. Saved at least half over conventional moving and storage.

PODS lives up to its promises and reputation. My container was stored so well that my household possessions are in as good shape as they were 16 months ago when I first packed them up. Nice job!

Didn't do a good job of keeping me in the loop. Las Vegas location didn't call or pick up the container when it was scjeduled. I had to do all the calling to find out why it wasn't picked up and when they were going to pick it up.

Always called to verify delivery and pickup. Were flexible with rescheduling. Very professional customer service.

Overall very good. The delivery and pick-up time windows good be a little tighter but the individuals that transport the PODS were all very professional and polite.

Haven't finished the move yet, but so far my experience with PODS has been good. Professional and attentive service over the phone, and my container was delivered and picked up on time and as promised.

The drivers were great and PODS made it really easy to setup the drop-off and pick-up. I did find that their sizing estimates for a POD based on number of rooms in your house severely underestimates the size of the POD you should use. I took a lot of things in my own truck, disposed of many things, had a very tidy one bedroom apartment and 5x5 storage closet, and still almost ran out of space in a 12' POD that was supposed to fit a 2-3 room place. I have an upright piano, but no dresser or dining room table / chairs, so I don't think I have an unreasonable amount of large items either.

This was the worst company I have ever dealt with. I had issues at every step of the process and their customer service was at worst completely unavailable and at best completely unhelpful. I would never use them again and I would actively advice others against using them.
