Delivered the POD on time even in in snowy weather. It looked clean and sturdy.Fascinating to watch the system work. The pre-work online and by phone was efficient and easy and the customer service people were always very helpful and friendly. The driver also was very efficient and also personable and friendly. Placement of the container went quickly. They know what they're doing!

First driver missed the driveway on one side, and tore up the lawn a little. We did manage to fix it. My concern way that house was sold.

The move has not taken place yet, but the ease of scheduling delivery of the pod and having the process explained clearly has been a pleasure. I hope the rest of the move goes as smoothly.

PODS made everything happen the way a container company should. It was delivered and placed professionally. Even when we couldn't get the door open, they were helpful in trying to resolve that issue. Even to the point of possibly having to remove the door. They got in the container and were able to get the door open. The redelivery and pick up of the container were excellent as well. Thank you John and Steven. I don't recall the drivers name, but high praise to her as well.

two gentlemen that came on time, worked hard, and vey nice guys in general. but it was easy to see they didn't know how to pack a storage container very well. They didn't have a trolley or cart of any kind to load up multiple boxes (and to save me time and $$$). I don't live close to the elevator AT ALL, so by them carrying only 1-4 boxes at a time it totally slowed down the process. $800 dollars and 5 hours later the job was completed. Giving three stars because weren't prepared to work more efficiently instead of dragging out time and money by carrying only several items in hands (when could carry a LOT MORE if used a cart or trolley of some kind). Do your research, I know I didn't on the financial part of this.

Quick and easy, container arrived when scheduled. They are not flexible enough to schedule the pick up in the afternoon. That puts an extra burden to ensure no last minute packing.

I am unable to rate my POD yet, because the move is not complete. They did deliver and pick up my POD in Denver as scheduled. I can do a complete review after the POD is delivered and picked up in San Diego.

Unbelievably difficult to deal with given they do nothing but provide containers and move them. Customer service is horrible. They delivered the PODs to the wrong warehouse; covered the cost of a truck to move the contents of one POD, but refused to cover labor costs involved in the unloading, loading, and driving to get our belongings to our residence. Probably the last time we'll even think about PODs, let alone use them.

PODS started out just fine. On time pick up and delivery. Called before they came etc. The PODS driver out of Greenville, NC did not call, was rude and disrespectful of me and the company he worked for, and made the last part of my move a nightmare. I would never even consider using this company again. A well organized company... at the mercy of the employees it hires.

This was my first time using PODS, I was very happy with the service provided. We moved from Ohio to Florida and their storage for a month. The drivers were nice and polite, as well as the customer service reps.

Wound up using pods three times - first to declutter to sell my house, second for the main move, and third because I underestimated how much stuff I had! They were always on time and went out of their way to help me out of a bind when I realized I needed a third pod. Everything now in storage til my house is built.

I rented the largest size 16', but unfortunately it still wasn't big enough. We ended up having to store some stuff elsewhere. The POD is advertised that it will hold 3 to4 rooms, but that does not take into account the boxes. Being aware of this now will help me decide if this would be an option in the future.

It's a great way to go. They are very efficient and your stuff doesn't get moved in and out of storage.What goes in, come back out!

PODS suggested a 16 ft POD which was too small for all of our belongings. Maybe they could have come up with a better way to determine what our need would be than just asking how many rooms we have.

Delivered POD on-time and POD was useful for storing furniture while house was re-carpeted.

They emailed me advance notice of when to expect drop off and pick up, then they kept their word.

I got the pod size they recommended, but it was too small and I had to get another one, costing me almost double the cost I had budgeted.

PODS service was excellent. The flexibility of packing the container over time reduced some of the stress of moving. The men who delivered and picked up the pod in NJ and FL were courteous, always called to let me know when they were coming and professional. I would recommend PODS to anyone who is moving. The company is run with an attention to detail and focused on consumer needs. I was very satisfied!
