This was my first time using PODS, I was very happy with the service provided. We moved from Ohio to Florida and their storage for a month. The drivers were nice and polite, as well as the customer service reps.

PODs was definitely a great choice for us! Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Using POD'S was the best option for us and it worked out just fine. Each of the drivers were pleasant, efficent and personable. The quality of the people and service is top notch.

The storage unit was delivered on time in a driving rain, and the delivering agent was still cheerful and helpful.

Wound up using pods three times - first to declutter to sell my house, second for the main move, and third because I underestimated how much stuff I had! They were always on time and went out of their way to help me out of a bind when I realized I needed a third pod. Everything now in storage til my house is built.

I rented the largest size 16', but unfortunately it still wasn't big enough. We ended up having to store some stuff elsewhere. The POD is advertised that it will hold 3 to4 rooms, but that does not take into account the boxes. Being aware of this now will help me decide if this would be an option in the future.

It's a great way to go. They are very efficient and your stuff doesn't get moved in and out of storage.What goes in, come back out!

PODS suggested a 16 ft POD which was too small for all of our belongings. Maybe they could have come up with a better way to determine what our need would be than just asking how many rooms we have.

Delivered POD on-time and POD was useful for storing furniture while house was re-carpeted.

They emailed me advance notice of when to expect drop off and pick up, then they kept their word.

I got the pod size they recommended, but it was too small and I had to get another one, costing me almost double the cost I had budgeted.

PODS service was excellent. The flexibility of packing the container over time reduced some of the stress of moving. The men who delivered and picked up the pod in NJ and FL were courteous, always called to let me know when they were coming and professional. I would recommend PODS to anyone who is moving. The company is run with an attention to detail and focused on consumer needs. I was very satisfied!

The pods are great, but they can be very difficult to lock. So far the people have been very helpful that work at the company, they will be storing my furniture for approx 9 months, so I can not fully rate.

They came and left the PODS right where I told them to leave them and they picked them up without me having to be there.

The driver was not very helpful and argued with us about where to place the POD. We had another POD delivered to the very same address about a month before and the driver placed exactly where we requested without any hesitation so we knew it could be done.

Delivery and pick up of containers was on time and no issues. Web site and customer service were a problem. Site was down often. I could not update my address in the system. Calls to customer service number did not address issues. Entered delivery to new home location on line. System defaulted to original pick-up address. Did not get my container till over two weeks later after getting delivery address straightened out with a customer service rep.

If you don't have a lot to move & not sure of your final destination, PODS is the way to go.

I also wish to say the PODS container was new, looked great and kudos to the PODS delivery and pick up driver. He was truly incredible in maneuvering such a huge container into a very smail space. Excellent job!

My POD was delivered on time and picked up as scheduled. The drivers are always professional and will go out of their way to accommodate your needs!

Still dealing with them. They failed at having an extra POD ordered & I had to rent a truck, move all my belongings that did not fit into the first POD to my parents garage while I waited for the next POD to be delivered. Then when I requested the size down from the largest size I had, I was not informed that the size they show online is only available in certain circumstances. It seemed that each time I called I got different information & more/new information, instead of all the best information in one call.

Used PODS for the first time and have to say it was really great! The driver was extremely professional and offered some good advice on how to properly load the pod. Could not have been better!

they did not come to our home to estimate how many pods were needed and despite having sent an extra one, we were short of one, which caused huge problems since we were loading on a Sunday and moving the next morning and they do not work or pick up the phone on weekends. Otherwise, the cost was a lot lower than any other quotes we got from regular moving companies.
