Very good service. Pods arrived on time. When the Pods were moved there was minimal movement of the load. The driver was very knowledgeable and personable.

On time and nothing shifted in the pod.

This is certainly the best way to do a long distance move. Very reliable.

Great job from my packers in Texas. No breakage what so ever! Moved from Texas to Oregon so PODS had a long haul and they did great.

It was a difficult delivery to our new home, but Julian from PODs did a great job maneuvering and getting the POD right where it needed to be. The company overall was fantastic to work with. I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of their Customer Portal and the professionalism of their Customer Service personnel. We were happy with the cost of the total move from California to Seattle being roughly 50% of the cost of using a traditional moving service.

Customer service was not helpful and my Pods was not transported as promised. They were "investigating" my case but still haven't returned with a response (they did call to say they haven't gotten to it yet and they wouldn't be able to do much since they were going through a system upgrade). Definitely would NOT recommend using them. I still have not been able to get ahold of anyone to get final pickup. Seems like they make it difficult to return so they can charge more.

The Best service ever!!!!

I had high hopes for Pod. It was dropped of on the day that is was scheduled. The day is was to be picked up they said it was to wet. It was on a concrete pad with a concrete driveway. I called to tell them it was not wet. I could not get anyone to return my calls. Finally 5 days later they came and got it. The rest of the scheduled pick up times went as planned. Here is where I lost my patience. I needed a receipt for all my payments. They never emailed them and was not on my account page. Pod was going through a transition for new software and I understand that completely. But there is no reason to have to spend a full week, many hours on the phone, being transferred over and over to get a receipt. I could not get one person to put a supervisor on the phone. One lady let it slip that there was no supervisor there because she works from home. I finally threaten to sue them if they did not get me a receipt so I can get reimbursed from my employer. After about another hour they emailed them to mr.

Pod worked well for what we needed.

I love PODS! I have used them in the past and have never had a problem. I was given a window of 7:30 to 10:30 AM, the driver called at 8 AM said he would be there at 8:30 AM. Arriving on time, he had the POD unloaded in less than 10 minutes! The POD was picked up 2 days later without incident.

PODS did several things well: They gave me a competitive price quote, and they delivered my belongings intact from one coast to the other. My major disappointment with PODS was in their communication, customer service, and the timeliness of their service. They simply failed to pick up our packed container on the day they promised and never informed me in any way. This caused a 3 day delay, pushing delivery from a weekend to a weekday during Christmas week. This meant that my friends could no longer help unload the POD, so I had to pay movers to do so. Plus I was without furniture or belongings for an extra 3 days.

Very quick with dropping off the container and made the process very smooth. Highly recommend using PODS for your move.

The service was pretty good, but the lady who booked my service somehow left out important details and they tried to pick up my pod before it was loaded. But because the company called prior to pickup, I was able to rearrange the pick up.

Cheaper than other moving options and way more convenient. They were able to give me specific dates when my container would arrive and be picked up rather than a 3-6 week window (as was the case with the competition). Customer service was excellent!

Awefull expirence but the cheapest service. You certainly get what you pay for. They did not deliver the pod on time, also they did not pick up the pod on time. Would never use them again!

Very punctual about dropping off pod and placing it in my driveway.

We had a very good experience with PODs. The container was delivered to our home on time, picked up on time, transported with no shifting of our possessions, and delivered to our new home on time. We would recommend the service. The cost was more than UHaul but not having to drive our possessions ourself made the higher cost worth it.

The POD was brand new and so was in great condition. It was delivered on time. The driver had to turn it around so it faced the right direction and he did so quite graciously.

So far, so good. Good communication, the Pod showed up on time as expected. The POD was removed on time as expected. I'm having the POD stored for 10 months and then delivered to a new home. I expect everything to work out well, but I can't rate the storage or delivery yet.

They gave me access to my belongings when asked and the move was fine.

So far, all is well. The furniture is due here on Jan 5th..

My experience using PODS when leaving Las Vegas and moving to Virginia was extremely successful. My POD arrived on time and was picked up on time in Las Vegas and Virginia. I would recommend using PODS and definitely use them again.

Very easy to use and transparent. Our container had a clothing moth infestation when we got it back. I think they should try a little harder to prevent pest infestations.

Great company and they were very easy to deal with.

Everything about them was a really positive experience. But, they should be more critical of who they refer for loading their POD. And they should communicate better with these movers as far as whether they really provide moving pads. I would use POD again, but I will not use the movers they refer on their website.

PODS customer service was great. Kim answered all my questions and helped me figure out what I needed. The container was clean and held all my stuff. I would use PODS again because it's cheaper than a van company and their customer service is very helpful.

Best way to move. Better than renting a truck.

arrived on time. I needed storage, but did not want my furnishings to be crated then stored in a warehouse. With PODS, they stay in the containers, locked and ready to deliver when needed.

Seamless service. Arrived when scheduled, everything in working order. Delivery of POD was just as scheduled. Professional and reliable.

The people were very friendly but they kept changing m move in dates which was very frustrating.

Good all around experience. Moved two large PODS over a 6 month period. Great communication, met all the schedule dates.

The gentlemen who delivered our pod was very professional did an excellent job dropping off our pod.

The driver did an excellent job of maneuvering the unit into the entry to garage, which was a tight fit.

Who ever thought up the idea of the POD was brilliant. We had to transport my belongings to Overland Park, but once there we filled our POD and it was taken away for storage for several weeks, then delivered to my new home when requested. It was picked up yesterday and there was no hassle. They really helped make this move quite seamless.

PODS arrived and delivered punctually, as scheduled. I did wind up needing two PODS (one only had a few "eye bolts" for tie downs,, but all furniture, etc arrived safely. It all went off without a hitch. Really appreciated delivery drivers Steve and John who made it all work so smoothly -especially dealing with snow/ice, gravel driveway and space limitations due to landscaping and hardscape. Heaven forbid I ever have to move again, but if I did, I'd call PODS.

First POD was older than the second POD. They delivered on time and picked up on time.

PODS was great in scheduling, moving, delivering and protecting my property from ANY damage.

Met all schedules. Received phone notifications for pod drop off and pick-up. Pod remain vertical when picked up - no tilting.

Overall, a very positive experience! The only thing that wasn't was the estimation of containers/size. We rented 1 16' for a small 2 BR house, no appliances. We ran out of room and had to leave/give away stuff on moving day. Order more than you think you will need!!

Outstanding everything went to plan

Worked very well with my schedule. Did exactly what they said they would do.

We are still in the middle of our move so I can't give a complete review of PODS but so far, so great. Their prediction that I would need two 16' units was spot on. Everything they have promised (delivery times, pickup times) has been exact! Units were in good condition and both delivery drivers were polite and professional. One note: make sure you have your own tie downs as this was not included in the pod.
