The company delivering the POD was great. The POD rental itself is expensive but convenient

The pod was delivered in the time slot they quoted. I had some space left over inside the pod but was ok with that. I am comfortable that everything will arrive intact due to the excellent packing job done by the movers. The driver was courteous and careful. I chose Pods because they were recommended by a friend and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The crew was on time and did a great job. Everything I wanted done was done, without question. There was furniture being moved from POD into house and house to barn and from POD to upstairs in barn. Very timely and courteous

Only took a 7 foot square pod, as anything bigger is cost prohibitive, might as well replace rather than transport, but they did a good job of keeping me informed of their expected drop off times and pickup times, etc.

PODS was very good. Always kept us informed as to delivery times, costs. Etc.

I moved from Kansas City, MO to Ohio and every step of scheduling and pick up in addition to how my account was charged was horrible. I was planning to pay for the move in one setting but they set me up for auto pay so that they could pile on the charges from delayed containers. Be warned, PODS for long distance moving is a no go.

I had no problems with the delivery/drop off of the POD. The person called before the drop off, very professional.

Whenever I called, I never got a confirmation number and therefore had no proof I called to have the PODS picked up on a Friday after they were loaded. When I called to confirm there was not record of my call. I had to leave the property before the end of September because it was being sold. My landlord would not give me my security deposit until the PODS were removed and it took until Tuesday for them to be picked up. I hope I don't have to move again but if I do, I will find another way to do so.

The LaVIsta PODS was very accommodating with my chemical sensitivity issue, The 1st POD delivered contained frebeeze odor probable from another user. They came out and replace it with another POD immediately. Thanks .. Highly recommend!!!

The only complaint is that the unit had a roll up door that would hang up frequently. The locations to tie down items need to be improved. They were prompt both for pick up and delivery. When the delivery had to be rescheduled they quickly responded.

It worked out satisfactory. It would have been better if the monthly charge could have been prorated for the second month, only a few days over.

Liked the idea of PODS versus storage sheds. They eliminated having to pack and unpack twice.

Everything arrived in perfect condition. I had two Pods and both were stuffed to the gills. 1100 mi move and four months of storage. Easy to work with. Very expensive though. That's my only complaint.

My driver Angel was top notch. Angel took care to put boards down to protect my grass which was saturated with water from yesterday rain. I would recommend PODS and Angel.

Delivered on time. Very professional..they called to give us a time window when they PODS would be deliver d and picked up. We didnt have to be here. They just magically showed up when they said they would..which is a ,miracle in this day and age. It is good to find a dependable compay.

Great service and the email and phone updates were great ways to keep so many thing straight.

I have only filled the POD it hasn't yet been transported. So far all is good.

Call Center people were perfectly friendly and helpful; local manager was horrible. Tried to push our delivery time back (we paid a rush fee for 'same-day' delivery and pick-up). Called to tell me that delivery would be late afternoon (our scheduled time was early morning), that there were 'other orders in front of us' and that they were 'not willing' to move the orders around in order to deliver at their promised arrival time. Would not let me speak with his manager or even give me his name. The containers DID wind up arriving close to the promised time, but only after a heated conversation that took much of my valuable time on an already stressful moving day. I was told that they 'recommend having PODS delivered the day before' What is the point of rush/same-day delivery service if it can't be honored? Just awful.

We used three PODS. The people we coordinated with, drivers and those that we called with a few questions were very cordial, provided options and did a masterful job in coordinating everything. Although it cost slightly more to move in this manner than using a traditional moving company, we found that the national average for customers filing damage claims was 20.4% for those moves , as compared to PODS which was 1.4%. The POD did not arrive as expected so the movers had to be contacted to reschedule. So if you are hiring PODS to store you belongings and hiring someone to load it I suggest you hire the movers for the next day to be safe the POD is there.

Our delivery driver was awesome. Good communication about arrival time and placed the POD exactly as we requested. We have not completed our move yet. The POD will be picked up and moved cross country for storage.

I love the simplicity and ease of PODS. I've had a couple of billing issues and the like, but they always get solved. Great service.

PODS IS THE WAY TO GO!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE ON TIME AND HELP MY MOVE GO WITHOUT A HITCH.

So far so good! They delivered the container and kept me updated as to the time frame was with a phone call first and through my account if the time changed. The guy who delivered it showed me the inside of the container and where the hooks were etc. He was really friendly! They are scheduled to pick up the container this morning and bring it to their POD location to keep it for a couple months.

They exceeded expectations and the driver (Kevin) who delivered the POD did an excellent job of placing the POD in a tough spot.

Some of our items got water damage and has mold on it. we had to store it for months while we looked for a new home. The told us it would be kept in a temp controlled humidity controlled warehouse, so I have no idea hot the mold got on some of the wood furniture.

The PODS worked well for our situation. The customer service during drop off and then with pickup and drop off of another pod was great. Used PODS because some one recommended them. I would use them again.

Inititally so impressed until my POD came back with dead mice, urine and mice feces. So much so all my boxes and items had to remain outside until I cleaned out each one. That was after paying $160 month. Will not use again.
