There were a few hiccups, but otherwise they were very efficient. I would use them again. For both moving and storage on a budget, I still think they are the best option.

3800 relocation cost and Pods failed to disclose not to setup movers on the same day as delivery. I requested a week earlier a morning delivery and they put it at 2:30-5pm even after I spoke to them about the scheduling issue they refused to fix the time of delivery and pay for any damaged due to the time change.

I love PODS. There was a months-long gap between our leaving one apartment and getting into the new one. PODS made the moving part painless. Instead of having to hire movers to take the stuff to storage, pay for storage, pay for someone to load it back up, pay to move it, pay to unload again, I just kept the stuff in the POD and then had it delivered to the new place. Beautifully painless and yes, I'll definitely use them again.

PODS - simple to contract; easy to navigate website with excellent on-line and in-person customer service; economical. Utilized PODS secured storage site due to time line of move and interstate relocation. This gave me peace of mind knowing my POD was out of the elements and secure until I was ready for delivery.

Great service and they delivered what was expected.

Nothing but headaches and nightmares from PODS. Unprofessional individuals at the call center, not giving us proper information like room needed for POD to be dropped, not flexible with delivery times or days. Just a complete nightmare. Would gladly pay thousands of dollars more to not deal with PODS in the future.

Picked up and delivered on time from 2500 miles away. Placed POD in my driveway right at garage door.

My house hold items arrived in good shape. There is damage to the back of my leather couch where it must have rubbed against the side of the container.

Good communications via emails and telephone calls. POD unit was clean and in good condition.

I had no issues with PODS what so ever.

My Pod was delivered on time by a lovely driver. Pickup was also within the promised window and they even accommodated my request for a day earlier pickup. The driver who took the Pod to storage was on time and most pleasant.A very well done experience.

PODS did everything they told me that would do. Very coordinated logistics between the first phone call until the final pick up and billing for the project.

The service was cost effective and efficient and I would use them again.

The only bad I could say is they give you a window of time they will be there so it made it difficult to schedule the guys to load them.

Everything was excellent except one major problem that is still awaiting resolution. In multiple conversations, a delivery date was discussed and/or said but that date was never actually put on the agreement. I admit I never double checked but the entire processed started with I need the POD delivered on X date and we back dated everything so that date could be me. In a later call, I provided the exact apartment number and also asked for recommendations for a company to assist in the unloading. I know I had to have talked about the delivery date but again, the individual on the phone never entered that date. Because we were assisting a child with the move, it costs us two additional hotel nights getting the POD delivery scheduled. Still waiting resolution of our additional costs with a PODs "problem resolution" individual.

My second pod was scheduled for the wrong date. It was a good thing I went online to make sure my dates were correct. Other then that, pods is the way to go for the best rates.

PODS is the best! Using them and Hire-A-Helper teams on both ends of our move, was the least stressful thing about the whole process! And having PODS retain some of our belongings in storage as we settled in was fantastic and problem free as well!

PODS can save a bundle, especially if you the right people to pack and unload them.

I could tell they handled my furniture carefully. I had complete control over security of my property is a huge plus.

PODS was all in all very easy to work with. The storage was a breeze and the monthly rate was affordable. I scheduled the drop off online, and while we had to pay $100 extra for a same day drop off (make sure you call them if you want to do this!) and pick up, it was worth it. The driver called me en route, was friendly and professional, and the next pick-up driver was the exact same. Pods is a great option for people who want to have an efficient storage and moving option, rather than have to do double work of moving items out of storage, into a moving truck, and then out of the moving truck into your home. It just makes sense!

The first half of the experience went fine. The POD was delivered on time and the driver was amazing at dropping off the POD in the perfect spot. The transportation from PA to CO went smoothly as well and the POD arrived in the area on schedule. The delivery of the POD to the new address was terrible. The driver had the worst attitude, and even after finding several options for him to drop the POD, he just kept saying he couldn't do it, wouldn't do it, and eventually we gave up and had him return it to the terminal. It cost us hundreds of dollars more to then rent a Uhaul and drive to the terminal to unload our POD. The team at the terminal were amazing and courteous as well. But overall with the second driver's poor attitude and inability to deliver his POD, we spent several extra hours and a few hundred dollars fixing the issue ourselves. I wouldn't use PODs again.

very easy and the least stressful move I've ever had. So relaxing to pack and unpack at my own pace.

We have used PODS three times without a hitch. Always on time and delivered without any damage. The drivers are always friendly and courteous.

The pod showed up during time period t gat was scheduled. The driver was nice and friendly. He was very accommodating when the pod wouldn't fit where we originally wanted it .$1,1

So far, so good--all is in storage.

Expensive, but secure way of moving long distance. The customer service agents and the drivers were skilled and professional. We selected PODS vs. other moving companies because of the low number of claims against them. Be aware of possible musty smell of rugs being rolled up.

Used them many times and will again.

Should have had a small pod along with the large one we ordered. Container was adequate, customer service was very good. The down side was not having a person look at how much we were moving and tell us if all would fit, because it did not all fit. We were not moving a lot of large furniture so was difficult to say how many rooms were moving.

The driver was on time and very curtious and professional. He gently lowered the PODS container with their hoist system. I was worried the container could do damage to my driveway, but it was gently done.

PODS is great! Flawless move, great company, great service from start to finish. We moved three 16 foot PODS from Georgia to Florida and had an amazing experience with no problems. Highly recommend!

I have used PODs numerous times and I have never had an issue with them. I would recommend them to everyone.

Not big enough and was told by three reps that it held 3-4 rooms. I had to rent a UHaul which was a saving grace. Would use Uhaul..thanks to Phil the manager but not POD.

The concept is great, but the container arrived late, causing me a lot of stress.

I used PODS to move my household from Hawaii to Washington state. I packed, loaded and strapped things down myself and everything arrived PERFECT! They efficiently picked the POD up and my home owners association is happy.

Very handly, delivery driver got them in our driveway no issues.

I have used PODs before. They have very reasonable storage fees and I love the you pack nature. The transportation fee is average. The one issue I had this move is that was living in an apartment complex with underground parking. Due to the height of the container and lift, the POD had to be set on the street. I had to reserve 2.5 parking places on the street to allow enough room for the POD lift to get the container off the flatbed truck. Since street parking is limited at my complex, reserving more than one space was difficult since my car could only reserve one. A neighbor moved the barrier I put up the night before and it was only sheer luck that the spot on the other side of my car opened up an hour before the POD delivery. Of course, if you have a large reserved parking space like a driveway, parking the POD is not an issue.

Dealing with PODS was easy in every way. I would use them again in the future.

Pods was very good, but they were supposed to pick up the POD on 6/28, and still did not pick up as of 6/29. I hope for 6/30.

The POD was delivered on time, the driver was polite and answered questions. The POD was picked up when they said it would be.
