Misrepresented size even though packed correctly

Great service - my only issue was that I could never schedule online - it might have been a glitch with the site. Everyone very helpful and friendly.

Everything went exactly as planned. I had sensitive HOA's to deal with and there service was professional and courteous.

Ok company but their truck "broke down" the day they were to pick up my container ans so it delayed my entire move by 1 to 3 days. Likely won't use again.

I had 2 PODS. ALL 4 drivers were very nice and accommodating.

Great. Pricey but I cannot get the same outcome with a moving company.

This was a pack, store, and redeliver. Everything came back in the pod just like it was when it left. No damages. Very happy.

So far so good. PODS have been picked up and dropped off when asked.

delivery was a hassle and they almost did not deliver it til a week after it was scheduled - they do not inform you of the fact that although they advertise for it to go in the street it is not allowed in the street and delivery guys will not put it there. - i ordered 3 blankets received one. When they delivered it to the new home instead of take the time to adjust the direction of the container due to the landscape they just dropped it down - causing us to take an hour to open the door.

Pod was delivered timely - has not yet been transported to storage facility.

The containers were clean, the drivers who delivered them to our home were efficient and courteous, and our furniture arrived in excellent condition.

Very easy and affordable way to move across the country

This was an easy process and affordable. It is smart to have the pod delivered one day and have the movers come the next day, so you don' t have to worry about coordinating.

So far very satisfied, not finished yet but have used previously and we were very happy with service.

Excellent way to make a move. The people who brought the POD and came to take it back were professional and respectful. The POD was clean and very well suited for our move from FL to NM

Nice POD. Good company. They didn't explain to me however that different pods open differently and my opening was wrong and in the back of the parking spot instead of facing out. Also forgot the lock I purchased.

Great logistics department and great customer service. A good option for moving on a budget. My only complaint is that the container is not "8' x 8' x 16'" as stated. Internal dimensions are actually 7'4" wide, ~7'6" high and 15'10" long. The width really killed me because I was counting on stacking 5 large boxes across (18" wide each) and spent two weeks packing for this scenario. But because the width was less than 7'6" I could only get 4 boxes across.

PODS have been wonderful to work with. They show up on time. The drivers are friendly and very efficient. We would use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

The Pod was pretty much as expected, clean and fresh, ready for use. Communication was good via auto response emails. When talking to staff on the phone they were polite and knowledgeable. The Pod arrived within the time window allotted and the driver was very professional. I would use Pods again.

This is the second time we have used PODS. Great both times. Prompt service, clean equipment. Fair and upfront about their pricing-no hidden fees.

This is the way to go. They are professional, courteous and take good care of our property.

They did an okay job trying to get the POD out of a busy street (although I did have to leave work early to stand in 2 parking spaces). I would recommend that if anyone has to reserve a POD container to reserve at least 2 parking spots on a city street - not just one. The PODS truck has to have enough space to back in the POD to the one parking space. I thought they could just move the rig horizontally and pick it up like a sanitation truck. The guy who dropped off the POD in Baltimore was very reasonable in getting the POD parked in to the loading dock of an apartment complex.

This was our first move that we had to do ourselves. We always had corporate moves. It was a great experience from the clean container,booking,delivering and pickup!

So far, I am just in the packing and pick up stage, but so far I have been very pleased.

The pods were delivered approximately on time, and were clean.

They were great to work with.

Using pods was the best solution to our moving needs. Our only problem was communication with them on the delivery date to our desit nation.

I am being charged more than was originally quoted to me... still fighting PODS to not be overcharged

The POD was the best option for me as I had six weeks between my move out and move in. Having the POD meant I did not have to load and unload my item twice. The container was in great shape and it was actually pretty cool watching the pick up the POD. Customer Service was outstanding. I had to make many changes to the delivery of my POD and they handled everything with ease. I would definitely use them again if the situation arises.

Efficient, polite, kept me calm, achieved my objective. They were on time and didn't waste a minute.

Worked out excellent for our needs. It even stayed unexpectedly cool in the sunny heat. Great if you need to pack slowly or store things temporarily. Relatively inexpensive as well.

The PODS containers were clean, the drivers were very courteous, and I appreciated the notification that PODS gives (the day prior giving a 3 hour window, and the day of the delivery/pick up of the containers receiving a call a half hour in advance from the driver.)

The PODS are helpful if you like to pack over the course of a few days and if your homes have a lapse between closings. They are not huge and for our 4800 sqft home it took 3 PODS and a trailer so they can be somewhat expensive compared to a moving company doing the job.

POD was efficient and moved my goods across the country with no drama.

Renting a PODS container worked well for the distance we moved. It was the largest container and we needed just a bit more space.The condition of the container was very good. The customer service was quite good. The two young men who arrived to drop off our POD were professional, friendly and very talented when it came to placing the container in our driveway. We thought they did a very good job. We would not hesitate to use them again, if the need arose.

Every thing done as scheduled. Outstanding service.

The 16'x8'x8' container was supposed to fit 3-4 rooms. I fully disclosed everything we had to fit in our 3 bedroom apt, and the PODS rep said that we would undoubtedly get everything in. But we didn't. We had to donate several small pieces of furniture. Not a huge loss, but disappointing.
