While my overall experience was ok, one of the POD return pickups did not occur at the time I was notified of. After an hour had passed, beyond the 3 hour period, I tried to call a representative and got extremely frustrated with the inability to talk to a real person. About 2 hours later I got a call saying the POD would be picked up the next day.

Acceptable. Used for longterm storage after a long distance move.

The worst. Never again. They do not value their customers, only the bottom line.

I loved working with PODS and having the convenience of them storing my POD and delivering it for me. The only issue was the inflexibility of having the delivery date moved to an earlier date than originally requested. I had to live in my new place without the bulk of my furniture or household goods.

Did not explain when placing order for the POD, it would take almost 2 weeks to get it delivered, I would not have used them if I knew it would take that long to drive 8 hrs. 2-3 days maybe.

A 16' PODS was delivered and picked up after loading. We can't really review PODS yet, as it hasn't been transported or delivered yete.

Simple and affordable. Those claiming to be the least expensive were twice the price. Very easy to schedule.

Worked really well for us for a small move (items of parent's estate). Their online system is easy to use and they keep you up-to-date.

We used PODs to moved from Seattle, WA to coastal South Carolina. 13 years ago and to move back to Seattle area this month.

My review is for Hire a Helper and the exuberant "service fees that they do not disclose to you over the phone for the movers. It is not good business practice.

My PODS unit is in transit so don't know how what contents will look like when they arrive. The PODZilla truck and frame were effective in siting the unit.

I trust and rely on PODS. They've been my company 6 times back and forth acrocss the country. I think they're reasonably priced and provide contacts with loading help. They're always great on the phone making arrangements.
