I really like the POD company. They stored my pod for several months at a reasonable cost, and they delivered right on time. Twice. The driver, Ed, who was unbelievably good and helpful, could not deliver the pod as scheduled because the location was blocked. But he made an extra effort to redeliver my things the next day despite a snowstorm that left the area blanketed and difficult to drive in

Limited days of the week (only 3) for pick up in Phoenix. Zero commitment for delivery date in Honolulu. You just have to keep calling them. *The one good thing is for a $75 fee they drop the pod and pick up same day at my destination. Small 8X8 pod from Phoenix to Honolulu

This company is extremely well organized. Every step has been right on schedule. The people are experienced and friendly. This is our second experience with POD and we highly recommend this way of moving.

We've used PODS for several moves and will not use anyone else.

PODS are great, but overpriced. We have a dispute with them now over transit costs. Original destination Reno, new destination Salt Lake City which is MORE expensive. Shorter distance == more $$

We used Pods to transport, store, and travel from the Midwest to California. It made for an efficient and cost effective move.

I relocated myself (not work); what a logistical nightmare - not! PODS was the answer to untangle my web. My job was a little more complicated because I ordered a second unit after booking the first, so I had 2 different job numbers. That got a little complicated with scheduling; especially using the online feature. I had to call to get things right and feel confident. Once I had someone on the phone, problem solved. They listened to me and I felt truly heard. The reason for the 4 vs. 5 star is due to multiple PODS coordination; if it were only 1 POD, I am confident it would've been a 5 (and I would not have had to pick up the phone). Great overall job with the drop off and pick up on both ends of my move (4 experiences in 1 move)!

This system of moving household goods is the best chance at not having damage when you need to utilize storage as part of your move. I was happy with the results. However, on the receiving end, I was not prepared for the mobility restrictions of the Podzilla. On this end, I had all the clearances required by company policy but the container still was not able to be placed in the reserved spot. That was disappointing.

The communication from the Suwanee GA facility was awful! They cancelled PODS delivery twice WITHOUT NOTIFICATION! It took countless phone calls and even contacting the president of the company to get results. We would never recommend PODS to anyone.

POD was delivered on time and placed very well. I needed to change the container size at the last minute and there were no issues at all.
