Transportation cost was about $2,500 for only a 10 mile move. I can't recommend using PODs

Our leather furniture was delivered with mold. The company was good with communication.

Very happy with the results

The folks who brought the POD to the house and new house were very careful and knowledgeable.

City service was great, very easy in a crowded and heavy traffic area.

The lady (April?) who delivered the POD was most helpful in determining where the best place would to place the POD, and she was especially careful and mindful to avoid damaging any property. Ditto for Chris, who retrieved the POD the following day. Both were very personable

While the PODS container was shipped just fine with no damages, they had a delay of 3 days and ended up charging me for a 2nd month of rent due to the delay on their part. There have been dozens of support calls and this issue is still unresolved as of writing this review (I have a balance for the 2nd month). There were a few other internal communication issues they had with picking up the container but ultimately it worked out. It was just dealing with support calls all the time and re-explaining the same thing over and over. The customer service people basically lie to you a lot to make you happy. Make sure you are physically there for pickup/dropoff, expect delays that incur more rent charges, and make sure to record all of the phone calls with support.

The POD arrived as scheduled. It was clean and the driver way easy to work with.

They did a good job but I will know and be able to judge better when my goods are returned to see if they are all in good condition. Yes everything was well loaded but when the pot is unloaded that's when I can really judge the quality of the pot container.

Containers were in good condition. There was an schedule problem on February 17th. Driver Alby Zymowski was excellent. Alby solved the schedule problem. PODS company over charge my credit card and I have to call twice to solve the problem.

Transportation was ok but needed adjustment to relocate the container. It went all well at the end.

From the initial inquiry to the final pick up of the PODS, everything went smoothly and according to plan. The pricing was accurate to the quote. The communication from the drivers was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Great system. Everything was on time and occurred as promised. Very convenient and economical.

We had a nightmare experience with PODS. Twice they cancelled the delivery of our POD without even contacting us AND they don't know why it was cancelled. The customer service was terrible, with a difficult time reaching supervisors and no explanation. We were out several thousand dollars due to the fact that we couldn't live in the apartment for 2 weeks without our furniture so we had to stay with friends and family. I WILL NEVER USE PODS AGAIN.

The Pods service on this container was fine. The Pods driver on the first container damaged my driveway and left ruts in lawn by running off the edge of the driveway.

1 guy did the work of three. Literally. No shows due to sleet. Jake was great. Worked 5 hrs non stop The only issue was the safe put a dent in the floor when tilted to get dolly under it. I filed a claim. But again, highly recommend.

Driver was on time and left the container exactly where they were told to drop it.

If the helper had given me the missing item and not put it on the pod all the fuss could have been avoided. Other than that the move was good.

All delivery and pickup times were as promised. My only suggestion is for the company to give more advance notice of POD delivery to enable scheduling of workers to load and unload. Notice was only the night before.

Can't say I would recommend using PODS again, moving from Canada to the US, but they did provide good instructions for the Customs forms.

PODS is very inflexible. I provided more than 3 weeks notice and they were still unable to comply with my needs. The driver himself was wonderful but their system is not customer friendly in any way shape or form. It was frustrating. Ultimately things worked out but a move is stressful enough. They added to the stress

From start to finish they made the process flawless!! The people involved with the company were all so helpful and patient with you. The email notifications were all on point and also made the process simple and easy...2 ???? ???? for this company!!

We were expecting a 12'x12'x16' container and a 8'x8'x16' showed up. The driver told us it was the largest size they have. The container was clean and in good condition. Customer Service was very helpful and always available. Pods was recommended by a friend who made a similar move. I would recommend them also. Luckily everything fit perfectly in the Pod.

The PODs team did a great job for us. The drivers always communicated what and when they would arrive for pickup or drop off activities.

It was fast and easy to order and get my Pod. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Delivery and pick-up drivers were both very nice. The container was clean. If I ever move out of state again, I will use Pods they make it easy.

PODS were great to work with.

This container was the perfect size for my move. I was a little skeptical of everything not being able to fit, because I have big furniture pieces, but it worked. I moved from GA to TX. I had a 2 bedroom 1189 sqft townhome. My pod contained 2 beds, 2 dressers, washer, dryer, u shaped sectional, a good amount of boxes and other miscellaneous toys like bikes, etc. The person delivering the POD was communicative and they delivered and picked up on time. GA to TX is a far move, 17 hours to be exact, and I didn’t want to be hassled with gassing up a Uhaul or anything. I would recommend moving with PODS when you’re moving far. It may be a little pricey, but the worry free part is worth it.

This is the 6th POD I've used.

No complaints. Easy process and easy to schedule.
