So far so good. We are storing our things in a POD for the summer before moving the POD across the country. PODs gave us what seems to be a fair price (it was comparable to Pack-Rat). My only complaint is that it was a bit hard to understand the women I spoke with when booking the POD, but she was very nice and informative. Overall they answer the phone right away (or within a 5 minute wait), which is nice. She recommended the perfect size POD after I described what items we were moving (small 4 bedroom house) They called before dropping off the POD and called again upon pick-up. The POD arrived when scheduled and was clean.

These people are lying thieves. I arranged to have a pod delivered in front of my building. Spent hours on the phone making sure everything was planned for and paid for the service. Well the morning the pod was supposed to be delivered the guy shows up, has me sign additional paperwork and then decides he doesn’t feel like unloading the pod. He starts telling me they can’t leave the pod on the street even though that was clearly what had been arranged on the phone and had been previously done. He tells me I have to leave it on a side street. I find him a space on a side street that is much less convenient. He decides no, a side street won’t work and says “I don’t have time for this” and starts to drive away. At this point I am screwed. I have to be out of my apartment at a certain date and I had hired movers to come and too late to cancel. I’m crying and on the phone with my landlord trying to figure something else out. Finally, after me literally BEGGING, this rude man leaves the pod (illegally I might add) in a parking lot 100 yards away from the entrance to my building. They refused to compensate me for the additional moving costs. These people are lying crooks. Avoid at all costs!

The two men were great. Did not waste anytime, worked hard and steady and met the criteria as outlined.

I've never had a process that had this many steps (drop off empty, pick up full, deliver, pickup empty) where everything was to the minute of when I was told it would be. I received texts all along the way, so knew what the program was and when every step of the way.

Whenever I called the PODs group, they answered the phone, and they address my needs quickly and efficiently. The driver who delivered our POD took time to explain to me what he was doing and gave me tips on loading our container.

The two 16 foot PODS were enough to fit in all of our furniture, etc. The scheduling rep suggested two on my description of what we were shipping. Containers were clean and in good shape. Customer service was excellent all the way. My wife said we should use them so I chose them as our movers. Would definitely use them again. Recommend setting up an online account to track progress of your containers and/or make changes to the schedule.

Overall, everything went well from scheduling deliver, pick up, etc. Help with finding a labor for moving was good too. Communication via phone, emails and website was excellent.

PODS was great during this move. The only downside was that due to our location we had to deal with parking permits mostly on our own.

Everything was perfect

Transportation company has been outstanding. I havent felt confused or lost in the process at all. They have been on the ball every step of the way.

REALLY be careful about what is put on the top of the container nearest the door. If your packers put a mattress or bedframe or something in last to hold everything in, don't let them put anything higher than that up top. They might be trying to help you get the last items in, like mine were, but it will be grief when it gets to your destination - those containers are tipped back and forth a lot and things move.

I don’t like that you’re not given an eta time during the initial setup.

The entire process was easy and smooth. We picked our container size, picked our date and everything was on schedule. Great communication. Could not have been happier.

PODS exceeded our expectations. They delivered our PODS on time, accommodated a last minute change in POD size and delivered our PODS to our destination ahead of schedule. We ran into a snag with scheduling the pick up of our empty pods due to the busy moving season at our destination. We weren't told that we should schedule the pickup when we scheduled our delivery. However, the local PODS team did work with us and were able to pick up the PODS two days sooner than the original schedule. We picked PODS because we needed storage for a month.

Thankfully every aspect of the journey worked out great. The only thing that would be nice to change is the call time for the next day delivery and pick up. I stated that in my review on Pod's website

The PODS drivers are extremely professional and helpful. During my move out, he was insightful on how to load the pod in the safest manner for our cross country move.

I like that I could get my PODs in a staggered manner so we had a chance to get some stuff put away before we got the next POD. Plus, it's very secure--you don't have to worry about anyone taking your stuff because you put your own lock on the POD.

Our two movers - Mark and Kenny - were absolutely amazing! They arrived right on time. They were very professional as well as personable. Both men were completely organized and work effectively and efficiently. They knew exactly what needed to be done and the order in which it needed to be done. Kept us organized as well! They handled everything with care. I couldn't believe they had everything loaded and we still had room left! I could not have asked for anything more from these two gentlemen. I would highly recommend them! I would love to have them here to help us when we are ready to move in! Mark and Kenny are perfect ambassadors for Tip Top Movers! I thank them for a great moving experience!

They set me up for success for move. very informative about all steps in the process. Gave me advice on things to avoid.

Took a little longer to remove the PODS, we asked for morning and they only come in the afternoon.

Driver did an excellent job with delivering my PODS Container. It was delivered to my apartment complex, so I was a bit nervous about them being able to place due to small parking spaces. He was able to place very easily and kept me updated on when he would deliver it to my apartment.

I would never move any other way. Excellent customer service and follow-up and follow-through. My belongings arrived in the exact position they were when the POD was packed and zero breakage.
