I was very pleased with PODS. My goods arrived on time and without loss or damage. The delivery of the container was easy with great service from competent drivers.

Not very communicative regarding any debit account withdrawals. Only after they cancelled an initial order did they share that a "large charge" might be refused by the bank. Should have been much clearer about the situation - all we got was an email from Nestor saying the order would be cancelled. A phone call straightened it out (I thought) and it cancelled anyway.

Joel called before arriving and arrived promptly. He not only had to back uphill to get to our driveway but he also made sure we could open the POD (which was no easy feat since contents had shifted.) He was helpful, thoughtful and knew what he was doing.

Found the POD site online. Customer service was so helpful and professional in guiding us on how to pick the right size container and pick dates to fit our pick up and delivery needs. We would definitely use them again!

Very helpful since we were unable to move directly into our new home. We loaded the containers and they will be stored at their storage facility and then delivered to our new home.

Great job in the delivery of the two PODS I needed for my move. They were on time and worked with me to place the POD just where I wanted it. Great job.

Pod pickup and dropoff was al fine. The problem is that they severly underestimated the size of our POD based on our sq footage/bedrooms. We have a 2 bed/2 bath, aprox 1000 sq ft and the Med size pod did not fit all of our stuff. I had originally selected a large pod but changed it based on their estimations. I wish I had not done that.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. They made the move to another state less stressful - the process is a well-oiled machine. It does take more time than I expected and was a bit pricey. Overall, I'd still recommend though.

It seems like an easy way to make a small move

I don't know that I would use the pods system again. It was OK but its just as difficult as moving every other way and I probably spent more money using movers because I had to have them come multiple times. Its deceptive how much it ends up costing because they charge a little here and a little there.

Didn't hold as much as I thought it would and it was a bit expensive, but overall, I like the concept.

The largest size POD is supposed to hold a three-bedroom house. It did not.

The pricing should have been more upfront and written out. It was all done over the phone. Next time, I’d want to see it spelled out. As for the service itself, I can’t complain. Everyone was professional and friendly. The pickup and delivery were all on-time which was super important for my move.

Pod was placed at top of a slanted drive. No issues at all.

The POD was delivered as promised. Their follow-up system is efficient and actually helpful.

Great service for smaller moves. I would not recommend for a large house.

Second time move across the country - from the Midwest to Texas; previously, from Florida. Easy to load/unload, and forget about it. Just be sure to schedule delivery & pickup ahead of time - especially during busy seasons!!!

Worth every cent! This is the best long distance move I've ever made and I will definitely be using them again. Excellent communication and smooth transaction in every way from beginning to end.

Driver placed the POD exactly where I wanted it. Helpful and courteous.

I had the opportunity to hire them to load a POD, with zero experience of what to expect. They came on time, and ready to go. They didn't have the best English, but that didn't matter they simply got the job done and kicked ass. I tipped them heavy from their hard work and ingenuity in loading the POD as Tetris masters. I know this now because I had to order a U-haul truck for the remainder (not much) and decided to hire their help. It was a tad cheaper and I was already there and they were morons and careless. The difference was astonishing, one was driven and careful and quick and badass, the others the opposite. I didn't leave a bad review for the breaking things morons I just decided if you can't say anything nice axiom is my position here. Great guys driven and worth every penny! Patrick

I had to call 800 number several times as experienced weather delay. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. Move went off without a hitch!

I started with one 16-foot and one 8-foot container. I ended up needing two 16-foot and one 8-foot container. The POD web site estimating recommendations were too low for my situation. I should have done more homework. But PODs responded quickly with the changes. The drop off pick-up of containers on both ends of my move was on time and done by friendly professionals. POD containers roll up doors can be problematic if the items inside shift of the packers load too much near the door. The containers have tie points for straps, but they are too far inside once the load is done to reach. It requires the packers to plan ahead, but mine did not. The containers could use hinged doors instead of the roll up type to make this situation better. This is why my rating is only 4 stars.

Extremely well run operation! Super communicative!

Had much trouble with invoices, still unresolved, but after many calls and hours on the phone the job got done. They owe me about $300 which I'm confident I'll receive. Who knows after how many more phone calls? Moved from Las Vegas, to Atlanta, to Knoxville.

Good so far. The Pod held a surprising amount of stuff. My stuff is currrently in storage so I cannot speak to their delivery system.

Transportation cost was about $2,500 for only a 10 mile move. I can't recommend using PODs
