Very good. Picked up and delivered on times expected.

We used PODS for a long distance move and were extremely pleased with the entire process. PODS afforded us complete control over the timing of this move at a cost much less than traditional mover. Great value!

Need a little work on the field staff. They sometimes forget who's paying them.

I would use them again and recommend them to others.

They didn't deliver the Pod on the scheduled day. No communication until I called, they had no idea where their driver was or why he didn't show up to deliver the Pod. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I won't use them ever again.

Were a little late delivering a pod, the the pod was positioned wrong on the delivery vehicle.

Excellent so far. My container was delivered to a storage facility until I find permanent housing so I haven’t seen inside the container upon arriving.

Delivered within the specified window. Picked up within specified window. Equipment in good shape. Chose them for price/convenience. So far, I’d use them again but I won’t take delivery for 3 weeks or so not sure about the total experience.

I have not moved yet, just loaded 1st POD Received on time and after I made 1 drop off date change. Only moving partial household, so I can't go by bedrooms or know sq ft. Will need 2 PODS quoted 2 16', but may only need 1 and 1 8' so price should be a little cheaper in that case and may save some miles, delivering 1 to my son's then both to new address when I get one.

I LOVE PODS!!!! They dropped off perfectly, right at the bottom on my steps; arrived in 3-hr window, and the POD was bigger than I expected.

The PODS service was excellent. The company (P.O.G. Moving Service) that loaded the POD ruined every piece of furniture.

Quickest way to get your stuff out of a home if you need to move across country (ie quick closing time). Will take time to schedule delivery, transportation, and pickup. Save time scheduling each step in advance if able. The delivery driver on both ends were awesome and very helpful. Able to maneuver this crazy equipment into tight spots. I was very impressed. Trouble only comes from scheduling each step if you don’t know dates ahead of time and finding knowledgeable people to help LOAD is key. You want to make sure they protect wooden surfaces and stack furniture so things don’t shift and get damaged or break. Plastic wrap and furniture pads and tape are absolutely necessary.

Not finished with the move yet, but everything was transparent and the PODS were delivered on time.

PERFECT SIZE AND CONDITION FOR OUR ITEMS. The arrival at new location was delayed a few days, but overall all went smoothly.

PODS was so uncomplicated and easy. We had the POD on our driveway for a week, loaded it up, and off it went to NewOrleans. It arrived on time. The drivers that arrived at both locations were pleasant and helpful. We made several calls to customer service to ask about ETA, etc and were always treated courteously.

PODS is the best way to go. Timely, secure, friendly. Easiest booking.

Concerned re armoire they laid on its side and filling in with boxes after PODS was filled with furniture...walking on top of a buffet and white sofa with boxes!

I'm waiting for my POD to be delivered, but so far, so good. PODS has EXCELLENT customer service -- real people on the phone -- very nice!

My experience with Helpful Movers was really wonderful. They packed my things from 2 storage units to a 16 ft POD in Seattle. When the POD reached Sante Fe, the POD driver opened the door and said that it was the best packing job he'd ever seen in a POD. And the movers who came to move my things into the house said the same thing. The movers worked hard and were incredibly efficient and cheerful. It was a perfect job.

I never used Pods before, but would do so again. Every step of the way they are very interactive with emails to confirm the booking, and to remind at each stage when it will be picked up by them, when it will be dropped at the destination, and that you need to schedule the final pickup to return the Pod. I also communicated by phone a few times and by text, and they were very accessible and helpful. I moved long distance from FL to NY. My Pod was 16feet, which had room to spare for my two bedroom condo furniture and quite a few boxes. All arrived in one piece, which I would attribute to the excellent packing by Pack Man movers. The Pod was not entirely full, so there was a little shifting, but nothing was damaged. Every person that worked for Pod to pick up and drop off were pleasant and efficient. It was my first experience with them, and I would definitely recommend.

Super efficient, great communication... I also loved being able to pack my own belongings and knowing that if anything was broken, it was on me and no one else.

POD was very helpful for me in a crunch. My only wishes: provide an option to select a drop-off and pick-up time window, also an option for same day delivery, and provide moving blankets, and other supplies to make the move as smooth as possible.

Fantastic! PODS made it so easy to make a long-distance move. The drop-off and pick-up of the POD can be done contactless but I talked to most of my drivers and they were such sweet people. The POD was as clean as I would expect (still buy your own blankets, especially if you have light-colored furniture). They'll give you a time frame of your drop-off or pick-up on your account the day before and always kept it within that time frame. Their services don't seem practical for short-distance moves but if I ever move long-distance again, I would definitely use them again.

I’ve never seen two men work so hard!

Movers Tanner and Axel, called before they came. Accommodated a revised schedule the day of. Showed up right on time. They did a fast assessment of what needed to be moved and went right to work. After two full hours, they filled a 10x 15 Pod without stopping. These guys are expert at making everything fit. There were only a few items they could not squeeze in and that was our fault for underestimating how much we had. We couldn’t be happier with the job. Wish there were more folks with the same work ethic and excellent customer service!

2nd time to use PODs. This time, a newer pod came. They are on time & do a good job. Good to have pod delivered and picked up immediately. The storing fee can be pricey.

A bit pricey for the 2 PODs however it was worth it to make it easier to move from one house to the next without having to use a temporary storage unit.

The driver brought the POD on time. He was very careful not to run over my grass. I mentioned that the POD was very clean, and better than I expected. He told me he had just cleaned it and that he always does.

There wasn't much furniture to move but the large POD was the exact size we needed for our move.

Everyone I worked with from initial delivery of the POD, to pick-up and delivery to my destination were professional and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and allayed any concerns I might have anticipated. Made changes easily and the whole experience was excellent. Love watching the unloading, loading, unloading and unloading process. Will definitely use PODs again for any future moves and recommend them wholeheartedly.

POD arrived on time, successful move. Kept informed of deliveries and pickup times.

These guys called, texted and, sent emails to keep us informed. They were very cooperative with placing and removing the PODS. I asked the gentleman that removed them to do it in a specific order, and that allowed us to place a lot of little last-minute items in the remaining less full POD.

The PODs drivers, both in NY and CA were nice and on time. My belongings arrived with no damage. I would recommend

They failed to include enough pads or the lock that I paid for. My bigger beef is with the company that packed the POD. I assumed that POD affiliates might be superior to other labor contractors...not so much.The crammed everything in, but it was not properly protected and shifted badly during transportation leaving almost all of the furniture damaged. Would definitely not use Moving Staffers next time.

The delivery date of the pods got changed once set up which caused a problem with having to move the timing of the movers which caused quite a bit of stress. Other than that it has been a good experience.

They sent me an e-mail with a span of time when they would arrive and pick up the container. All the drivers were on time and courteous. I would definitely use them again. I appreciate their recommendation of companies that can help load and unload.
