Container smaller than I thought.

Pods were dirty inside and there were nail spikes sticking up from the floor and some of the floor boards were rotting.

PODS worked well for us. The only complaint I have is our second container didn't come on the same day as our larger one did.

They are really responsive to requests for scheduling and re-scheduling. Their model fits our move, which includes a move over the ocean to a yet unknown address, and leaving a second POD here for unpacking at a later date.

PODS has been awesome during my rather complicated move to a rental and to storage - so glad I chose to use this company.

The Pods driver was punctual and did a great job of parking.

We used PODS containers (three 16-ft and two 8-ft), from mid-August through October, to move across the country. It gave us the flexibility we needed to move our household possessions, accumulated over a 4-decade marriage. The PODS drivers were all quite skillful at navigating our challenging driveways in both California and Tennessee, and professional and friendly as well. We are storing 3 containers for up to a year and having the other two delivered to our house in TN.

I still cant believe how smooth everything went with PODs. This was our first time. Scheduling was very predictable and smooth. The PODs drivers, both drop off and pick up, where very timely and communicative. Did exactly what they said they were going to. Fit the PODs exactly where they were supposed to go. Remembered to drop off our locks. Every last detail went off without a hitch. Thank you!

They told me that all my belongings would fit in an 8 ft. container. I had to get a second one and an extra set of movers.

We were misled on how much would likely fit into the POD. We have a 2100 sq ft house, but not heavily furnished. We should have reserved two PODs, but we assured that 1 would be enough. It was not. However, the service has been great, and the delivery of the pod was awesome. The pod was very clean, and it was much easier than a moving truck.

I had thought the driver had my boxes. He did not. I was expecting blankets for the move as well as wardrobe boxes. I didn’t receive either.

The delivery was great. The pod was facing the wrong way and we had to go to a parking lot to turn it around. The delivery person was calm and handled this need to turn the pod around very professionally. The delivery man of the second pod called just as the first one was leaving so she spoke to him and the second pod was positioned on the truck the correct way. Delivery was smooth.

Great way for move your belongings.

Simple moving Labor just made my day, they were on time, prepared for the job, worked hard, very respectful of my property and goods and I will definitely use them again. I love the expertise that Michael had in packing the POD like he has been doing this for years and It really showed in the out come. Josh and his team member did an exceptional job loading the PODS. They were efficient, polite, punctual and finished the job timely. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and would use them again anytime.

I used PODS to just move a few things from one house in NC to my house in GA. PODS makes it easy. Drop the POD spend time filling it and then when ready they picked it up and delivered it. Could not have been easier.

POD is the way to go.

PODS in Massachusetts were great. They upheld their contractual agreement. PODS in Florida has been a nightmare. Customer Service operator named Dee was offensive and combative. They are not picking up the container per contract. Customer service request to speak to supervisors do not result in a response. Supervisors and Managers do not respond. Do not use PODs in Florida is my recommendation based upon customer service calls. Very unprofessional. POD pick up still not resolved satisfactorily

We had issues with delivery and pickup on both ends of our move. They worked on their schedule and were not flexible although we scheduled weeks in advance.

I have used PODs for two moves now, one from California involving storing for 5 months and then from Oregon to Tennesse. The PODS always arrive on time and I have never had any problems. The website is also easy to use.

So far I can only speak to drop off & pick up at my old location. I'm still in transit to the new one. The POD was delivered early on the day it was expected and picked up as advised. Worked out perfectly for me and based on that I would rent one again. I don't know yet about transport and delivery as that has not happened yet.

Great transportation again for our move. Only one issue with the door but we made it work!

After 9 relocations in Florida involving staff loader/un-loaders, perfection in performance happens. Today was that day for us. Thank you, Hire-A-Helper, for the courteous, professional, and caring helpers that assisted us today.

The drivers were excellent - highly skilled and professional. The PODs system and formula is very good. The issue is communications with the logistics side of things. If we had not called ourselves we would not have known that our PODs would be delivered 10 days late. It was a very disappointing experience from a logistical standpoint, with no compensation offered and terrible communications from PODS.

PODS is the way to go. Very friendly and helpful and right on time! PODS clean and in good repair.

They need drivers to pick up and deliver better! But, the people are incrediable!

On time, reliable so far

My rep did not make sure I scheduled all my steps in the beginning. As a consequence I am waiting over two weeks to receive my pods.

PODs is the greatest - however let me say this. If you have a house full of furniture, this is not the way to go, unless you are prepared to utilize several PODs. My container had a bedroom set with mattress, a desk, a work bench, small refrigerator and many boxes. If I had not sold the majority of my furniture - I never would have gotten a living room set, dining room set and washer & dryer in the POD.

To date they have been good.

reasonable cost, helpful on line help, needed to cancel 1 pod because I did not use it, gave refund credit in timely manner. Called evening before and on the morning of for the drop or and pick up of POD. Did not have to be home for the pick-up or drop off. Would defiantly use again.
