PODS was an excellent choice for us.

Delivery and pick-up of POD were on time

The Driver cancelled our order on their own - the central office had no idea that happened until hours later after I was told the order was still good and my pods would be delivered it would just be late. Then I was promised a PODS the next day and it never showed up we ended up having to make alternate arrangements.

They arrived, dropped and picked up in a timely manner and we don’t have anything broken .

PODs had computer glitches, lost my account and PODs and NEVER offered me ANY compensation for losing my PODs while still charging me rent???? Never called to assist me?? I did ALL the calling????

It was generally fine. The first driver just had a small problem getting it out of the lot. Small apt. lot in front.

I had a great experience with PODS. We were informed when the pod was being dropped off, picked up and everything went seamlessly. The PODS people were on time, polite and were careful when moving the pod.

The POD was easy and convenient. The driver was professional and helpful.

The POD driver did a great job helping us find a place to drop the pod.

I mean so far so good. We will see when we actually receive our Pods later in June if anything is severely broken. I really hope they take care with landing the Pods and not slamming them to the concrete.

I love the concept of PODS; it gives you so much flexibility. I have actually used them twice in one year and would use them again if needed.

Scott delivered the PODS Container and he was polite, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He gave me suggestions to ensure the POD was packed correctly and the door would not be blocked on the other end of the trip should items shift. PODS exceeds all my expectations so far.

Would use again. Recommend to others.

I would rate very good ifthat were an option. The only reason it was not an excellent rating is difficulty gaining access to the website to check my orders. Most of the time I got a message that there were too many redirections even though I went directly to the website using my correct login credentials that sometimes worked. Friends had used, and recommended PODS after their long distance move. I used 16’ and 8’ PODS which worked out perfectly for me. The containers were reasonably clean and in good condition. Customer service was excellent. I would recommend them and would use them again.

The drivers were capable and interested in getting it done. We unfortunatley got on delivery, we did not get the sequence that we asked for. The POD with one of the beds did not arrive when we wanted it... painful

PODS were on time, called appropriately to update on on arrival, positioned the pod as we had requested without asking. Friendly and professional.

Amazing customer service!! The way that they load and unload your pod is not only amazing to watch, but incredibly gentle! They really take care of your stuff, and everybody I have worked with so far - including the drivers are friendly and helpful.

After first POD delivery - so far so good.

All these guys were customer friendly and went out of their way to help, especially the local PODs Storage facility personnel.

It was delivered on time, and picked up on time. HOWEVER it was supposed to arrive on the 13th of May ( hired men to unload it) I was told it would Not be delivered until the 19th or maybe the 26th of May. Meanwhile I was put in the position of continually rearranging the people to unload it. That company was very helpful

Pickup is almost 2 weeks after I had requested it.

2nd time using PODS. Both times so far have been outstanding. This trip is not finished yet.

They handled things very professionally. The pick up and delivery were as agreed upon. I would use them again.

Excellent service from start to delivery. All concerns were addressed.

So far so good - maybe some of their phone support staff could be improved? Otherwise, we are at the front end of a cross-country move so final thoughts to follow.

They did a great job. On time and delivered as soon as we needed it.

The pickup went fine, but the delivery was not great. They didn't give us a delivery time until the morning of the requested date. then they were an hour late from their 3 hour window. I was coordinated helpers to unload, so we almost lost that time.

They did not let me know that the 1750.00 was for each pod to move. Other than that they were open about all charges.
