We scheduled a Saturday PM pick-up. I received an email at 9pm the night before stating that our Pod would be picked up between 7:30am-10:30am. When I replied on the chat app, they said they can't guarantee PM pick-up and I explained the movers are scheduled to arrive in the morning and won't have the Pod filled until Noon. They called in the morning to say they were on their way at 8am. We informed them that does not work as the movers have not arrived. The driver stated they don't work past noon on Saturday. Wondering why they allowed me to request a PM pick-up if that is not even an option. I then receive another email saying since we canceled the pick-up they would come on Tuesday (we were scheduled to close on our house on Monday and could NOT leave a POD there). After much conversation with the driver, he agreed to come at 11:30 to pick-up the Pod and deliver it. Thankfully, the driver had a heart and took matters into his own hands. Unfortunately, the company is not conveying all the information to the drivers, huge disconnect. Props to the driver for saving the day since PODS was not willing to accommodate.

If I could give Mr. Jon Isaac Winston and Mr. Anthony Winston 10 stars, I would. They let me know when they were coming, were on-time, worked hard the whole time they were here, quickly unloading a fully packed 16' x 8' x 8' POD. They were kind and professional. I would be happy to recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much for sending them.

The PODS unit was clean and PODS was on schedule with everything. My biggest challenge was with not having enough space in the PODS unit. We had a 1200 sf 2 bedroom apartment and the agent thought that would be enough space. I got rid of some furniture and added some boxes from a storage unit. We were not able to fit all of our belongings into the 16' container. I needed about 20% more space (or more efficient packing with 10% more space). I had to rent a U-Box to ship the rest of my stuff - which cost an additional $1700. Also, because we were moving out of an apartment complex I had to place the PODS unit in a parking space on the street. And an extra parking space in front of the PODS unit is required to navigate the Podzilla around the PODS unit. I was easily able to protect a space for drop-off. But for pickup, someone parked in front of my unit and it almost prevented pickup. Luckily they moved and we could get a car to protect the space.

We cannot fully give a review until we are at the other end of our move..the final destination, mid June. The POD was delivered on time but when we had trouble with the loaders loading on time, we called (the day before it was scheduled to be picked up) to change the time of the pic-up to 3PM on 4/19. We thought all was set for that but they showed up at 11:30AM instead! The driver was not happy that all was not ready. I tried to explain that we had called to have the time changed. I don't know where the break-down in communication was.

PODS was communicative with drop off and pick up and were on time or early. I fit the pod into a pretty tight spot using the PODzilla and it was amazing! I was amazed in how much stuff I was able to get into 7x8 pod. If the 12 foot PODs were made for long distance transport, this would have been even better, but the 7x8 foot POD for a 1 bedroom and average stuff was fine.

PODS was very helpful in advising me how large of a container I needed for our belongings and how long it would take to pack and load. I felt well informed throughout the whole process.

They called me 30 minutes before delivery. They driver was polite and professional. Confirmed with me, where the POD was gonna be dropped off at.

Drivers were great with placing and removing pods. A great service.

For all drop offs and pickups they showed up on time, and placed the POD exactly where I wanted it. My stuff was undamaged.

The guys who dropped off the Pods were very good at solving the problem of where to put them for the easiest loading.

The cost of getting the permit was double what the city of Minneapolis charges. I loved the service but this was excessive.

I gave him a list over the phone of everything I needed moved, he recommended the size I would need, but I ended up needing to rent a 5x8 U-Haul, and my washer and dryer never got loaded.

Even though we gave instructions on where and how to orient pod they did not do it; we prepaid for a lock and they didn’t have one so we had to leave the pod unlocked on the street while we went to get a lock

Amazing how easy and efficient everything with Pods went for our move. Scheduling, pick up, storage, drop off, local mover recommendations on both ends. Just an easy worry free process, exactly what we needed! Dependable and simple to organize.

We have not had our PODS moved from our home yet to get into transit but thus far the experience has been exceptional. The PODS website is easy to make changes to and the customer service support is excellent. We selected PODS because we heard so many good things about the support and it's all true.

Pods held our container for nine months and when returned to us all the items were in great shape.

Everything is still in storage. Final costs have not been determined.

The POD was delivered as requested & in the time element expected. The drivers were very professional & courteous.

This was a horrible experience, the date that I was set for got moved not once, but twice the first being because of a "computer glitch" which sent my container to the wrong location. Then delayed in transportation, now a week later after causing me to be billed for a cancellation fee for the movers there has been no communication regarding any aspect of trying to make this right.

We loaded the entire contents of a large one-bedroom apartment with more furniture and boxes than the average apartment using PODS city service because street space was unavailable.

We rented and filled two POD containers, they transported both across the country and stored them in a facility close to where we were moving until our home was completed. They delivered the containers safely and placed them exactly where we wanted them. The drivers in both states were excellent and really know they job!

It was my first time using PODS container for a long distance move. From beginning to end the experience was excellent. The reps on the phone were very helpful, every time I called, and their quote didn't change after the job was done. When it came the time of delivery and pick up, in both locations, the drivers called ahead (this is an excellent practice when you leave in an apartment complex, so you can be there when driver arrive to let them know where to put the container). There was no waste of time, and both drivers knew what they were doing, super nice, and patient. Moving is a stressful time but they made me feel at ease. I couldn't be happier! I recommend this company.

All was excellent except some more minor damage to our driveway by the driver making delivery. This damage incident has been reported and an incident # received.
