Good product and service, but not very flexible with the dates/times and it is hard to talk directly to the location managing your move. It seems like a phone chain and not real clarity on any special request. As it turned out they did meet my needs but it took quite a bit of calling and following up to be sure my needs were understood and clear.

PODS is a great concept for moving from Point A to Point B. The initial person I spoke with was by far the Very Best Customer Service person I've ever talked to from any company in the last 30+ years!!! He outlined everything very clearly. After the POD arrived I realized I would need a 2nd one to load all of my belongings. That is when things fell apart... While POD #2 came the very next morning, the person I spoke with failed to request that both PODS be picked up on the same day to travel together. So this meant two different pick up and re-deliver dates, and needing to reschedule my helpers at the unload. The communication from the drivers at time of pick up and drop off is very good. I would use them again for any future move - just be sure to give yourself some wiggle room and double check all dates at delivery-load-redeliver-unload.

We selected PODS due to convenience and ease in managing the contract online.

The Pod in SC arrived on time and the packing crew there was wonderful. My Pod was picked up on time and it was delivered in CA without any issues. The crew on the CA end were amazing as well. I wholeheartedly recommend people use Pods when moving short or long distances...It's awesome!

Using a POD for a cross state/cross country move is the way to go. And it's amazing how much fits in a 7' container.

Storing for several months, maximize the storage space in 2 pods.

Would recommend PODS. Only one time did I speak with an employee who was not friendly. Overall great and on time with notifications and delivery.

PODS service was super convenient. There were some issues with tracking dates on via the website, a longer than expected transport time. However, the staff I interacted with on the phone were all perfectly helpful and understood my needs. Would use again, assuming that the pricing right now is only a COVID-related surge rate. Not quite sure it's worth THAT much.

PODS is a highly recommended solution if you have to store your belongings and move to another location. PODS takes the hassle out of driving a moving truck, dealing with a moving company and storage of your belongings and makes it all a very easy process.

Friendly drivers willing to accommodate locations of dropping off container. Customer support was helpful but wish we would've had more time to load the container. 3 days to pack up all of your belongings and get into the POD wasn't long enough and thought 16 days of travel time from Michigan to Florida seemed excessive.

Our move is just staring, the POD will be in Storage. Thus far PODS has been exceptional.

We had 1 16' Pod, but did move some other stuff to a storage facility that we could get to. So I would have recommended a 16' and another 12' if we had to do it all at one time. 1 month of the pod was free with the $2050, and $250/mth after that.

I have used PODS for all of my moves in the past five years. I have never had a problem with them until this time. I had a ton of damage to my belongings. I was very disappointed, even the POD on the outside had serious damage, I don't know what happened but it wasn't good. I still gave them a good rating as in the past they have been excellent and the guy who delivered my pods were friendly, and very quick.

Absolutely excellent customer service through the whole process - ordering and getting questions answered on the phone, drop off and pick up drivers, all incredibly helpful and nice and easy to work with.

PODS did everything they said they would, to the letter. I couldn't be happier.

POD door was damaged and difficult and sometimes impossible to close the latch before locking the POD. We limited the number of times we opened the door because we were afraid we wouldn't be able to get it locked again.

I had a little bit of trouble with pods due to a snowstorm. They had to reschedule my move which is no big deal but when I called back my move had never been rescheduled

Delivered and picked up the POD on time, placed it exactly where we needed it. Their online size estimating tool (for the container size) was spot on.

the container was too small for all of my stuff. I followed the recommendation of the salesperson when I ordered the POD. Now I have to rent a U-Haul to move the rest of my stuff.

Amazing and very helpful with all the information that I needed

The pick up driver seemed a bit inexperienced, (hit a tree), (almost drove into ditch). The other drivers were very good in all aspects of the job.

Using PODS was the best decision I made for my move from California to South Carolina. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant, helpful and fun, and they did everything they could to accommodate everything I needed. Nothing was broken. The PODS were delivered on time. It was a big move, made easier with the assistance of PODS and their representatives. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you so very much!!

This is the second time we have used PODS and we have been very pleased with their service. The first time we had no need to put the POD into storage but this time we did. There was some confusion on my part with regard to when they were to move it from storage in Florida to New Jersey and I had assumed that it had been moved but that wasn't the case and because of that when I called to have it delivered to our new home I wasn't able to get it delivered when I had wanted it. Although I totally accept responsibility for the mistake, I feel that it would be helpful if they explain the process a little more clearly. My biggest concern was that because of the delay the POD was scheduled to be picked up on the 23rd, which was the day I was to be charged for another month's rental. I am happy to say that they did cancel the charge. The other issue we had was that the keys to the lock we purchased from them didn't open it! They had to send someone out to cut the lock.

Drivers were professional and well skilled. We had two PODS delivered and it was a tough placement because our driveway was uphill.
