The pod arrived between the The suggested time. Unfortunately no one informed me that I had to schedule the day for the pick up so my pod had to stay on the street for almost a week before it was picked up. Customer service need to give out more information especially if you already stated that you want the pod stored at pod’s storage site! Thanks

PODS is an perfect way to move, storage and move again when ready. My belongings were well taken care of, I could access the container with one day notice and it was delivered early of my move day.

The drivers on both ends were excellent! The driveway at the north delivery was very tricky! Always received call from the driver and given arrival time. Professional and courteous at all times. Safe delivery

Unhappy that a large armoire was not placed on its back by packers for the move. It was stood on its legs and one of the legs snapped off.

The POD drivers we had were great. The first POD driver we had was flexible and accommodating with regards to our condo rules. All the drivers communicated with us. Using POD was a great experience.

PODS was a godsend this time around. The initial delivery was right within the 3-hour window, the driver was great, and the POD was clean and ready to go. Likewise the pickup at the front end. I changed my delivery location by a few miles, which added to the price because of the change in warehouse delivery, but that was clearly explained by customer service. The agent who helped me arrange my final delivery and same-day pickup was great to work with and made sure that all my questions and all the questions of the warehouse manager were answered. The team that delivered and picked up today were just delightful to work with. They made sure the door would open (no small feat thanks to one corner of one piece that shifted an inch in transit!) and were back to pick up well within my allotted window at the apartment complex.

The container and truck were fine. The customer service was awful. I was sold the idea that the truck/container would be there at a certain time (2:30PM), but when I called day of around that time they said the truck actually had a 3 hr window. HOW CAN SOMEONE SCHEDULE MOVERS WITH A WINDOW LIKE THAT!!! Thankfully it arrived only an hr late, and the movers were very proactive and got a lot done without a truck, but that did mean alot of our stuff was in the street/sidewalk under no cover with an impending rainstorm NOT GREAT.

POD was loaded poorly with fragile boxes on top of fragile boxes

The container is very old , but I guess that's ok if it doesn't leak .

A lot of miscommunication with pods pick up and trying to get customer service was near impossible. Anytime I spoke with someone they promised a call back and never did. This happened multiple times.

Perfect in every way. On time, fast service, no surprises.

Everything worked like clockwork. The delivery driver was pleasant but a bit rough on some of our plants alongside the driveway.

Sometimes scheduling was a bit difficult but all in all a good experience.

The pods were stored as we expected but I wish the facility had been air conditioned as the rubber rug pads were ruined (in Arizona)

POD was delivered on time. I even messed up my moving date and called in a panic and they got me a POD delivered when I needed it. Only thing missing was the lock I bought. I called and they said they would refund me. Still waiting but I'm sure that they will.

Very good experience with PODS. They delivery a 12 ft in the morning and picked up in the afternoon. I was in communications with the driver on the phone. No problems.

Great communication and ease of ordering. Emails and texts keeping me informed of payments and arrival. POD delivery arrived on time. However, using the online calculator for determining the size of POD, the one it said for us to order was too small. Because of this, I dropped the rating by one star.

Pod was delivered on time and driver worked with us to place it on our driveway where we wanted it. We used the POD to remove some items from our home and garage in order to prepare it for sale.

Not clear on all the charges. Delivery person was rude and drove off with my container because he “did not have time to put it in the correct location” . It’s easy to get a POD but if there is a hiccup along the way they are not set up to fix the problem in a timely manner. Would not recommend for across the country moves.

Everyone at PODS is super friendly and professional. Very helpful in answering questions and scheduling.

The driver had great communcation the morning of service. He made it simple to have a contactless experience. He even reminded me to not forget the keys for the lock and to take a picture of the container number. Great experience overall.
