Some good, some not so much. PODS need a flat driveway left to right; ours was slightly sloped to the side, so they had to park the POD in the street and that requires permits. Be cautious. Also, an 8' x 8' container is really 7' 10" or 11". Oops. The containers also vary in what sort of flooring they have, whether there are tie-down rings in the container or not, etc. They're much more flexible about when they can take away a POD than when they can being one; plan well ahead! But overall, being able to pack things into (and then unpack out of) two large containers over several days was worthwhile. And the PODzilla machine is fun to watch.

I was really happy with the POD experience. They dropped off, picked up, stored, and then delivered the POD correctly at the requested timeframes.

It is really too early to rate pods since our pod is not scheduled to be delivered to our new home for another week.

Put almost everything into a Pod so the house looked good for selling while we are still here, will unload it at our new home next month. This works tremendously well!

My furniture and belongings were picked up as promised and delivered to my destination in tact with no damage and timely, as promised.

My pod was supposed to be delivered on 12/17; however, due to weather they sent me an email that they would reschedule. Fortunately, I actually checked my email otherwise, I would not have known. I believe, that they should call the client and let them know that their order has been rescheduled. They should either make a phone call or at the very least sent a text and ask when a convenient date would be to reschedule.

Arrived on time, were respectful, and very easy to work with. I'd use them again.

2nd time using POD. used to move to OH from CA and now from CA to OH, the only way to go is you ask me.

Everything went really smoothly with PODS. The pod looked exactly the same inside when it arrived as when it was packed and our items were all in good shape. All of the appointment times were kept as expected, the container was in good shape, and the drivers were friendly. Also watching the pod loading machine is fun. The other container companies I talked to were either booked, more expensive, or slower.

Great communication and got my stuff where it needed to be on time and intact.

On time and ready to work upon arrival, these two gentleman worked flat out emptying a 16' POD in less than 60 minutes. This included carrying an adjustable king size bed down to the basement apartment and setting it up (as well as the triple bureau & mirror). Carrying a 300 pound elliptical exercise machine upstairs and through two tight corners into the room. They never took a break, and documented their move with pictures of heavy/awkward items. They listened carefully as to placement of each box and piece of furniture. Truly amazed at the amount of work they achieved in such a short time. Three words: careful, thorough, energetic. Would hire "BEST MOVERS" again - well worth the price, you definitely get what you pay for with these guys!

Pods prices, web site and customer service were great. My 2nd time renting a pod for a move and I would definitely use them again.

My order got mixed up so the one of the 2 PODS did not get picked up, I had to call and schedule again and leave it at the home I had sold with the new owners in it. I think there was just a bit of confusion, overall my experience with them has been Good.

Exceeded my expectations. Great service on the phone, excellent detailed confirmations, followup. Both pickup and delivery were exactly on time. A couple weeks in, I had to adjust my dates by a day and they accommodated without a hitch.

The POD was delivered and moved exactly as scheduled. The driver was careful and placed the unit where requested. Everything went as planned. I would use them again.

POD was dirty and lock did NOT line up, took about 5 min. of excessive struggles to get the lock to engage. VERY unhappy with customers service that has failed to call me back for 10 days even after I had an incident number of damage to our driveway and yard.

Very clean container. When delivered the gentleman was very helpful telling me where and why he was positioning on the driveway. Staff gave updates on drop off and pick up times, with adequate notice. I would use PODS again.

They did not estimate how much space we needed and we ended up needing a storage building for the remainder of our stuff. Thankfully this was a local move or that would have been a real mess!

Poor communication. They moved my delivery date and than I wasn’t able to move into my new house on time and couldn’t find labor in such a short notice

Don't go by their website and the size estimate because according to that all my stuff should have fit into a 16ft container. It was off by quite a bit considering we then filled another 15ft uhaul.

PODS worked out well for my move. They delivered on time, picked up on time. The customer service was very good. I would use them again.

POD delivery was delayed 5-days. I had to sleep on the floor.

It went fine. We underestimated how high the trees needed to be trimmed back and the drop off person destroyed several limbs. The pickup guy needed authorization because he was running the frame on the grass near the sprinkler heads but the drop off guy didn't say a word. The pick up guy dug up the grass on the edge pretty good. PODS sales underestimated by an entire POD how much we needed to store all our goods so we ended up renting a trailer and storage building. Just glad it's almost over.
