The PODS people where so professional. They delivered 2 PODS to my location and the way they set them on the street was nothing but amazing. They are truly professionals at what they do. From the moment I contacted them to the delivery and pick up. I would highly recommend them.

We were told a 3 bedroom house would fit into 2 pods. Despite, telling them that we "have a lot of Stuff" they insisted that it would fit, and it did not.

POD arrived on-time in a clean condition. Driver placed exactly where we wanted.

Scheduling was a mess and it was difficult to get the pods picked up and delivered on the days I wanted them, even when calling a week in advance.

Because of a security gate problem my second pick-up and 3rd & 4th delivery had too be shifted by 7-9 days. I will run out of medications due to the delay,

They dropped off the container promptly & put it exactly where we wanted it.

They were unable to schedule a pick up of my empty pod for 2 full weeks.

Wonderful, and such an easy moving experience. The Pod arrived early and the driver was excellent. The whole experience exceeded my expectation and was under budget.

The Crew showed up on time ready to work! They got organized and moved safely and swiftly to unload two containers. They were polite and ask frequently where items were to be placed. They were careful not to damage any furniture. We'd hire them again!!

Delivered on time picked up on time

The container arrived in good shape, and the drivers were professional. Only complaint is that we had no influence over the drop off times. We didn’t receive it until 7PM which limited our options on where to place it.

To date, the POD had been delivered and is sitting on my driveway. We have not yet transported it.

Tracking of container was non-existant. Very disconcerting!

very efficient, nothing harmed

after the initial foul up with what time the post would arrive it went smoothly. The first person we talked to on the phone about the confusion could really not cared about the situation and put us on hold for 23 minutes, never came back. the second person who answered the phone did a wonderful job getting it straight.

POD did not hold everything. But held what was important.

Great service. PODS container was ready for use as scheduled. I have used PODS twice to move to and from NYC and would definitely recommend to others.

Use PODS to move from Orlando to Chicago - that segment went fairly smooth, except they initially didn't honor the discount I was promised for storage in Chicago area (finally did, but only after several calls to customer service/complaint resolution). When I wanted the PODS moved to Michigan, they quoted a price that was HIGHER than the much longer move from Florida. Ended up using a rental truck for a fraction of what PODS wanted to charge us. Also, it was apparent that the PODS experienced a very rough ride enroute (or at the warehouse). You have to pack REALLY carefully if you want to avoid damage.

They took a lot of the pain out of this move.

This was our first time using PODS and it was excellent. No driving our stuff. Our house sold so fast we did not know where we were going to buy. PODS allowed us to store our belongings while we settled on our new house location. Loved it!

As wonderful as Roosevelt and Stephen were, PODS was the same level of terrible.

The only problem I had was I could not get the pods pick up timed towards later in the afternoon. They call and tell you there is a 3 hour window and that was between 7:00 a.m and 10:00 am and I would of preferred later in the day. They do not give you that option whatsoever

Amazing loading and unloading system - we were mesmerised bythe whole process. one quickly, done competently and on time.

PODs was easy to work with. Did what they promised.

This is the second time I've used PODS. PODS allows for much more freedom and convenience during the move.

Delivered POD in the opposite orientation from the order and driver refused to correct it, so I had to call corporate to get them to correct it. Second driver said he was unfamiliar with the address and if he couldn't find the address, he would just take it to the warehouse. When I tried to schedule the final pickup, I could not schedule it for a later pick up window (like after 3:00 p.m.)
