Not a single item was damaged, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it. They were free to arrive earlier than scheduled, but I wasn’t ready! Any other time that would have been helpful. They asked plenty of questions, were fast and thorough. They did so much in 2 hrs that I had them load up boxes i thought I would be struggling to do on my own. One of them dropped a hand sized box that I didn’t hear or know about until he came to me apologizing and explained he dropped it. Luckily it was travel trinkets and what broke had a spare. No harm done. They deserved the tip.

Sam's Movers did a great job unloading our furniture from the moving truck! They arrived on time and wasted no time getting started. They were friendly and courteous and made sure everthing was placed where it should be. They also put together two bed frames and ensured that all was well. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if needed.

I used Liberty Moving to load a few items from a storage unit into a Pods container for a long distance move. This was made more complicated by the fact that I live across the country from where the furniture was being loaded. After I made the reservation and once Liberty Moving got in touch, they were very responsive, and showed up at the right day and time to load the furniture. There was a mixup about the total number of movers requested, but they and Hire a Helper quickly rectified that and adjusted what I had paid. The furniture got loaded on schedule so that Pods could pick up the container, and I was very pleased with my experience with them. I would definitely recommend them for loading or moving services.
