These two young men were on time, had the equipment they needed and were very efficient in loading a Uhaul vehicle. In addition they assisted in moving some items to a neighbor's garage that were not going with us. Considering the size and weight of some of the furniture, the service very helpful. Pros: They were on time. They were very nice people and were respectful of the furniture.
Cons: The whole company consists of a young married couple; the wife is very small, perhaps 5’ tall; too small to lift heavy objects. She mostly took individual small light items. They worked very slowly. My son and I quickly realized if it was just them it would take days to get the two pods unloaded into the garage and probably into the thousands of dollars, so we worked alongside them, hoping to inspire them to work faster. They didn’t, so we stopped after a couple extra hours. I had expected some muscular men. I really hate to say this, but as nice as they were, I still wouldn’t have hired them if I had known how little they could get done in an hour.
I would use them again. They were well prepared, knew the POD and got a lot more in than I thought they would. They treated my property like the own. They arrived when they said they would and busted their buts to complete the job.
I can't find good enough words to say about the helpers. They were very professional. It is so hard to find good help...these two guys were GREAT help.
