Changed my reservation location pick up 3 times in 2 weeks. I showed up in the morning to pick up the truck and no truck. They rented it out to someone else even though I had a reservation!!! I had movers on the way and was very ticked off.

Truck was ready, clean and worked for the move- no issues

We had some challenges with our uhaul truck which caused some delays in our move, but they took care of it and made it right by extending our contract and providing a hotel stay. The lights on the auto-transport weren't working and they sent a mobile repair tech to us in a small city. He had to re-wire the electrical lines that operate the trailer lights. Was about a six hour delay. The roadside customer care folks were super pleasant to talk to.

Fine service both pick up and drop off. Truck was in good shape.

Outstanding service, and amazing professionalism and competence. Jeannie, the manager at Fredericksburg VA U-Haul on Plank Road was amazing, and so helpful to us. She runs a tight ship there, and I will use them again, as I have for years.

Note that there is a daily charge for everything rented such as blankets. Truck had to be jumped upon second trip to home and the 2 more times the next day.

The guys at U-Hauls are always good and helpful. Had a slight issue with the transmission at certain speeds, but overall good. It's the $1.49 per mile that gets you.

Uhaul has messed up our order twice in a row now. Very difficult online system and way too many costly inaccuracies that require time and energy on our part to correct Uhaul mistakes/poor performance

The truck was nearly new, but I had to travel farther than anticipated to pick it up, with minimal notice. That added a lot of stress to get back to my home before the movers arrived, and the location owner/manager (although very nice and professional) took a painstakingly long time to get the online billing completed (even though I had prepaid) and then couldn't print or email my receipt. I had to take a picture of it with my cell phone. I got the move done, but it took a lot of extra effort to get the truck, as always seems to be the case with U-Haul.

Checking the truck in was a bit of a hassle. Getting the truck went very smoothly.

This is the second time we have used U-Haul at 1200 New Circle Road, Lexington, KY. They are courteous and professional. Equipment is in great shape and they make sure you understand all the rules. No surprises.

I rented a 10 foot truck and it was just what I needed.

They made my move more difficult. I received a message the night before assuring me that my truck was at the location and I could pick it up at 10:00. I arrived at 09:45 and waited until 10:30 before calling Uhaul. The person I spoke to apologized and assured me that someone was on the way to assist me. At noon I called back as no one ever showed up. By 13:30 I was rerouted 30 minutes (in the mountains) away to finally pick up my truck and trailer. Thanks to the good folks at Uhaul I lost an entire day as I was lucky enough to hit rush hour traffic on my way home (Washington DC).

Uhau last folks were very helpful. I was surprised by the ease of scheduling, picking up of equipment, and returning of everything at the end. Uhaul definitely has its organizational act and its customer relations down. I highly recommend the company.

I made the arrangements for Uhaul. Truck was not gassed up and parts in the cab were broken. Mirriors were held in place with packing tape.

We packed ourselves... private trailer plus 15ft U-Haul. Truck was clean and easy to drive. U-Haul truck seemed pricy.

ordered materials online - blankets and dolly Showed up and they did not have dolly and did not have over 1/2 the quantity of blankets I reserved that cost me $$$ to buy from moving company... beware reservations does not mean they will have the items when you arrive and they offered no recourse....

All personnel were great except for the Tucson reception/manager at UHaul

The transportation worked well. We moved from Virginia to Pennsylvania and we were able to drive 250 miles without a problem. The customer service while booking, picking up, and dropping off was good. The condition of the truck was okay. We chose this company because it costs less than other moving companies and we would use them again.

Awful, only interested in getting the most money from you, not satisfying your individual moving needs just padding their register. Wouldn't even tell me mileage for round trip for destination which factors rental cost with Tolls and Gas

Uhaul is always great!

Truck was great. Cab was dirty and smelled of sweat.

I had an ok experience with uhaul. misinformation was given between 2 different uhaul establishments, regarding the procedure in adding an additional driver. a piece of equipment i reserved was not given to me.... the truck needed minor cleaning. i moved a 2 bedroom apt and i could have used a larger truck...i thought i was getting a truck large enough but unfortunately i didn't. overall the truck was in good condition...customer service during booking and pick up was satisfactory. i chose uhaul because they have a good reputation overall and i would use them again.

Truck was clean and available where needed. Gas tank was full. Moving blankets were clean.

Truck broke down half way to target. Needed a new alternator and battery. required an overnight stay. UHAUL emergency services did a good job, but this should never have happened. It required us to cancel our helpers at the destination and hire someone else. Thankfully, we tried HireAHelper again and the two guys were just as great as Eric and Damian.

Uhaul’s people are top-notch all around. Their fleet tracking systems could use some work, however.

They were OK. The cargo van I rented was very clean and in good shape.

We needed only boxes not furniture so ordered truck big enough to be comfortable moving to TX from LA and to tow a car. Service great on both ends. We got truck with est mi flat fee. Comfortable truck would use again.

Beware, if you rent a truck with 1/4 tank of gas, and return it with less than a 1/4 tank because a 26-foot truck is not easy to maneuver and it was easier to let U-Haul put in the gas, you will not only have to pay more per gallon, but get charged a $30 surcharge for bringing a truck back with less than a 1/4 tank of gas.

Made life super simple for me.

We rented the truck through Ace Hardware in Ellenton and they are super. The truck was pretty beatup and had over 100k miles but all was fine. Returning here in LakeWorth was fine - very busy place. they wouldn't give us the paid for price of the boxes we over-purchased which was annoying. Other than that, we'd do UHaul again for our next move.
