Uhaul has been a reliable place to rent a truck that doesn't overcharge for insurance or moving equipment.

Due to high demand they were overworked and did not have enough people to serve the need. The line at U-Hall was 15 to 20 people each time I visited. It took 20 minutes to buy supplies as only 2 people rented the trucks and operated the pay computers. The computers did not work at times.

Ordered a 15’ truck a couple of weeks in advance. Day of pick up, I’m told I’m getting a 10’ truck even though there are two 15’ trucks in clear view. Person in the U-haul office tells me those are reserved and they can’t do anything and call U-haul. The first, only nice person I spoke to told me to call another number. The second person was dismissive and giving me an attitude, as if I were a jerk to expect the right size truck. She tells me the trucks are broken, contradicting what I was told earlier. My movers, Q’s Moving Corp., saved the day by arriving in their own van, which ended up carrying some of my things. An all-around general mess and very frustrating experience with U-haul.

Service was great, truck was a little out of date but overall it was a good rental.

Very reasonable. Truck, 20 ft, was under $50 per day.

Uhaul is a fairly reliable product, you know what to expect with the trucks. Sadly, they don't always pay attention to your order details - I ordered 6 dozen moving pads - and they had 5 pads when I arrived. But Uhaul is a decent and predicable product.

U-Haul in Longview were great to work with even though I had to change the pickup due to the truck I needed wasn't available in Woodland.

I used Uhaul because they were the most convenient. Pricing could have been better because we moved less than a mile and still had to put gas in the truck.

good truck good rate, considering that I did not move far, The mileage rate did not matter to me. The businesses that I rented from were very helpful and understanding when I had to extend the rental time.

It was difficult to find availability of the trucks that I needed. But I got them and it was the best for my needs. I was not traveling far between the load and unload locations, so I did not have to pay much for the mileage charge. The daily rate was very reasonable. that helped because I had to keep the loaded trucks sitting for 3 days until they could be unpacked.

Liz, the UHaul rep was very good. She provided the equipment I asked for. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle. She displayed an excellent attitude, provided me with the paperwork, and I drove away a satisified customer. I wish all UHaul representatives could/would be a knowledgeable and helpful as Liz was.

Easy to schedule got what we wanted.

Practically a new 26' truck ~ very clean I prefer U-Haul's comfortable seats and smoother ride. Cost less than the other leading company. Talk about a smooth ride ~ a Coleman lighter rode all the way from Dallas, almost to Eastland on the bumper of the truck ~ 125 miles. One for the record!

Uhaul was over priced in my opinion. Two days, 40 miles....$190.00????

Very nice and courteous. Had to change moving dates and they gave us a great deal on another rental truck.

Changed my reservation location pick up 3 times in 2 weeks. I showed up in the morning to pick up the truck and no truck. They rented it out to someone else even though I had a reservation!!! I had movers on the way and was very ticked off.

Truck was ready, clean and worked for the move- no issues

We had some challenges with our uhaul truck which caused some delays in our move, but they took care of it and made it right by extending our contract and providing a hotel stay. The lights on the auto-transport weren't working and they sent a mobile repair tech to us in a small city. He had to re-wire the electrical lines that operate the trailer lights. Was about a six hour delay. The roadside customer care folks were super pleasant to talk to.

Outstanding service, and amazing professionalism and competence. Jeannie, the manager at Fredericksburg VA U-Haul on Plank Road was amazing, and so helpful to us. She runs a tight ship there, and I will use them again, as I have for years.

Note that there is a daily charge for everything rented such as blankets. Truck had to be jumped upon second trip to home and the 2 more times the next day.

The guys at U-Hauls are always good and helpful. Had a slight issue with the transmission at certain speeds, but overall good. It's the $1.49 per mile that gets you.

Uhaul has messed up our order twice in a row now. Very difficult online system and way too many costly inaccuracies that require time and energy on our part to correct Uhaul mistakes/poor performance

The truck was nearly new, but I had to travel farther than anticipated to pick it up, with minimal notice. That added a lot of stress to get back to my home before the movers arrived, and the location owner/manager (although very nice and professional) took a painstakingly long time to get the online billing completed (even though I had prepaid) and then couldn't print or email my receipt. I had to take a picture of it with my cell phone. I got the move done, but it took a lot of extra effort to get the truck, as always seems to be the case with U-Haul.

Checking the truck in was a bit of a hassle. Getting the truck went very smoothly.

This is the second time we have used U-Haul at 1200 New Circle Road, Lexington, KY. They are courteous and professional. Equipment is in great shape and they make sure you understand all the rules. No surprises.

I rented a 10 foot truck and it was just what I needed.

They made my move more difficult. I received a message the night before assuring me that my truck was at the location and I could pick it up at 10:00. I arrived at 09:45 and waited until 10:30 before calling Uhaul. The person I spoke to apologized and assured me that someone was on the way to assist me. At noon I called back as no one ever showed up. By 13:30 I was rerouted 30 minutes (in the mountains) away to finally pick up my truck and trailer. Thanks to the good folks at Uhaul I lost an entire day as I was lucky enough to hit rush hour traffic on my way home (Washington DC).

Uhau last folks were very helpful. I was surprised by the ease of scheduling, picking up of equipment, and returning of everything at the end. Uhaul definitely has its organizational act and its customer relations down. I highly recommend the company.

I made the arrangements for Uhaul. Truck was not gassed up and parts in the cab were broken. Mirriors were held in place with packing tape.

We packed ourselves... private trailer plus 15ft U-Haul. Truck was clean and easy to drive. U-Haul truck seemed pricy.

ordered materials online - blankets and dolly Showed up and they did not have dolly and did not have over 1/2 the quantity of blankets I reserved that cost me $$$ to buy from moving company... beware reservations does not mean they will have the items when you arrive and they offered no recourse....

All personnel were great except for the Tucson reception/manager at UHaul

The transportation worked well. We moved from Virginia to Pennsylvania and we were able to drive 250 miles without a problem. The customer service while booking, picking up, and dropping off was good. The condition of the truck was okay. We chose this company because it costs less than other moving companies and we would use them again.

Awful, only interested in getting the most money from you, not satisfying your individual moving needs just padding their register. Wouldn't even tell me mileage for round trip for destination which factors rental cost with Tolls and Gas
