Made life super simple for me.

We rented the truck through Ace Hardware in Ellenton and they are super. The truck was pretty beatup and had over 100k miles but all was fine. Returning here in LakeWorth was fine - very busy place. they wouldn't give us the paid for price of the boxes we over-purchased which was annoying. Other than that, we'd do UHaul again for our next move.

truck needed an alignment. I had a white knuckle ride from LA. to PA.

I never hire help before, this worked out very well. great communications, great help, so if and when,,, I will do it again !! Good people, on time & got the job done in a timely manor.

I rented a 26 ft. truck with a trailer on the back to transport my pickup. The truck was very clean. Both the Customer Service person who booked the truck for me and the person at David's Automotive where I picked it up were very helpful. Drop off went smooth also. I would use U-Haul again if needed.

Booking, pickup, and drop off were easy, and we had to add a last-minute additional day to our rental agreement. I would give them 5 stars except the truck leaked transmission fluid all over our driveway and now we have a mess to cleanup.

The truck itself was fine but the items I reserved online weren't available at pickup. The staff with whom I interacted were helpful and friendly.

The truck got really good gas mileage which I was surprised at. It road smooth my dog slept in the seat the entire time and that is unusual

The service was ok

Truck worked well for us (although in retrospect it was not big enough). Only problem was that our origninal reservation was changed so that we had to drive 30-40 miles to pick it up instead of 2-3 miles which we had scheduled with our reservation. Otherwise pick up and delivery of truck went well and aside from guzzling gasoline, the truck worked well for us.

The rental place was difficult to book and messed up our reservations.....then didn't have blankets for us to use, which meant we had to run around to other UHauls to find blankets.

Very helpful staff. This move was complicated by the fact we had to scramble for a second truck at the last minute. U-Haul worked with us to find a truck; the staff in Ft Lauderale was great. Best U-Haul move so far (and I've moved 14+ times)

This was a tough move logistically. We rented a truck that was too small (our fault) and had to scramble for a second truck. U-Haul was very helpful in everything from arranging trucks to showing us how to hook up and use the car transport. Best move I've had with them (and I've done this a bunch of times before)

What can I say, it's a truck. It was fine. Good AC, fairly smooth ride, easy to drive, and came with a stereo hook up, which was unexpected but nice to have for music.

We got one of the brand new 26’ trucks. They are as nice as it gets for moving cross country on your own. It handles much better than I would have expected and it was easier to drive than I thought.

Yes the transportation worked well. The condition of the truck was good. We used the company before and yes I would use them again.

This company told me 14 hours before my move that they had overbooked and wouldn’t have a truck for me. What’s worse is that I had to call THEM to figure this out, 6pm the night before my move. If I hadn’t called to confirm my details, I would have been showing up for my truck rental with no truck to be found and totally unprepared. After finding a family member to lend their pickup truck, we managed to get everything from Quincy to Brighton in one trip with four vehicles (the pickup truck and three moderately sized cars) and with no help from uhaul. I’ve used this service multiple times in the past with no issue, but I will never use them again. I still cannot believe nothing was done to help the situation, and that apparently no one was even going to let me know I wouldn’t have a truck. I would give no stars if I could.

Truck was a little worse for wear but it got the job done.

As per the typical for in town moving, truck was getting up there in miles and didnt run so hot. But it got the job done and thats what really matters.

I thought I'd need a larger truck. The 12' (packed very well) suited my needs for the larger items. Folks at the rental place were very nice and very helpful.

I rented a 26' truck and auto-hauler. Once the equipment was gathered, it was in two locations all was great. It was quite clean. My brother drove and had never driven such a large rig, it was easy to drive and very comfortable.

We were able to rent a van for one-way moving!!!

Called ahead, on time, extremely diligent workers. Prepared and considerate during the loading a 26 foot truck (fully!!) and unloading at the new home. Put boxes and furniture wherever asked. Constant effort - could not be happier. Thank you - absolutely would recommend......

We moved a lot of stuff. We needed 2 - 26 foot trucks. Uhaul made the mistake of thinking that the second truck was not needed and a double order. However they made good on getting us a second truck, and gave us a refund for part of the rental fee.

Easy and reasonable. Budget seemed like it would be cheaper at first, but they get you with a lot of really high fees for dollies, etc. U-Haul was less expensive all said and done and we've used them multiple times, so I felt much more comfortable going with them!

U-Haul was very accommodating when we needed to up the truck size, and then again when we needed to get additional moving supplies.
