Rented 6x12 cargo hauled 800 miles no problems.

U-Haul service is just horrible with few competent people at the locations causing delays and mis-information.

No trouble at all with the 15 ft. truck we rented from U-Haul. It was so comfortable to ride it, it made it a 2 day vacation drive for us! It was wonderful! Would definitely use U-Haul again!!!

The attendant at the UHaul location was very disrespectful and the check took over an hour due the attendant’s attitude. The delay was intentional by the attendant.

They always come through. This is my 4th time using them.

I usually use Uhaul just because they were close to my old neighborhood. Their in store service is sometimes lacking but they make up for it with helpful staff at their call centers. When the system tried to have me return my truck over an hour away the call center staff made sure I made it to the proper department who manually changed the route so that I could take it somewhere much closer.

My local Uhaul hub was great - the team there was fast, friendly, and informative. The truck itself has seen better days...but that's how it goes.

Truck was clean and ready as promised, but I was not happy about the gas tank being empty when I picked it up. The truck was older and it bounced around a bit, but everything worked fine and we traveled safely and without incident.

Mysteriously I was charged for three days of a rental when I only had it for one. So now I am STILL trying to get that corrected because of course it has already hit my credit card.

We felt the mileage seemed a bit off. Should have checked the miles/gas before leaving the lot as UHaul charges for every mile. Would use again for short distance moves but maybe not if need to do multiple trips to storage unit. Mileage ended up costing thrice the basic rental rate. Adds to the stress of moving.

Everything was good. Express check-in was a waste of time.

The equipment (truck and car transporter) were great and worked fine. But the staff at the Worcester office seem overworked and unable to remember the idea or value of being friendly. U Haul policy sends you to whatever location they need to to find your truck. This always poses an inconvenience on moving day. I wish they could have internal drivers move the reserved truck to the location for the customer.

Customer service was good. The truck was packed from front to the very edge of the back. We used them because they were local, were able to go one-way and their charges weren't too bad

Great service from Rent Moore in Marietta, Ohio. Truck was ready to go. I appreciate the phone, online and text communication which was informing and thorough. 24 hour key drop off is a great convenience.

The truck was fine but the online after hours return process is a hassle. After a long day, I don't want to stand around in the dark taking 12 pictures of the truck.

U-Haul truck was fine - no real issues with the truck, but I reserved this truck a month in advance and discovered the day of my rental that they moved the pick-up location 40 minutes away *without telling me about it*. I just happened to load my reservation in their app and it showed a different pick-up location. I assumed the app was wrong because the U-Haul website showed my pickup location still at my original requested location, and it was only after a call to their tech support that I discovered that I did, in fact, have to go another 40 minutes away to get my truck...

At first I went with Penske,bad choice. They did not show up with the truck, or dolly or blankets, as promised. They are also more expense than Uhaul. Got Uhaul with no problems, a 20 foot truck,$29.95 for 24 hrs.plus miles($69.95 for a 16 foot for Penske) Uhaul was clean and in good condition.Easy in and out.

Had us in and out quickly and were very nice. We found the one head light was out and they thanked us, noted it right away to be taken care of. Would definitely use them again.

Truck was of adequate size

Was basically a brand new truck. 26-footer (their largest) and it drove great for my 175 mile trip. Unfortunately we weren't able to get everything to fit in the truck, but we filled my pickup truck with the rest.
