Pick up and delivery as scheduled. Communication was great and frequent. Container unti met my needs and was safe and secure. I would move again with Pack-Rat without hesitation.

Delivery of the empty unit at the originating location was rescheduled once due to staffing issues. Delivery of the full container at the final destination was rescheduled 3 different times for unknown reasons.

As stated above when the 16' POD arrived is looked smaller than we expected. My huband measured it and it was 20% smaller than expected as compared to the website's dimensions. As we read more closely, the description did say "outside dimensions." When we spoke to customer service my husband explained that the website is there for the customer. Customers need to know the inside dimensions and many would do what we did; assume the measurements shown are for the interior. We suggest strongly that the website be accurate to what the customer needs to know.

There was a slight glitch with scheduling ,but they came through as promised and on time . They referred the movers to do some loading and the men were great . So far ,very satisfied with the first part of the move .

The container was a mess. I taped the joints where the siding joined the frame to keep tiny livestock out. I was only partly successful. I sealed the door with duct tape also,because the seals were not working and I had water intrusion before I had the container loaded. Not a great experience with Pack-Rat

I highly recommend 1-800-Packrat.com. I was able to fit my entire 2 bedroom Townhome into the 16ft Container ( I hired movers from Hire-A-Helper to Pack everything in). Then Packrat.com moved my Container to AZ and stored it in a climate controlled warehouse for 6months until I could move and find a new home.... only issue is they were hard to get in touch with to get status during the transport . everything else went as planned and very smoothlly.

They should change the 2 minute hold to 20 minute hold.
