I cannot recommend them enough. Everyone I dealt with from the drivers who delivered, picked up, and redelivered my container were exceptional. Also the people I talked to on the phone. Wonderful company to deal with!

All three pods arrived on time. Easily dropped them off in proper spots. Easily picked them up a few days later on time again.

Great customer service!

Drop-off was right on time. Pick-up was a bit late (sent a text indicating pick-up, but I had to call when pick-up didn't occur as expected, and driver indicated it'd be another hour).

Everything went smoothly with using 1-800-Pack-rat. Container was delivered and picked up on time from all locations and the customer service line was easy to use to make changes and updates. The large container fit most of our items from our 2bed house and everything came out of the container intact.

Website was clear and easy to use. Phones were answered promptly by courteous personnel who were friendly and very helpful. Even the hold music was tasteful. And the prices were significantly better than Pods.

They delivered the container and the driver was very cordial and unloaded exactly where we wanted the container. Very good experience with this company.

The driver who picked up the containers in Arizona was very nice and knowledgeable about what he was doing. Same with the driver who dropped off our containers in Minnesota.

This review is for the pickup only. The driver had to stay with the POD and keep it loaded on the truck, due to regulations in my town. This cost an extra $500. The driver was excellent and arrived early. My husband enjoyed talking to him!

My container arrived in perfect condition and within the timeframe they stated it would. No issues so far (one more container to unload).

It would have been better if we had used two 8' x 16' containers.

Drivers were great, especially the Seattle crew. Had to navigate school zone, cranky drivers, plus a narrow street with trees.

They recommended the wrong size container and because of that if I have to get another container it’s gonna cost me more and I’ll have to hire someone again to load it when everything could’ve been done the first time and they’re making me wait 24 hours while they review the tape I know what was said to me I have no reason to lie I just want to get my stuff moved

A spacious, clean container that arrived, moved and picked up on time. They communicated well with us, and it was great that we didn't have to be on the premises, which saved me from taking more time off work.

Everything went on schedule and as planned. Very easy to work with and affordable. I'd definitely use again.

My POD was in storage for 19mths while waiting for home to be built. I was concerned about the contents being in storage so long and what type of condition the contents would be in. Impressed and happy to say all was good. - transport from MD to Calabash, NC. 1each, 16 ft container and a 8 ft container was transferred into trailer. Transport both to NC would have cost over $5K.

Very easy to work with and were flexible with date changes.

The pod itself has seen better days, but didn't leak which was most important. The person that delivered the pod didn't contact us to say he was delivering it. He delivered it and then called me after he left the premises. I would have directed him to move pod a little to the left so that we could use one bay of the garage. The pickup person did call in advance to say what time he would be arriving. The company did deliver and pickup on day reserved. This pod was in the driveway & not transported anywhere.

Customer service is good, the people working there picking up and dropping off the containers are very nice and careful. The containers are well built and weatherproof. The contents arrived in good shape. But they do not notify the customer when there are delays. I had to keep calling them to find out the new delivery schedule. This is why i rate them as average. The causes of their delivery problems is that their their equipment keeps breaking down. A forklift in NY was out of commission for 3 weeks. Both NY and Nashville have issues with at least one truck. They had issues getting my containers shipped out and could not guarantee when I would get them. I was stressed because I had a tight timeline. An email, text or phone call informing me of the issues is expected business practice.

POD delivery/Transport/Pick up was great. Customer service by phone was excellent, once you finally got through—horrific wait times of many hours, at times. Good online system to manage your POD delivery and pick up out of storage.

The first half of the move went fine. The delivery driver even called ahead to find out how it would be positioned so he could have the door in the best place. The container is in route so I can't review the last half of the move.

Great Service on Both ENDS.

Well worth the money. I like the flexibility of when I could have the containers dropped off and picked up at both locations.

Thought it would be bigger

Awesome nothing was broken.

I used Packrat and was satisfied with their service. They dropped off a pod then picked it up when they said they would. They held my stuff for a month, like I wanted then delivered when they said they would. I don't remember excact coist but somewhere between $350 & $400.

Pack Rat did a great job dropping off and picking up. All of my things were taken care of and they were always on time.

this was a first time move for us and we were unsure of what to expect. I'm glad that we chose Pack Rat for storing our belongings because our new house was not move-in ready. We relocated to another state and everything had to be stored for 8 weeks before we could move in. Pack Rat staff were very helpful every time I had questions or needed assistance. I highly recommend them.

Pack Rats are a Good operation but they recommended the above clowns.

Easy, less expensive and it was a brand-new container.

The box came with lock cut off. So far haven’t found anything missing. Hidden costs that weren’t mentioned while discussing costs. Fuel charge and the monthly rental during transport

So far so good. Delivered and picked up on time. Delivery to new destination still in process.
