On-time, professional, experienced and friendly! You should hire them!

Container was clean and delivered on time by a friendly driver. Pick up was on time but driver backed up into container denting it. Can't tell if damaged any of our future

On time and did what they said they would do.

delayed my move on both pickup and delivery because the don't work certain days , i.e. Wednesday in Vegas.

Our pods arrived on time and the driver was very courteous.

Transport to final destination has yet to take place - we will be able to leave a review sometime in January.

On time, even on short notice, competent drivers, and as soon as we have the experience of the transport to the new home, we will be able to make a full review. Pricing was also competitive so far.

The container was a mess. I taped the joints where the siding joined the frame to keep tiny livestock out. I was only partly successful. I sealed the door with duct tape also,because the seals were not working and I had water intrusion before I had the container loaded. Not a great experience with Pack-Rat

I highly recommend 1-800-Packrat.com. I was able to fit my entire 2 bedroom Townhome into the 16ft Container ( I hired movers from Hire-A-Helper to Pack everything in). Then Packrat.com moved my Container to AZ and stored it in a climate controlled warehouse for 6months until I could move and find a new home.... Now I am here; surrounded by all my lovely things. 1-800-Packrat.com made it so easy, and affordable. Thankyou.

only issue is they were hard to get in touch with to get status during the transport . everything else went as planned and very smoothlly.

They should change the 2 minute hold to 20 minute hold.

Great communication and efficient, everyting inside of container for 6 months was exactly as placed in container, in good shape, no mold, no bugs, etc.

They took care of my cross-country moving needs. They even beat the other competitor's price that I was quoted by over $500. My unit arrived on time at each location and nothing was damaged in the transport or delivery of my items.

cost was too high. 3 years ago, the same trip was $2,000 - - now it is almost triple in 3 years!!

I would have given pack-rat a 5 but they couldn't pick up the container on the scheduled day so the container was in my driveway an extra day. Otherwise it was great.

When the container arrived, I open the door, and I was in shock because the container was dirty, dirty. It had animal hair like cows or other animal was kept there. I didn't't have time to call, for another container so I had to clean and disinfected. Complete disgusting. I call the company to complain and the said just sorry! I was expecting a second container and they promise that this container will be clean. Wrong! the second container was a dirty, as the first one. Very disappointed with this company.
