Great communication! We ran into an issue with our POD having mold and the movers were kind enough to alert us to the issue and wait at the house while we called PODS. Due to the issue, they were not able load our stuff but they were able to get us back on the schedule on the 4th of July. Very impressed!
The guys were great and polite. They arrived on time and arrived with a hand truck for moving bins and boxes. They worked very hard and did not stop. They were very respectful of our moving items and my wife and I, and I would definitely recommend them and would absolutely use them again.
