The move isn't yet complete, but so far so good

Customer service is great on the phone and responds to any questions very clearly. All concerns are addressed. Delivery and removal of containers are handled promptly and positioning requests are taken into account.

Initially worked with Frank at PODS. He was outstanding and everyone else I spoke with was very good. Timing was perfect and the gal who delivered the PODS, Kelly Owen, was very informative and professional. Very pleased with with PODS and would use them again.

Delivered door to door. Everything arrived in good shape and we didn't have to do the driving.

Did pack my POD correctly as as a result I had issues opening them for unload and some of my items here damaged.

From its customer service, to its drivers, to even the website itself constantly crashing, this company just wants to tell you "no." After agreeing on a tight schedule for a cross-country move (roughly two weeks), I was met with roadblocks at every stage: Initial drop-off (driver tardiness, container placement); Initial pickup (claimed to need extra days for lack of available drivers); Destination drop-off (claimed to need an extra week, unskilled driver parked in a possibly illegal spot across a busy thoroughfare from the apartment); Destination pickup (leaving container in said spot for three days). It almost seems as if PODS wants customers to keep the container for more than their month-long lease... And, get ready to hate yourself as you realize the only way this is getting done is by browbeating customer service reps across continents into doing what was agreed upon in the first place. I suppose if you have a couple of months and are moving between suburban locations with nice big driveways, PODS could be a decent solution. But for a quick city apartment to city apartment move? Thoughts and prayers... Additional star ONLY because all our s*** got here in one piece.

Very good...but would recommend taking two PODs when moving a 3 bedroom house. Even the 16' container is marketed to move 2 bedroom apartment, it falls short...

So far, so good. Delivery was punctual and the container placed exactly where needed. They still have to move it to Vegas, but no concern on my part.

Pods were delivered and picked up on time. Problem was I had to order a second pod because one pod was not enough. I was told one pod for a 3 bedroom was perfect.. WRONG! The moment the pack and load people saw only one pod, they told me it wasn’t going to work. Pod must be use to the under sale because I had no problem adding a second pod. It would be nice if the customer service people were trained better. One pod for a 3 bedroom house is not enough. Don’t be fooled.

First time using Pods and worked very well and was extremely convenient. Only issue was opening the pods after the move. Will pack smarter in future.

The container arrived right on time, was in excellent condition, and the driver was helpful in answering all of my questions.

The POD was delivered, picked up and moved to the new location and removed very punctually. The drivers were in contact with me and were professional and pleasant. Overall, I was very pleased with them and would use them again!

A great experience all the way around

Outstanding customer service. We used 3 POD containers, all arriving and departing on different days, and had tom change the schedule several times. The agents at PODs made everything easy. The entire move was very smooth

They movers took advantaged of the veteran with stage 4 cancer liver and lung cancer in the hospital and blind wife.

So far so good. Containers delivered on time. We just got them loaded so we hope the transit and delivery goes well also.

Our delivery driver - Scott Jamison - was extremely helpful in analyzing the layout of our property and getting the containers in place. He was all about customer service!

The driver was a tad rude and all of my items shifted during transportation due to the chain lift they use that allows for the pod to bounce while lifting.

What is otherwise a dreadful task (moving. ugh) was completing EASY. Yes, I said easy. With the help of Rigo's and the total bad-*ss efficiency of PODS, I think I actually enjoyed the process. So weird, but true.

The pick up in Fort Lauderdale was great; the delivery in Kentucky was a HOT MESS and VERY delayed. Thankfully, the drivers who ended up delivering the PODS a day late were incredibly kind (Chris & Greg). Corporate C/S (the outsourced employees) were very kind, but seemed limited in their ability to help me while the chaos was ensuing; Wendy in Clearwater was exceptional and went above and beyond by calling the local office here in Lexington and leaving a message for the supervisor to call me directly.

Little rock was excellent--The transport to my home was horrible

Keith was excellent. Shot. wed up promised; very friendly & efficient. A very pleasant experience. But my niece & I got parking tickets for being in the way of the street sweeper!

Great affordability and options to move to multiple places

We moved from NY to Myrtle Beach, SC. PODS delivered our container to be loaded in NY on the exact date and time they said they would come. They also delivered the PODS to SC exactly when they said they would. In Both NY & SC, the PODS operators were amazing at maneuvering the "podzilla" in tight spaces. It was fascinating to watch and they were very careful regarding the landscaping. We had a 10 day gap in between closings, so PODS worked perfectly for us. You should try to set a date as soon as possible for pick up of the pods.

Outstanding job! Prepared, professional and knowledgeable. Took care of breaking down furniture that needed disassemble. Would use them again!

Be warned, they are very difficult to work with if you need anything changed after initial booking. Have all your plans set before calling them because once they have your money and your stuff their customer service is terrible.

Not all of my 950 sq ft condo contents fit in a 16 foot POD unfortunately.

So far so good! POD drop and Pick up went smoothly. The workers we hired at one location were great. Scheduling for redelivery was seamless......now we wait for the conclusion....relocation, delivery, and unloading.......

The container was very clean and well constructed. The company was easy to deal with and had great communication. We ended up having to reserve a second container however, as we underestimated how much stuff we had to move.

PODS was top notch. Communication and updates from the PODS team throughout the order, delivery and pickup process. Great experience.

Excellent with paperwork, timing, making adjustments when I underestimated not once but TWICE in the process. PODS accommodated the changes.

PODS is a great way to have your things transported. A little pricey. customer service was good and not good at times, just depended on who you got on the phone. If you use PODS make sure you cover with moving blankets anything you don't want scratched or rubbed. The vibration of being on a semi truck does a number on freezers, washers/Dryers, cabinets etc. We covered furniture yet it still was a little banged up. If you are moving high-end things, you would want to bubble wrap corners and cover/tape very, very well. That would be the only down side.

Pod delivered to the original place to be filled and then transported to Kingsport TN area. Delivery at the new home went well.

Great experience, we got the 16" pod and everything arrived 2,000 miles away intact and in good condition! Definitely get professional movers to help you pack it, I would definitely use PODS to move again if I had to, it's reasonably priced, it gave me piece of mind, and it was really cool to see the way the containers get delivered and picked up!

PODS did a good job of replacing a POD that was cracked at the floor. The driver was attentive to our needs and placement of the PODS.

Three Pods from JAX FL to Raleigh NC storage. We were very pleased when we finally had the PODs delivered to our new house. Nothing damaged. This is definitely the way to go. We hired help to load the PODs and unload the PODS and they were both excellent help. We should have had 4 PODS, but hired a U-haul 26' as well. Never again. PODS for everything

I have used PODS for 2 cross-country moves and would not use any other service. The flexibility of storage, pick-up, and drops made them very easy to work with.

They were on time on delivering the POD's to our house in Washington and in picking them up to be delivered. They arrived in Arizona after 30 days in storage which was at no extra cost and delivered to our new home on time with everything intact and undamaged.

PODS did great on pickup formove but delivery to new address was a nightmare . They missed original deadline (overbooked or something) by 1 week. Took 5 calls to get it right.

They dropped of the Pods off at the house we sold on time and at the new house we moved into.

They went above and beyond at the last minute to accommodate me. I have used Pods on 2 other occasions for cross country trips and had no issues.

First time I have used them but I will use them again when I move
